Romantic Hotels in Hainan, China

We arrived at the hotel around 6 PM on the 23rd. We had anticipated the typhoon would arrive at 8 PM as per the forecast, but it turned out to be inaccurate. Even at 10 PM, the pool was still bustling with people enjoying themselves. Later that evening, I took a stroll from my room to the observation deck at the end of the corridor and noticed that the staff had already prepared all the sandbags for flood prevention. The front desk staff were very friendly, and our butler, Luy, was incredibly thoughtful. They even arranged for a fruit platter to be placed in our room while we were out for dinner. I felt the value for money was excellent. The facilities are comprehensive, and there's a supermarket conveniently located right next to the hotel's elevators. The road outside the lobby entrance was undergoing repairs, but this didn't affect our ability to hail a taxi; cabs were readily available nearby. On pleasant days, it's also very convenient to walk to the local market for a meal. In the evenings, the hotel pool was lively with many children, and the staff were diligently supervising, blowing whistles, and giving reminders to ensure safety. It's very convenient for families with children, and the hotel's playground is also quite spacious. By the way, in the evenings, both older gentlemen and young people could be seen sea fishing downstairs. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable and felt very welcoming. The scenery here is beautiful, regardless of the weather.

The room is all white and very clean, with a balcony where you can hang clothes. 😏 Just downstairs is the beach, and a short walk away there's a beach music bar at night. The restaurant on the first floor (basement level) right by the sea has a great atmosphere and delicious food. The owner was super enthusiastic and even helped us take photos! Plus, there's a pool for playing in the water, which the kids found incredibly convenient, and the adults loved for photo opportunities. Staying here for several days without moving around still provided new and exciting activities every day. Perfect for guests who enjoy longer stays and in-depth exploration.

The location is absolutely stunning, you can hear the ocean from your room. Everything is within walking distance with the beach just outside. It was a lucky find, a serendipitous encounter, that led me to choose this B&B. The cleanliness was impeccable. As someone who usually struggles with sleep, I was pleasantly surprised by how incredibly comfortable the bed was; I slept soundly every single night. A pristine beach is directly accessible downstairs. The warm and attentive service from all the staff truly made me feel completely at home, despite being so far away. In Sanya!! The only B&B I'd recommend!!! You won't believe it! Ruoyi Hotel in Tianya Town completely fulfilled all my fantasies of chilling by the sea 🌊 For this Sanya trip, choosing Ruoyi in Tianya Town as our last stop was absolutely the right decision! The moment I entered the room, the floor-to-ceiling windows framed the ocean perfectly, turning it into a living painting. The blue hour by the sea was breathtakingly beautiful, and at night, you could even see fireworks exploding over the water, like watching a private romantic movie 🎆 The bathtub was my happy place. Soaking in it in the evening, gazing at the sea view and just zoning out – that’s what a vacation should feel like! And the soundproofing in the room was incredible; not a sound from outside could get in, only the gentle lapping of the waves, which acted as perfect white noise for sleeping. I had such a peaceful night's sleep 💤 The hotel's ground-floor pool and terrace were also fantastic. In the afternoon, if I didn't feel like going out, I'd just lie on a lounge chair on the terrace, enjoying afternoon tea, feeling the sea breeze, and watching the ocean. Time really seemed to slow down. Just a few steps downstairs and you're on the beach, walking barefoot on the soft sand – super therapeutic! They even offer a complimentary photo service to capture all these beautiful moments, which is so thoughtful 📸 The hotel facilities are comprehensive, fully immersing you in that vacation vibe, and it's conveniently close to the airport, so no stress about catching flights. My days at Ruoyi really helped me understand and embrace slow living by the sea. The room was huge, like, ridiculously huge! 😂 I honestly think it could easily fit two adults and a child. The ocean view, in my opinion, was fantastic; getting a high-floor room with a sea view is definitely the way to go. The balcony was also excessively large. There are gaps between the glass panels on the balcony, so parents with small children should be careful. Honestly, though, there's enough space in the room for kids to run around anyway. The second video was shot from the balcony – who wouldn't be captivated by that sea view? 😁 I didn't eat at the hotel restaurant; I ordered takeout, which was delivered by a robot. If you're in a hurry, you can go downstairs and pick it up yourself. The hotel also has its own indoor pool, so you don't even have to leave the building. It does get quite sunny in there, though. I saw some reviews online saying the hotel is a bit old. To be honest, while it might be old, it's very clean. You can see signs of wear on some of the furniture, but nothing is dilapidated. The only thing I think needs improvement is the living room sofa – it's incredibly soft, almost to an absurd degree, and the bedroom sofa covers definitely need to be replaced. Oh, and the pillows were super comfortable, but the bed was on the softer side. Overall, for this price, this view, and this much space, it's totally worth it. Seriously, just book it – you'll be blown away, haha. This room is also perfect for taking amazing photos.

This B&B in Tianya Town? What an absolute gem of a find! 💯 The location is absolutely unbeatable! It's right by the sea. As you step into the lobby, you're immediately greeted by the breathtaking blue ocean🌊, and my mood was instantly lifted! Next time I'm in Tianya Town, I'm absolutely locking this place in for my next visit! Their complimentary beverage service truly impressed me! It's free and incredibly thoughtful. I happily downed a couple of their delicious coconut lattes☕️, and honestly, the coffee quality is good enough to be sold in a cafe! They truly don't cut corners. Sipping coffee on the balcony with the sea breeze – the sheer bliss was beyond words!😭 And the sea view? Reportedly out of this world! Though I booked a street view room this time (a slight regret 😅), I heard their sea view rooms offer an unbeatable and utterly stunning vista! (Definitely trying that next time!) The value for money here is exceptional! Even with a street view room, it didn't stop me from having direct access to the beach🏖️ and the sea just by stepping downstairs! The savings on the room felt like a bonus! What's more, the room was exceptionally clean and spotlessly, literally sparkling! The water pressure was also super strong! Considering the fantastic service and impeccable cleanliness, this place truly reigns as the king of value for money! And here's a delightful surprise! In the evening, you can catch a live performance🎤 by a beach singer directly from the lobby balcony! Watching the sea, listening to music, and sipping on a complimentary Americano – the romantic ambiance was off the charts! Location: The hotel is located in Sanya Bay, with an excellent location. Downstairs is Haiyue Square, opposite Phoenix Island, within walking distance to the sea. The surrounding transportation is convenient, and the convenience of travel is a plus point across the road from the beach, suitable for guests who like sea views. Facilities As a newly opened hotel, the rooms are fully equipped, including refrigerators, self-service laundry rooms, etc. Some room types also have bathtubs and are smart facilities to meet the different needs of guests. The hotel is clean and tidy as a whole, and the items are fresh and odorless. The bathroom items are bright like mirrors, giving people a fresh and comfortable feeling. Dining: The hotel offers a rich selection of buffet breakfasts, afternoon tea and special meals such as coconut chicken or dregs vinegar hot pot, allowing guests to taste local delicacies. The breakfast is very rich and meeting the needs of different tastes is a highlight of the hotel. Service : excellent service quality, friendly and welcoming staff with smiles and meticulous

The location of this homestay is very convenient. It takes only a short taxi ride to the scenic spots. The environment is beautiful, the air is fresh, the sky is clear, and the environment is clean. It is especially suitable for traveling with friends. It is very comfortable. I would like to give special praise to Xiaoli at the front desk. She was very enthusiastic and took the initiative to help us carry our luggage and send us to the car [strong]

Upon check-in at 4 PM, our room wasn't ready. We were upgraded to a room with a small plunge pool, but its edges were yellowish. The chef at the breakfast congee station had a poor attitude. The restaurant's linen seats and floor were dirty, and we were seated before cleaning was complete. Breakfast was also quite limited. Lobby signage was unclear, and it was often impossible to find staff for assistance. The photography service called me after 11 PM to arrange a shoot, but then no one contacted me even after the scheduled 2 PM time the next day. With a typhoon approaching, I simply left. The pool was quite good, with slides that adults could enjoy without long queues. Our butler, Mango, was quite helpful. The lantern lighting activity was interesting. However, only a small, insufficient amount of cocktails were prepared. Surprisingly, they also charged a deposit for the room booking. This is the first hotel in Haitang Bay I've stayed at that required a deposit.
