"Lovely stay at this hotel. The room was very big and comfortable, although the walls are a little thin so can clearly hear people talking. For pet owners: note that the Laomendong pedestrian street is not pet friendly (even though there was no sign at the street that we walked through) but the area behind the hotel was lovely and quiet and great to walk the dog. We could also walk past the old city walls which was beautiful. Parking is nearby and quite convenient."

"The inn's location is fantastic, directly across from the Lion Grove Garden, and very close to the Humble Administrator's Garden and Suzhou Museum, making sightseeing incredibly convenient! I had originally booked the smallest room in the inn. When I arrived, I asked the owner if a free upgrade was possible, as many guests had mentioned being upgraded. Without a second thought, the owner immediately upgraded me to the largest room—the service was truly exceptional! The room decor was beautiful, especially the large bed, which perfectly embodies classical Chinese aesthetics. There was also a tatami tea table and a small arhat bed. The front desk even provides a sewing kit for mending clothes, all of which speaks volumes about the owner's excellent service. I'm definitely planning to stay here again on my next trip to Suzhou."

The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring I had a great night's sleep. The service was impeccable; the staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help. The location is also superb, with convenient transportation nearby and plenty of options for dining, entertainment, and shopping. Guest UserThe room was clean and tidy, and the comb was very unique. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, which was a big plus. The location was excellent, with the subway, bus, and major attractions like Humble Administrator's Garden and Suzhou Museum all within a 15-minute walk. Along the way, there were commercial streets with snacks and local specialties, and places like Yaba Shengjian and Guanqian Street were not far, making it very convenient! After a long day of sightseeing, returning to the hotel was a great way to unwind! The open-air patio was particularly interesting; I happened to catch it during the rain, which added a wonderful ambiance! The service was exceptionally good; they were very patient and helpful with services like mailing. Highly recommended! The room also featured central air conditioning, electric curtains, and an automatic toilet!

Nestled in the heart of a picturesque landmark, this guesthouse offers stunning views of Pingjiang Road at night. There's a cat café right across the street, which is a lovely touch. Guest UserThe room had so much character, you could tell the owner put a lot of thought into every detail. The service was also incredibly attentive; the owner tried their best to accommodate all our requests. Highly recommend! And since it wasn't peak season, the room rate was quite reasonable too.

Guest UserWe booked a private family room, and the housekeeper, Ms. Zhou, checked us in and took us to the guest room. The room has a large bed and a small bed. The bathing pool is in the yard. If you need to soak in the hot spring, just tell Ms. Zhou and she will happily come over and help fill the hot spring water. She is a very nice person. I really like her. No. I had to go to the public hot springs to soak with others, it was very comfortable. I also went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The air was very good. I had a very good accommodation experience this time. I will go there often in the future!

Guest UserAn excellent experience! The location is superb, within walking distance to Tongli Ancient Town, making travel and sightseeing incredibly convenient. Our housekeeper, Xiao Wang, was warm, thoughtful, and provided attentive, detailed service, always ready to help with any request. The resort environment is elegant and tranquil, and the room was clean and comfortable. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money – a top choice for any trip!

The room layout was well-designed, the views were beautiful, and the service was attentive. The observation deck truly offers stunning scenery! My only minor complaints were that the hairdryer was quite weak, and the self-service dinner was just average. Our butler, Alice, was always available to help with any issues, which definitely deserves praise!

XiaohuadidiThe hotel environment is great, and the rooms have just been renovated but there's no unpleasant smell. The service is excellent! I'd especially like to thank Tingting at the front desk, Wang Zhi from housekeeping for the beautiful flowers, Xiaoyun at the kids' club for helping me find my baby's water bottle, and Wu Dan for the generous fruit delivery. Overall, the service was fantastic! [smiley faces] It's also very suitable for children, as they can feed koi, bunnies, black swans, and ducklings. The children's play facilities are also abundant.

Guest UserA clean and affordable hot spring hotel with few guests. The service attitude was genuinely excellent – friendly, attentive, and patient. The hot springs were also good; the key is that there weren't many people, making for a very relaxing soak. Soaking in the winter is truly comfortable. We were warm and toasty, and it wasn't cold at all walking back from the outdoor pools.
The breakfast was abundant with plenty of choices.
However, a few complaints: The family room was advertised to have a sofa bed, but it was very small, only suitable for a child. Once unfolded, half was a hardboard and half a soft cushion, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. The shampoo and body wash provided for showering at the hot springs were quite low-quality, and there was no conditioner. Also, the changing room air conditioning was insufficient, so it was quite cold while changing clothes.

Guest UserThe hotel was surprisingly good! After checking in, someone knocked on the door, which startled me, but it turned out they were delivering fruit! I'd left a note for the front desk staff requesting a room with a good view, and they gave us one directly facing the shopping malls in Xinjiekou – amazing! Breakfast was at Jinhaiwan downstairs, and the selection was incredibly rich with very attentive service. It was a really satisfying buffet breakfast.
**Environment:** Very good.
**Facilities:** Although the cabinets and doors were a bit older, everything was extremely clean and tidy!
