The service was really warm and welcoming. The facilities were complete, and it was super convenient to be able to cook. They even helped deliver cutlery. When we checked out, they gave us masks and hand warmers, which was a very thoughtful touch. Any questions or requests we had were answered quickly. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance!

First off, when we checked in, the front desk upgraded our room to one with an amazing view – big applause for that! 👏 Secondly, the rooftop terrace wasn't open during our two-day stay. Coincidentally, we ran into the hotel's general manager, who very enthusiastically invited us up to the terrace. Even though it was closed, the GM offered to open it up just for my partner and me, so we could sit and enjoy the scenery. My partner was absolutely touched, haha. However, the reason I didn't give a perfect score was this: The air conditioning only blows hot air! Hot air! Hot air! No matter which mode we selected, it was always warm air. We asked the staff, and they said it was centrally controlled for heating. But they didn't account for Wuhan's weather or the ceiling height in our room. We ended up sleeping with the balcony door open every night just to get some cool air in; otherwise, the room was incredibly hot and stuffy, making it very uncomfortable!!! We couldn't even use the air conditioning for our entire stay, and at night, the heat would literally wake us up. This is my first time giving a hotel's facilities a bad review. I'm sorry, but it was genuinely very uncomfortable.....

Our stay was incredibly pleasant! From the moment we arrived, they quickly checked us in and helped with our luggage. Throughout our stay, any request was promptly addressed. Even before check-out, they thoughtfully reminded us to double-check our belongings. Every step was smooth and natural, with no stiff procedures, just a genuine warmth that made us feel well taken care of. Other hotel staff were also very friendly; the front desk patiently answered our questions and gave us local recommendations, and housekeeping service was very responsive, professional, and sincere. We felt completely at ease and comfortable the entire time.

The cleanliness is quite good! The location is excellent with charming views. It's in an old building, with rooms up to the 5th floor, offering a vintage touch. They offer complimentary afternoon tea, a cup of coffee, and an 18% discount at the Sumai restaurant, which is quite a good deal! The self-service breakfast is acceptable. There's a self-service laundry room on the 4th floor, which is convenient, but you might want to avoid staying in room 8417, which is directly opposite the laundry room. Rooms with balconies face the pedestrian street, so it can be a bit noisy during the day, but fortunately, it quiets down after 9 PM. Overall, I'm quite satisfied!

It is still very expensive to stay for one night. It is recommended to stay in the room for more time to enjoy it, otherwise you will not have time to experience its own goodness if you stay for one night. The surrounding area is also very good to visit, with scenic spots and Internet celebrity coffee shops, and there are more foreigners. The housekeeper can also provide travel guides for guests who need to travel. The subway is not very convenient for transportation, and you can only take a taxi as it is the closest. Walking around the surrounding area is also a good choice. The environment of the restaurant downstairs is elegant. When you go to eat, there are not many people and it is very quiet. You can get a discount if you co-brand with the hotel, but the group purchase package is also very cost-effective. I didn’t expect the Hubei cuisine here to be surprisingly delicious. After the meal, I saw the Hachiko House at night for the first time, and a Shanghai stall atmosphere hit me. The most important thing is that we can provide hotel travel photo shooting, each person is limited to 30 minutes, I think it is enough, the photographer took great pictures.

The hotel service was professional and efficient, with friendly front desk staff and concierges. The breakfast selection was rich, featuring authentic local specialties like Hot Dry Noodles. The Executive Lounge also offered a fantastic view and impressive food. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with modern facilities. Overall, this hotel perfectly blends breathtaking river views, convenient amenities, and Hilton's renowned service. It's ideal for both city getaways and business trips. I would highly recommend it to friends and would happily stay here again.

The package includes unlimited hot springs, self-help fruit, fish spa, sea salt bath, Chinese medicine space capsule, and buffet breakfast during the stay, which basically meet the one-and-a-half-day play experience and food and accommodation needs. The hot spring has about 50 pools of various types. Even if it is 5.1, there are less than half of the pools that are empty. The experience is great. The quality of the self-service fruit and breakfast is very good. The oranges and cantaloupe are very sweet; the iced milk, various cakes, porridge, noodles and fruits in the self-service breakfast are all very good (after all, the original price is 68 per person). The room facilities are very new, and the quality of the shampoo and shower gel delivered is also very good. Most importantly, when you open the window, you feel like you are in the forest, with beautiful scenery and fresh air. A day of carefree soaking in soup and eating fruits made me realize the happiness of being in a paradise.
