Breakfast tastes great, the beef cube tastes the nicest. service provided made it feel like 5 star hotel. very accommodating, if you have needs with delivery express, you can always forward them the address and their team follow ups very quickly. great communication by the hotel team. the room is very clean and they bring fruits and pastry to your room every day. there is a also a tea break buffet from 11 to 9, great amount of selections, the hotel is a very convenient to get around by walking distance (10-15 minutes) or alternatively just order didi (cab) and it’s still cheap. very good location to get a cab from.

Forest Holiday Resort Hotel is in Qingyun Town and near many activities such as skiing, horse drawn sleighs and hot springs. The staff was also available to help with suggestions, tickets, and bookings during our stay which was a huge help considering that we don't speak much Chinese. While the room was also comfortable and clean, the main negatives were the central heating being too high in evenings and rooms not being cleaned during our stay. However, these were minor issues in a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The hotel restaurant only offered breakfast but it was ok to order deliveries in. Hotel is slightly weird in that it’s also seems to be a neo natal staycation hotel with many nurses and families members hanging out in corridors at all times of night. Main issue with the rooms was that they were 28 degrees C and there was no way to cool them down slightly to be able to sleep well. Opening the windows didn’t help and the hotel aircon was understandably set to heating the room - maybe something they can think about. Nice hotel and a good stay- just didn’t sleep well.

Ms. Wan Xintong even took the initiative to arrange activities and airport transfers for us, ensuring our safe and timely arrival at the high-speed bullet train station. Staff Mr. Xia Xiangxing from the ski department was truly amazing and extremely helpful throughout our ski session. Mr. Xia Xiangxing went above and beyond to ensure that our ski experience was enjoyable and well-organized. He took the initiative to arrange a ski instructor for both me and my friend, which greatly enhanced our skiing skills and overall experience on the slopes. His assistance guided us through the process of selecting the appropriate equipment and ensuring that everything was well-prepared for our skiing sessions. His attention to detail and willingness to assist made us feel supported and taken care of. Thanks to Mr. Xia Xiangxing's assistance, we were able to make the most of our time on the slopes and enjoy a memorable skiing experience. 這家民宿太驚喜了，到店看到的比網上圖片精緻很多，別墅裏相當乾淨一塵不染，地理位置很好，去滑雪場很方便，老闆人超級nice，對我們的需求基本有求必應，知道我們是南方來的土豆一直不厭其煩的提醒我們怎麼給孩子穿衣服，安全事項需要注意些什麼，哪些地方人多一定要看好孩子，還會很中肯的告訴我們哪些地方值得去哪些地方沒必要浪費錢，事無鉅細非常周到！他家的菜也巨好吃，鍋包肉是一絕，一定要嚐嚐，小朋友吃飯的時候想喝大窯汽水，老闆晚上零下20度特地開車去鎮上給孩子買而且一分錢都不加價，真的好感動！真正做到賓至如歸，就像家人一樣的相處模式讓遠道而來的我們感覺非常温暖，就沖這家店明年還來亞布力！
