Among all the hotels in Zhangjiajie, only this one offers prices that are affordable for a typical family, yet it provides a luxurious experience with exceptional value. We were proactively given two key cards for the elevator. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, even featuring dumplings. Although the room didn't have a mini-fridge, it did offer complimentary iced tea and coke, which we didn't end up drinking. There's both ground and underground parking available with unlimited access. Best of all, it's directly opposite the Tianmen Mountain Cableway station, just across the road. There are also several great restaurants nearby. The bathroom is well-equipped with lotion and laundry detergent, and they even have robot delivery for meals. Aside from not having smart home features, it's virtually perfect. It truly feels like this hotel genuinely wants guests to stay.

The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I had a wonderful time during my visit to Changsha. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, and their service was exceptional. The price offers fantastic value for money, especially compared to other booking platforms. Furthermore, the ambiance and cleanliness standards are just as good as, if not better than, other establishments. It's truly a must-stay!

Great value for money and super convenient transportation, really got me excited for my trip! (´͈ ᵕ `͈ )◞♡ I used the laundry service and ordered bottled water through the mini-program. The cleaning staff were excellent; they proactively emptied the trash and refilled essentials every day, and even helped tidy up the bed, which was a thoughtful touch. There was also a surprise farewell gift when we checked out, which my daughter absolutely loved!

The hotel's location is excellent, right by the subway exit, making it very convenient for getting around. There are plenty of dining options downstairs, and it's surprisingly quiet despite that. The hygiene is good, clean, and tidy, and the service is great!

The hotel's toiletries were very pleasant to use, and the bedding was fresh and odor-free. The front desk even provided tips for local attractions. Overall, it was a great stay.

Staying in a high-floor, Chinese-style river-view room, I could sip tea on the sofa while enjoying the stunning river scenery. The traditional Chinese ambiance was incredibly rich. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and downstairs was a foodie paradise. I could easily walk to discover unique and delicious local eats. It made getting around and finding food effortless. Both the value for money and the overall experience were excellent.

The hotel also has a laundry room, and my clothes came out with a faint, pleasant scent – really clean. I booked a room with a projector, and the picture quality was clear at night; you could even see it well during the day if you drew the curtains. The staff also provided an iQiyi VIP account, which made binge-watching shows super easy and really added to the ambiance. To anyone visiting Changsha, I genuinely suggest giving this place a try!

The location is super convenient, right in the Shimao Global Financial Center. Our room was on the 70th floor, and the view was absolutely stunning. There's a Cha Yan Yue Se (tea shop) right on the first floor – I went there three times in one day and didn't even have to queue! Breakfast was delivered directly to our room. When we checked in, the room wasn't quite ready, so we dropped off our luggage and went out to explore before coming back. The butler service was pretty good, and they were very receptive to our suggestions for minor improvements. Hope they continue to get even better! My kid really loved the souvenir gift.

First off, the location is super convenient, right in the city center and just a stone's throw from the night market street, making shopping incredibly easy. The room itself felt really cozy and I absolutely loved the decor and the lighting. The best part was definitely the extra-large bed. All in all, a fantastic stay, highly recommend it!
