Regret I haven’t booked Atlantis for the entire stay to be honest. It was 100 dollars more expensive than Crown Plaza, but boy it ended up being a great value for money! First, plenty of things to do for the entire family with aqua park, aquarium, kids adventures and swimming pools for adults. Second, cinema and aqua show kind of like cirque du soleil style. Third, access to imperial lounge made all the difference- was able to chill there and drinks and food are free. So ended up saving massively on food. Actually Atlantis was cheaper than Crown Plaza after all food costs added in. Fourth, personal butler service. Communicated via WeChat easily and answered all my questions instantly. Shout out to Marina doing a great job! Enough staff speaking both English and Russian. And all signs in the hotel in 3 languages - Chinese, Russian, English. Crown Plaza was not foreigners friendly at all. Eric was the only guy who spoke decent English there. Room service and other services were 100% Chinese. Good I speak basic Mandarin, otherwise would have been tough. The only disappointment was really closed pools for adults which made me purchase a cabana to be able to enjoy pool access in private and without much loud screams from kids etc. But was not such a big disappointment! I would stay here exclusively next time. Totally worth the money!

Stayed at the family suite for 3 adults. The room was very new, moden, clean, neat, and very spacious. The views from the room were marvellous. The Guest Relationship Officer Miss Tan Wen Xian was very friendly and even gave us a packet of goodies bag which contained yummy Hainan Island tidbits. The location of the hotel was extremely convenient and near a mall. The mall has shops and restaurants. Directly opposite the Hotel is Terminal 1, which has a Hong Kong cafe. The food at the cafe was very good. Highly recommend to stay here.

The big issue was nobody could speak English and everyone could speak Chinese and Russian. People from reception wasn't really keen to help at all.When I booked the hotel I chose to book with some gifts. Those gifts no one gave me but when I asked at the reception they gave me some vouchers without explanation. So if you can’t speak Chinese don’t bother to book an offer with gifts provided. Although the hotel has a great location and the view is amazing.

We recently stayed at a villa in Sanya through Trip.com and also experienced the wonderful hospitality of The Palace Resort Yalong Bay Sanya. From the moment we arrived, Bill, a staff member at the resort, added us on WeChat and provided outstanding service throughout our stay. He was incredibly helpful and made everything so easy for us. While January was a bit chilly, we only used the Villa pool on the first day. However, the resort has a hot jacuzzi by the pool in Villa, which was perfect for the cooler weather. We simply messaged Bill on WeChat, and he promptly ensured we had access to it, which was a great touch. The resort’s location is excellent, with Yalong Bay beach just a short distance away, making it very convenient. If you’re traveling with kids under 10 years old, the free indoor play center within the resort is a fantastic feature. Our children had an amazing time there, and it added so much value to our stay. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our experience and highly recommend this resort. The combination of beautiful surroundings, family-friendly amenities, and exceptional service from staff like Bill made our trip truly memorable. We can’t wait to visit again! Feel free to use or adjust this as needed!

The location of the hotel was perfect, only a few minutes walk to the beach. There is a connecting bridge to the beach from the hotel. Many restaurants around, with live bands to enjoy by the beach. Wide variety of selections for breakfast, too. 2 swimming pools, one is kids friendly and one infinity pool.

The view is partially very beautiful (except for the extremely ugly buildings below and around the hotel). The location isn't directly on the beach but it's very close. Very nice location. It's close to all the shops as well. The facilities are nice, however, the bath robes I had were extremely worn, frayed and haggard. I definitely would not keep it in any hotel. The TV and bedside light were broken. These things should be easy to fix? I was in one of the more expensive rooms. This is just negligence and easily avoidable by the hotel. Customer service is very delightful. They did offer me free snacks and drinks upon arriving, in order to give more time to prepare the room. The snacks and fruit are in the photo. That was nice. I also came back to the hotel one day to find a birthday cake in my room. Quite delicious and very thoughtful. I really appreciated that. Very good gesture, thank you! If the price was cheaper I would go there again. However, there are better hotels around for this price. Still, it's very nice.

We loved this quaint little place. Off the main shopping street so it’s a bit less busy but still close enough to make for easy access. Right on the beach which is both a good thing and potentially a slight issue for those wanting a place that is quiet at night. You will have to deal with the club music from a couple other beachside places who play loud music (albeit good and live) until 23:00 every night. The highlights for us would be the service which was incredibly nice and helpful. The resident dog was also a big highlight for us as she (Muo Muo) was so sweet. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the facilities were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who doesn’t have an issue with late night music.

I had a pleasant stay. The room is very small, but clean. The furniture is old and a little out dated. The hotel staff including the concierge were friendly and accommodating, Vanessa was the only staff to speak English. She gave me so much help and services. The hotel location is great with a private lounger on the beach. The breakfast was rich. The hotel allowed me to check out late which was nice of them, I had an afternoon flight.

As always the Pullman Oceanview convinces with its beautiful setting, lush gardens, wonderful pools and directly on the beach. It’s situated on Sanya‘s coconut dream corridor, a name never better given. Thanks to Eva to welcoming us back, we never regret coming here and will come back again. The Resort offers a great variety of breakfast options both Western and Chinese, as well as different dinner options on site and our favorite Italian Restaurant Casa Mia just up the road. See you soon Sanya- we‘re looking forward to our next stay.

Guys, the experience of staying at this hotel this time was simply amazing! From the warm reception at the front desk to Manager Orange personally helping me upgrade the room, as soon as I entered the room, it was spacious and cozy. The bedding was so comfortable that it felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the view outside the window was really breathtaking. During my stay, the hotel staff's service was also extremely thoughtful. On the day of check-out, the staff at the front desk arranged the airport transfer service for me in advance. The driver arrived ahead of time and drove me to the airport steadily, without delaying my itinerary at all. The whole service process was professional and meticulous. Every detail made me feel extremely warm. I sincerely appreciate Manager Orange and all the staff at the front desk. I will definitely stay here again next time and also recommend this hotel to all of you!

There are no restaurants nearby, so you have to go across the bridge to find restaurants, which was a bit of a disadvantage. The service was very good. Fruit was brought to the room every day. And for my little girl's birthday, they also made a cake and she really liked it. I would like to thank the manager Sally for this.

This was a short ride from airport. The “free” ride from airport to hotel was a joke. It took forever to figure out how to contact the driver (you definitely need a Chinese SIM card or ability to make calls) . Also nobody (driver, front desk etc) speak English. The drive to hotel isn’t far. We were behind one family in line so it took about 20 mins wait to check in. We arrived at 2am but had to catch a 7.30am flight so had little rest. Still glad we checked in. Shower and bed good. Unfortunately, the 5am shuttle was “fully booked”by the time we check in so we had to pay for our own ride back to the airport, even though the ride was supposed to be included for free. The next shuttle was one hour later (only one shuttle per hour!!) so too late for us. No big deal as it cost only a few usd but it was a hassle getting a didi and our driver’s car was stuck because the gantry wouldn’t open to let us leave the parking lot. The corridor were not temperature controlled so we were sweating like mad pushing our luggage’s through the long hallways to get to our room. If you aren’t in a hurry like us this is ok…

This is my favourite resort and place to stay in Haikou thus far! We booked the family room which comes with 2 double beds and a bunk bed. It's super spacious despite the number of beds, and the kids loved the hot tub. The only downside was the sliding doors were a little hard to manoeuvre for little hands so we just mostly left them open. There were both adult and kids bathrobes and bedroom slippers and wet slippers (we used it for our trips to the hotspring and pool) as well as kids dental kits and shower toiletries. Our package included buffet breakfast and dinner, spread was great and the kids had no difficulty finding food they liked. The highlight of our stay was definitely the hotspring, followed by the indoor pool. The animal club was small-ish but the kids had fun there too. It was a pity the outdoor water park and firefly activities were closed/not available as it was winter and we weren't aware of that. Also, not all the pools in the hotspring were loaded with the herbs but the upside was there wasn't much crowd when we were there. Just a side note: A number of farms in the area were closed on weekdays also because of winter/typhoon destruction. So make sure to call up before heading over.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The location is quite good, not that crowded than in downtown. A special thanks goes to Erin Wu. She made it happen that we got our rental car. I want also mention Kourtney Hey and Steve Shi for their good support struggling with my Apps. Also our room maid was great, I got always a extra coffee bag🙂. The only thing I don’t like is the fact that you have to wear a swim cap in main swimming pool. That’s the first time that we had to do this but this is a governmental rule I was told. Nevertheless, we can highly recommend this hotel.

This place is a great hidden gem. The owner/ manager and team are resourceful and easy. I stayed 4 nights in total in Haikou and really recommended this place. Some nights there were band playing downstairs... but it's Haikou, everyone sleep very late. Last thing, GREAT COFFEE! Thanks for making my stay easy.

On the positive side: The hotel itself is quite great, playground and pools were appealing, several good activities for kids, restaurant and breakfast were also very good and staff very friendly (especially in restaurant) In the negative side: the location is not good, at least 8-10km from everything. No any restaurant or activities nearby, need to take a taxi for everything with at least 40min to 1h drive. One of the restaurant (noodle one) closed quite early so dinner in hotel was limited to 2 restaurants. In addition, because of weather (wind and a bit cold) beach was not suitable for us to stay and pools were closed. Good hotel for company events or short family stay (max 2 days) but not for prolonged family vacation (week)

We stayed at this hotel for five days from January 28, 2025. The hotel grounds are very green. There is a swimming pool and several small pools with thermal springs on the grounds, but due to the fact that there were always a lot of Chinese in them, we never used them (perhaps the reason for the large number of guests from China was the Chinese New Year). We bought a hotel with breakfast, the restaurant is located next to the reception. Breakfast was a buffet. The choice of dishes for breakfast was good. There was a small cafe on the hotel grounds. To get to the nearest small supermarket, you had to either take a bus or walk for a very long time. The hotel does not provide beach towels and sun loungers on the beach, you could only use chairs (not beach chairs). There is absolutely nowhere to go outside the hotel grounds, except for a long sandy coastal line. The hotel is for those who want to devote themselves to the sea and the beach.  from entertainment, a ping-pong table, rackets  rackets are not provided, billiards and a gym.

A museum hotel that is very suitable for children. The hotel corridors are filled with various exhibits: artillery, kerosene lamps, kettles, porcelain, shells, ships, etc. The whole hotel has a great a**osphere. You can study while living. There are large shopping malls nearby. It is close to the museum and library, and the transportation is convenient.

Lovely stay after the disaster typhoon Yagi. The outdoor facilities were destroyed but the indoor swimming pool was great for the children.

It has been a dream birthday for me and my friends. Manager Revan staff Merry & Feifei really made our day in the most beautiful way possible... with an awesome upgrade, late check out and many lovely attentions, complimentary drinks and cake. I have rarely seen this level of service. We will definitely come back and stay longer to enjoy the weather, the gorgeous food for breakfast and meet again with the friendliest staff... A big fat thank... and a 5 stars from top to bottom. Definitely foreigners friendly !

This hotel comes highly recommended. Upon arrival, the staff were incredibly accommodating and even upgraded my stay to a villa, which was fantastic. The food at the Horizon Beach Bar was outstanding, and the staff were attentive, always anticipating my needs. The cuisine at the Western restaurant was also excellent. Overall, this hotel provided a wonderful experience.

The hotel is beautifully situated with its own beach. The landscaping and grounds are picturesque as are the ocean views. I have previously stayed in big hotels in Sanya that involve long walks to the facilities and the beach. However, this hotel is really nicely sized. The lagoon pools and infinity pools were great, though I did wonder a bit about the cleanliness levels. I was initially concerned about reviews saying the place looked aged, but in person the rooms seemed fine, spacious and clean. The service was excellent on every level. They did not have a business center but they helped me out with some business needs. The breakfast was diverse and they made sure to keep the buffet filled up despite a large number of diners. All in all, it was a very refreshing and enjoyable stay. Note that taking a train from Sanya Airport to Wanning is not difficult and economical if the timing works well for your flights.

Glad I booked this room. The easy pool access was the highlight. We felt like we got a villa for a cheap price. The room and the pool were very clean. The service could have been better though. Like the afternoon tea at the lobby. We requested it to be delivered in the room but it was not allowed so we need to get it at the lobby. Second was the room service. There were many dishes that were not available in the menu and the staff made a mistake twice with our order. It took us an hour or so before we can finally eat our dinner. Overall, we would still want to stay here again.

The sea view room I booked in this apartment is very good value, much better than the Sheraton I stayed in on the first day! The sea view room we stayed in Sheraton was on the lower floor, and the main view was trees! This sea view room is on the upper floor of more than 20 floors! It is very comfortable to watch the sea! More than 200 is very cost-effective! The hygiene is also good! If we hadn't booked a hotel in Sanya and couldn't refund it later, we would have stayed here for a few more days!

High cost performance, with a small yard, clean and tidy rooms, direct rental of electric cars, beverages and beer for sale downstairs, a kitchen sink and three small chairs in different areas in the small yard~ If you want to live quietly, you can choose here. There are two little dogs, very cute, not too enthusiastic nor indifferent, just right. There is a washing machine downstairs that is very convenient. On the day of check-out at 11 o'clock, the cleaning lady sat on the chair at the door of the room to rest and wait for the guests to check out. I was very impressed with her. She gave me a very gentle feeling, like the home of the elders in my hometown~ It's very comfortable to live~

Every time I go to Xinglong, I basically stay at Zhongao Hotel. The greenery and ecology of the community are great, and it has a Southeast Asian style. Each small villa also has a swimming pool, which is perfect. The nearby attractions are very close to each other if you drive a car. I mention this Let's experience it. The hygiene is pretty good and the furniture is well maintained. Although it feels a little nostalgic. The only bad thing is that the bathroom equipment is particularly showery. The water in the showerhead is small and it is difficult to take a bath because it is blocked. In addition, the swimming pool garden is recommended. Do some mosquito control, otherwise you will just bite while swimming. Well, the overall cost performance is good. If the above two points are improved, you can consider staying here for a long time.

It’s a perfect RV experience. It’s my first time to rent a RV. When I went to see the site on Monday, my first reaction was that everything was very small and there were a lot of bugs. But actually, I felt very comfortable when I stayed there, especially the bed, which was very comfortable and the space was enough. Very It is suitable for couples or families to travel. There is a small river in the campground that is very beautiful. Be sure to bring toilet water and wind oil essence when you check in.

Come to Wanning Xinglong to eat and drink, see a circle of nearby homestays and hotels, compared, this is a Xinglong ceiling in my heart. The weather is 16 and 17 degrees these days, which is too suitable for hot springs. There is also a private soup pool in the yard of the room! The boss also sent welcome fruit and picked coconuts directly! Wake up in the morning, the sun feels like entering the yard, the boss also provides breakfast to buy service! This is a holiday! !
