Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The location is excellent, right in the city center, and the subway exit is right outside the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very peaceful sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water supply was stable. The front desk staff were efficient with check-in and very friendly. The hotel facilities were comprehensive. The environment was quiet, and both transportation and parking were convenient, making it suitable for both leisure and business travel. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xi'an.

My stay at the Renaissance Hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is incredibly convenient, with the subway station nearby, making it easy to visit all the major attractions in Qujiang. Yet, the hotel is tucked away from the city's hustle and bustle, providing a quiet and comfortable environment. The hotel experience was excellent. The Wanfengtang Museum on the fifth floor is a major highlight; being able to admire ancient artifacts right where you're staying truly captures the cultural essence of Chang'an. The public areas are stylishly designed and perfect for photos. Breakfast offers a good mix of Western and Chinese options, including local specialty noodles. Ivan, a staff member, was polite and efficient, making the check-in process smooth. Whether you're visiting Xi'an for tourism or business, this is an excellent choice. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit.

The location of Aman Hotel is truly excellent. I was able to take the subway directly from Xi'an North Station, and the hotel even informed me in advance that it's closer to use the hotel's back entrance from the subway exit. My train arrived early, and the hotel prioritized cleaning my room. The hotel is on Ci'en West Road, and from the back entrance, it's just a few minutes' walk to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and Datang Everbright City. It was also very convenient for me to visit the Shaanxi History Museum. Secondly, the hotel environment is also very nice. I really liked the Tang Dynasty style and the Dunhuang murals. The front desk even arranged my booked room on the second floor, and sitting outside was incredibly comfortable. The cleanliness inside the room was also very good; it was spacious, equipped with a smart toilet, and the bathroom had a wet/dry separation. The bedding was comfortable, making the stay extremely pleasant. The front desk service was attentive and thoughtful; as it was my first time in Xi'an, they patiently answered all my travel questions, making me feel right at home. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The hotel is super close to the subway, and there are quite a few attractions nearby. The screen window that was askew was fixed very quickly. Some facilities are a bit old. It's quiet at night. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but having shrimp and roasted chicken was a real plus. Also, a big thanks to the auntie in the picture who kindly helped dry our clothes, neatly folded them, put them in bags, and delivered them to our room. The service was excellent and definitely deserves a good review.

The room was spacious and bright, and the hygiene was excellent. The host's place has parking available, and a 20kW charging pile which is super convenient. The host even drove us to the tourist service center and picked us up from the inn after we finished exploring. On the first floor, you can grab a bite to eat. Breakfast is 10 yuan per person and includes thick purple rice porridge, an egg, unlimited side dishes, and steamed buns. For lunch, they offer biangbiang noodles and various homemade dishes. Highly recommend!

Love love love this hotel!!! I stayed with my friend in a 2 bed 2 bath room for 8 nights and it was extremely spacious and comfortable. The rooms were very clean and the beds super super super comfy ( I could sleep it in all day but my itinerary was super full). The photos online are quite true to the actual room. They had extremely good service too, starting from the airport pickup, where they were on time and the car was spacious and luxurious! We did the 5 seater sedan at RMB100, the price is comparable to a didi premium but the difference is that they would track your flight and made sure to you were taken care of. The hotel even had Butler service and was very attentive, I could even get them to help store my friend's birthday cake sent from the local cake shop and send it up to us when we were back. The laundry service was handy for a long stay, it was easy to use (and we were on the same floor so it felt like home to just go to and from our room to the laundry room). They even had special prices for popular shows, easily saving more than 50% of the listed price. Thanks for being a home away from home! PS the cats on the 2nd floor is super cute!

Secondly, the value for money is outstanding; it's rare to find such clean and comfortable rooms at this price point. The bed linens are spotlessly white, the bathroom has no strange odors, and even the corners are meticulously cleaned. The front desk staff are friendly and accommodating, always ready to help, and both check-in and check-out were very quick. The overall experience was excellent, truly faultless. There's a huge guide board for Hanfu scenic spots by the elevator, covered with beautiful ancient-style photos. Routes to places like Mount Hua, the North Station, Shaanxi History Museum, and the Bell Tower are clearly marked, so sisters planning to take Hanfu photos won't need to look up routes everywhere – it's incredibly convenient for getting around. The room itself was clean and spacious, the bedding was soft, and the natural light was excellent, making for a perfectly comfortable stay. Whether you're traveling solo or visiting Xi'an with friends, this place is a great fit. Both the value for money and service are top-notch, and I strongly recommend it to anyone traveling to Xi'an!

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center. It's about a 15-minute walk to the South Gate of Bell and Drum Tower and Yongning Gate City Wall, both very convenient. There are also many great restaurants nearby the hotel. The front desk staff provided excellent service; 'Yue Liang' (Moon) was particularly helpful, doing their best to accommodate our needs during our stay and even upgrading our room for free. The hotel is clean and has good natural light. Being close to a residential area, it's quite quiet. We traveled as a family, and they arranged our rooms on the same floor, which was very convenient. The facilities are well-equipped, with a sky garden on the fourth floor and a self-service laundry room on the fifth. Overall, our stay was very warm and comfortable. We will definitely come back again.

Our overall stay was very pleasant, and I'd like to extend a special thanks to the front desk staff and Auntie Yan, the housekeeper on the 6th floor. With the continuous high temperatures in Xi'an, our room's daily supplies were used up quickly. After I briefly mentioned needing more bath towels to Auntie Yan, she quietly and proactively added two fresh towels to our room every day. When we ran into her before checking out, she greeted us warmly, offered us pre-prepared ice water, and reminded us to keep the air conditioning on. Her attention to detail and genuine sincerity made her service incredibly heartwarming, truly reflecting the warmth of the East House Hotel. However, the hotel's breakfast restaurant experience could use some improvement. The auntie at the noodle station seemed to have a poor sense of hygiene; she used gloves that had handled raw eggs to directly touch the serving bowls. After receiving our bowls, we could clearly see residual raw egg whites. Her service attitude was also cold, even a bit impatient. I hope for a better experience on my next stay.
