I came to Xi'an and stayed at Wall Inn Chang'an near the city wall again. It felt like home. The housekeeper was as enthusiastic as ever. The bed and pillows in the B&B were so so so comfortable. It is so important to have a good night's sleep. I really want to ask if I can buy the same ones. It was Valentine's Day and when I returned to the room at night, I saw the roses and Ferrero Rocher chocolates carefully prepared by the housekeeper. It was so sweet! All toiletries are Jo Loves by Jo Malone. The digital shower system has a lot of water and displays the bath water temperature in real time. You can adjust it to your favorite temperature every time without having to try hot and cold. The location is inside the north gate of the city wall and it is very convenient to take a taxi anywhere. Anyway, I will live here permanently when I come to Xi'an in the future!

I booked this for a friend, and they insisted I leave a glowing review! I opted for the windowless cinema king room, and initially, I was worried it might feel a bit claustrophobic. However, my worries were completely unfounded! My friend mentioned the room was tastefully decorated with a well-planned layout that didn't feel cramped at all. The projector provided a clear picture, and the sound quality was excellent. After a tiring day, just lying on the large, soft bed and enjoying a private cinema experience was absolute bliss, truly boosting their happiness. The bed itself was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location is superb, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, as it's very close to the subway, shopping malls, and various attractions. The hotel was impeccably clean, the ambiance was great, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly, making check-in very quick. There's even a cooler in the hallway with complimentary drinks – this small detail really added significant value! This will definitely be their go-to choice from now on!

Great little hotel right next to the old city wall. The area is quiet at night and lively during the day. Breakfast had a lot of selection. English was not widely spoken, but everyone was accommodating. We recommend this hotel.

I was thinking of going to Liuba to escape the summer heat and accidentally discovered this newly opened B&B and went straight there. However, the status on Baidu and Amap was slightly different. After driving to the destination, I continued to drive up the mountain for two or three minutes. OK. The hotel occupies a small area but the overall design is very reasonable. The dining environment in the public area is comfortable and all food and drinks are available. We especially recommend the cappuccino☕️ and hot pot set menu, which is especially suitable for families with young children. Facilities: The hotel has complete facilities and is suitable for parent-child travel. Hygiene: Linen is clean and tidy, exactly as expected. Environment: Surrounded by beautiful mountains and clear waters, the natural scenery is charming. Service: Every little brother and sister is warm, thoughtful, proactive and considerate, making people feel very warm. Stargazing experience at Qinling Camp: The hotel is equipped with an astronomical telescope🔭But you don’t need it at all to see the stars at night in Qinling. The sky is full of stars✨ Find Insects: Various flying insects🪰Insects🐛The children had a great time playing. A very unique hotel right in the heart of one of the most popular tourist attraction area in Xi’an. Some great selections of amenities, e.g., the slippers are high quality. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Since the hotel is not directly accessible by taxi, the hotel staff offered to pick us up from the closest drop off point near the Westin Hotel. The hotel is right next to 大雁塔，and we can see the pagoda from the balcony of our room, which is such a treat! The hotel is slightly away from the metro station, but we managed well as we don’t mind walking a short distance but stay away from traffic and noise. The hotel is designed with a lot of thoughtful details and the interior creates a calm atmosphere which is what we need after a busy day touring the city. The room we stayed in (water themed) might need some quick fix as the smart room function is not working, whilst the shower head is leaking badly.

This hotel is really nice, with a very good environment! The room is warm, clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The atmosphere in the lobby is also very good, and I like the black and white photos on the wall. When I checked in, the door of my room was broken, so I told the front desk to check it. The front desk said that all doors could not be locked. It happened that a big sister heard it nearby and took the initiative to help me check it. Because it was not repaired, she changed the room. I felt the simple enthusiasm of the people of Xi'an. Please give that sister a chicken leg! The hotel is not far from Yongningmen subway station, and there are scenic spots around it. There are food and fun in the two streets before and after the hotel. It is worth recommending!!!

I highly recommend this treasure hot spring private hotel! I was amazed the moment I stepped into the courtyard. The Chinese garden-style decoration is exquisite and elegant. Every step and every scene shows ingenuity. Every shot is a blockbuster! The most surprising thing is that there is a super cute ”small animal park” hidden in the hotel. The soft groundhog will cling to the fence to beg for food, and the peacock with its tail spread will leisurely stroll beside the trail, instantly healing all fatigue~ I must praise my fairy housekeeper Ren Nana! From check-in to check-out, she is considerate and professional. Whether it is consulting travel guides, temporary purchases, or special needs, she will reply to messages in seconds and respond to everything. What touched me most was that when I encountered an emergency, she coordinated and solved it in the first time, and followed up the whole process until the problem was properly handled, which was more concerned than myself! This kind of ”customer-centered” service awareness makes me, a hotel practitioner, admire it sincerely! The private hot spring experience is also impeccable. The hot spring pool is clean and private, the water temperature is just right, and it is super comfortable to soak in the hot spring and watch the beautiful scenery of the courtyard. The overall experience was far beyond my expectations, and the service alone was worth the money! I have recommended it to everyone around me, and I will come again next time. I also hope to bring Nana's service concept back to my own hotel!

I've stayed in many hotels, but this one truly blew me away. Every corner exudes charm and character, and the staff were incredibly proactive and enthusiastic. Our room was absolutely stunning, and they went above and beyond by offering afternoon tea, late-night snacks, and airport pick-up. They even gifted my child a seal, which was a particularly thoughtful touch as my child practices calligraphy – we absolutely loved this souvenir! The hotel is incredibly photogenic, and compared to all my previous stays, this one has been the most satisfying. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a complimentary bottle of red wine in our room. Wishing you all the best and looking forward to my next visit!
