Seamless check in and check out. Very efficient and polite ground staff. The hotel provides a very peaceful and comfortable environment. The room is comfortable and I enjoyed sipping a cup of hot tea while admiring the amazing view with the ventilation window opened to enjoy the cold air. Toilet is fitted with Grohe accessories and the rain shower is so comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at Jinlin, and I highly recommend it! The hotel’s location is excellent, making it easy to travel to any part of Nanjing. It’s also surrounded by numerous malls, which made dining very convenient—especially since my family loves picking up bread and pastries from the nearby bakeries. The hotel staff provided exceptional service, ensuring our room was well-maintained with daily housekeeping and fresh fruit top-ups. They were also very generous with mineral water, knowing we consumed a lot. One of the highlights was the stunning view from the lounge, which made for a truly relaxing experience. My only regret is that we missed the free dinner buffet at the lounge. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends!

We paid to upgrade to the lake view room, and it’s totally worth it. Definitely book the lake view room if you haven’t already, this is one of the most beautiful hotels we stayed at, the amenities, surrounding areas and the service are top notch. Spending Chinese New Year day here was an unforgettable!

Excellent location! Beautiful view!! If you come here, you must live in a lake view room. The view of the lake from the high floor is awesome, overlooking the Li Lake and Li Garden below. Most of all, the service of Xiaolu (卢颖)housekeeper is super, she is thoughtful and meticulous, and the room arrangement is perfect. Every time we come to Wuxi, we would choose Hubin Hotel. The most incredible service to date in 20years of China hotel stays. Extremely friendly staff, great English and attention to detail. 10/5 stars for service. Breakfast buffet also good. The only very small issue was the rooms didn’t have plugs on side of bed to charge phone. Lovely hotel, amazing service and highly recommended to others. To management just would politely suggest to and plugs on each side of bed so can charge phones, it’s not 1995 anymore and everyone has devices to charge.

Pros: Very good location for walking around Pingjiang road. Very handy Suzhou train station pick up service, would recommend utilising for anyone arriving by train. The room was spacious and the bed really comfortable. Cons: bathroom had a bad smell emanating from it. There was quite a lot of construction happening while we were there, started around 7am and didn’t finish until after midnight. Would recommend bringing ear buds. Shower pressure was ok but not amazing. There is also no elevator so you will need to climb one flight of stairs to reach the rooms which are all on the first floor.

Excellent value for the price. We had a suite which was big and clean. The staff was friendly and offered me an extra breakfast voucher for my son. Although we didn’t try them, there were a couple good looking Korean restaurants on the ground floor. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Times Square and a 7-minute walk from my favorite Vietnamese restaurant.

I recently stayed at the Novotel Suzhou SIP, located conveniently by the beautiful Jinji Lake in Suzhou Industrial Park. The hotel is perfectly situated with easy access to cultural landmarks like the Suzhou Culture and Arts Center, Moon Harbor, Eslite Bookstore, and major shopping areas such as Shin Kong Place. Additionally, its proximity to the Cultural Expo Center metro station makes it an excellent choice for travelers. During my stay, I was deeply impressed by the professionalism and attentiveness of the front desk staff, particularly Cathy. She went above and beyond to make sure my check-in process was smooth and my questions were addressed with care. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and had a modern design that added to the comfort. I also appreciated the hotel’s wide range of facilities, including the indoor heated swimming pool and the on-site dining options, such as the Gourmet Bar and the Chinese and Western restaurants. Overall, my experience at Novotel Suzhou SIP was exceptional. The combination of its prime location, excellent amenities, and outstanding service makes it a top choice for anyone visiting Suzhou, whether for business or leisure. Highly recommended!

Really nice hotel and super position! The staff was super nice and helpful The only side note is about the smell. In my room there was a bad smell, I’ve said to them and they checked it and cleaned everything again but unfortunately nothing changed, it may be the pipes!

Good location with a metro station next door and many shopping centres and restaurants nearby. The rooms are of very good size. Booking a Club room with a small extra cost allows you to have a room on the higher floor and access to the executive lounge. Checkout time is 12pm but the hotel was happy to give me another extra 2 hours. There are a very limited number if rooms with (partial) a lake view.

My wife and me stayed at the Garden Hotel Suzhou from 02 to 06 December 2023. This is an excellent hotel with a large compound with several low rise buildings. Location is excellent with ample shops and dining options all around the hotel. The room is large enough and better than most other hotels. Breakfast spread is very good with enough western and eastern varieties. Staff are friendly and helpful. Taxis are easy and conveniently arranged with the help of hotel staff. If we do go to Suzhou again, we will stay at the Garden Hotel Suzhou again.

I have never felt so compelled to write a review for a hotel. Our stay at Jinling Mandarin Garden Hotel Nanjing was a disappointing one. First of all the theme room we reserved was a very small room with view of another building with absolutely no privacy. The corridor and the room reeked of cigarette smoke at all time. So much so we had to turned off the centralised cooling system and rely on a fan I requested from the front desk. Anyway the cooling system was set at 23 and felt very stuffy. The light in the toilet turned off after a certain period and the motion sensor was not the most sensitive. I paid for comfort and do not appreciate to be dictate when and how to use them. I like my room to be 20C and lights on during the time I’m in the shower however long it takes. And absolutely do not appreciate to be subjected to inhale secondhand smoke for the last 2 days. It was a birthday celebration that has been ruined, not only that you didn’t take note of the request, first was given a room without a bathtub then we finally settled with one that has one but stank with cigarettes smell and with absolutely no view. Breakfast was very average but sufficient, full unhappy staffs standing around. Coffee was excellent though. Beside the good location right next to Fuzimiao that’s nothing good about the hotel unfortunately. It takes lots of tourist groups so the breakfast area gets very busy. For the price we paid there are many more better hotels to choose from in the area. My biggest regret in this trip.

Very comfortable stay, easy to deliver takeaway food with their cute robot machine which delivers to your doorstep, also spacious room with clean toilet and instant warm water, it was a good experience and I would choose this location if I come to Nanjing again. We chose a non smoking room and there was no smoke smell at all the corridors or room

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and the front desk staff, especially the receptionist Xiaozhan, were very attentive! The hotel was located near Xinjiekou (新街口） station in the centre of Nanjing which made it easy to travel around the city by metro. The hotel is also surrounded by lots of local eats which were tasty and affordable! We added the hotel front desk on WeChat which made it easy to ask for more towels and toiletries. The in-room laundry machine was a big plus, you can ask for detergent from the front desk. Hotel breakfast can be added on and is served every morning from 7am-9am. Located on the second floor, they served a warm traditional Chinese style breakfast with self-serve coffee and orange juice.

The room was a bit dark and spoky, restaurant enough only for 10-15 person, the staffs couldn't speak English, and each hotel guest have to be taken pictures one by one when I asked why he said for face recognition access door, buat he gave us card to open the room door.

Great location close to metro to get to the office everyday, while also being near to the tourist area for a chance to see a bit of Nanjing of an evening. Plenty of food options around. Only downside was the light switches are led and bright - eye mask recommended if you like a dark room. Not the newest hotel around, it was comfy, clean and had everything I needed. The wifi worked for me (not the case in some hotels I stayed in on this trip). The room was spacious, and the sitting area handy to keep luggage etc out of the way. Unfortunately no view from the window, but the window did open, which was nice. The English name on the door was Grand Comfy Hotel

The hotel is new, the prices are average. 1. Room cleaning is not every day, for 5 nights it was cleaned only 4 times. 2. Dirty bathroom, fungus grows on bathroom furniture. 3. Breakfast does not match the description, ”European breakfast” but it is typical Chinese cuisine. Food is constantly scarce. A lot of dirty dishes. 4. The staff of the boys at the reception (staff) are not professionals, hes work slowly, they register at the hotel for a very long time. My score is 3 out of 5 points ⚠️. The hotel administration needs to check the qualifications of their staff, there are very few professionals. I would like to come back to the hotel later and make sure that they have corrected the mistakes.😉

This time I brought my baby to Nanjing Ziqing Lake Hot Spring Resort Hotel and spent a perfect Qingming holiday. I must give it a five-star rating! From check-in to check-out, every detail made our family feel surprised and warm. The hotel is located on the shore of Ziqing Lake, with a quiet environment and very good air. The lake view twin room booked, the balcony can see tigers and lions, the room has smart voice, clean and comfortable, and can directly lead to the zoo and hot spring pool, which is very convenient. There are a variety of hot spring pools, and the baby has a lot of fun! At night, while soaking in the hot spring area and watching the stars, the parent-child time is warm and relaxing. I especially want to praise the exclusive butler Xiao Chai! He took the initiative to contact us from the beginning of the reservation, and sent welcome fruit when we checked in, and also sent a fruit and mineral water before leaving~ The hotel has a rich variety of breakfasts, including freshly made Nanjing specialty duck blood vermicelli soup and Meiling porridge! We stayed in the zoo for two days because it had unlimited entry and exit. There were still a lot of people on the first day of the holiday, but the flow of people was okay on the last day. We went in early in the morning and interacted with ring-tailed lemurs, giraffes, rabbits, etc. The kids were super satisfied. Highly recommended to families with children!

We received a complimentary upgrade, as we had not yet received our purchased tickets to Nianhua Wan due to not having the China identity (as informed by trip agent & hotel). The breakfast provided was satisfying, offering a good start to our day. Despite the hotel's older appearance, it is well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, we were pleased with our experience and appreciated the hotel's efforts to accommodate us.

The hotel is located inside the Nian Hua Wan attraction site. The facility and service are excellent. The breakfast provides plenty of good quality food. The swimming coach, 张教练，is helpful and friendly, making the stay pleasant and enjoyable.

Want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, go to Nianhua Bay to enjoy a quiet life for three days and two nights. I chose the Qinghua Inn in Nianhua Bay, which is located on the main street of the Zen town of Nianhua Bay. Next to it are restaurants, coffee shops, and cultural and creative stores, which is very convenient. The service attitude is good, especially the housekeepers Xiaoxiao, Jinjin, and Danhui. The service quality is first-class. The surrounding environment is elegant, full of ancient Zen and meditation. As the saying goes, meditation brings wisdom, it is worth visiting again.

The hotel is in a very good location, in Nanchang Street, but the hotel does not have a parking lot. I contacted the hotel the day before check-in to give the nearest parking lot location and route.
