First trip to Xi An and I am so glad that I booked Sheraton as for my stay here! The room is fully equipped with all the things that we need. Location wise, it is very convenient with an underground train station just next to it. Scenic spots are also just down the road! Will definitely recommend Sheraton to others.

We are grateful that your staff above and beyond to make us feel welcome your hospitality exceeded our expectations, especially thank to 主树恒 on my arrvial at 2 morning. He assist to talk to your other Branch Hotel where my cousin gather to meet us at the book Hotel here. setup hotel with to communicate。 沙毛毛 on my following morning communicate with China Mobile Felton getting feedback how to setup/roaming above, make me connectex at XIAN. Cleaning Staff at Floor 8, she clean clear and tidy our rooms daily. All your staff are very helpful and super sincere to us very helpful & super sure we recommend to our friends. Its walking disrance to Bell & Drum Tower. Best regards from room 8821 & 8822 (stay 8~15Mar24

We stayed here for 2 nights and everyone was really nice and friendly. The rooms are really spacious and comfortable. The location is good, walking distance from South Gate. There are a lot of shops and restaurants around. The restaurant of the hotel has really good food. We went there for the two nights after exploring and the food was tasty and the portions are big from a European point of view. Breakfast has a mixture of sweet and savoury foods. We also used the laundry room that has self service. The check out went smoothly with the help of Amy, Emma and Huang.

Excellent location for visiting the city walls, drum and bell towers and also the muslim quarter. Everything is within walking distance inkluding the metro station where you can take the metro to the terracotta warriors (metro + public bus) or to the high speed train station. Rooms are a bit outdated but still fine. The price is very good.

Wonderful location! It's basically in the middle of Bell Tower in Xi'an! All within minutes walks to Muslim Quarter, Luomashi shopping street, Malls, Starbucks, food stalls across the street.. you can also book a trip to the Terracotta Warriors 1 day tour or Mt Huashan 1 day tour with transport provided. Just approach the hotel reception and enquire. Prices are reasonable compared to outside agency price. Staffs were great and helpful! Laundromat is on level 5 with detergent provided. There's 3 washing machine & 1 dryer so if u want to wash your laundry, always check before using as the dryer does not have a timer. ( I wash waiting to used the dryer and was approached by the Room Service Supervisor Ms 郭 assisting in helping me to dried my laundries for me so I can go back to my room and rest for the day and she will passed it back to me the next morning at my room😄🙏). She had folded it nicely and put in a paper bag! 😄😄 Totally Appreciate her help! Overall, I will definitely choose this hotel when I visit Xi'an again! 😄

Right beside a couple of Food streets and biggish metro interchange(Luomashi metro stop on line 2 to Lanzhou North Stn), a minute walk to traffic roundabout for spectacular night view of Bell Tower, short walk via underpass to the Drum Tower, Muslim Quarters & surrounding lively streets! Helpful counter staff and good Chinese breakfast.

Stayed 5 nights in 4 person dorm room Expectation/Reality: this establishment exceeded expectations. Check in is ground floor and fairly easy to find and access. The room beds are good size and clean, there is lots of storage space for belongings and generally better than what was expected. The free laundry and detergent is a nice plus. Internet has good connection. Security: very secure, there is a lock to the door of the main room and a locker cubby for each guest, felt belongings where secure and in a safe area. Hygiene: generally very clean, in a four person room it is shared showers with only four people, and on slow season you might only share with one or two other people. The cleaners come consistently to clean and refile soap. Hospitality: staff was excellent and competent. Although it is a chain it felt like it is owner operated, check in was smooth, extending the stay was smooth and all additional information and assistance was timely and effective. Social Atmosphere: no scheduled events, but there is plenty of social and public space to meet people, generally good vibes. Overall: one of the best hostels in China so far having stayed in 5 different hostels in China in 5 different cities for over 20 nights. I would recommend and would stay again.

Extremely impressed with the service at the hotel. - I arrived at the hotel at about 12pm, not expecting to be able to check-in but I was allowed to check-in immediately! - I added the hotel’s WeChat account when checking in and was immediately sent a word document with lots of recommendations for Xi’An and even a suggested itinerary. The staff were also very prompt in responding to any questions that I posed over WeChat. I asked them where i could buy contact lens solution and they even offered to pour me some. I truly appreciate how they went out of their way to make my stay comfortable 😊

Excellent location that is convenient to go everywhere esp the popular Muslim Street (Hui Min Jie) which is just across the hotel with plentiful food. There is a convenient shop downstair. Room is reasonably sized. Hot shower and room hot air con works fine. During my stay my room was quiet enough for a good sleep. Breakfast wise, food was averaged but coffee was good. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommending this value for money hotel. *Perhaps the only things that need to be improved is to have a full length mirror in the room and to have more hooks for hanging of clothes.
