Wow! Where do I even begin…?! Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived until we left, we experienced friendliness from all the staff members. They were all always eager to help and most of them can speak a little English but the translator works wonders as well and they were all very patient with using it. We initially only booked for one night but once arriving at the hotel and seeing the premises and rooms, we knew we had to immediately book another night as it exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately, the room we were in wasn’t available for the second night but the staff upgraded us to a better room for the second night with one of the most amazing views! Breakfast was served as a buffet, it’s not very big but it has everything you need and it was delicious! There is a tea experience daily after 6:30pm where you can sit around the fire and grill some nuts, potatoes, sweet potatoes and snack on fruits while sipping on some iced white tea. On the 4th floor of the main building there is also a tea room where you can make your own tea and sip on it while enjoying the magnificent views from the viewing deck. On our second day, Jiao Jiao, the manager of the hotel, took us to the Baling River museum of bridges as well as to the viewing point of Dishuitan Waterfall. She was so helpful, friendly & kind. This hotel will forever be special to us as we got engaged here on our first night so we will definitely be back for many more visits in the future. I honestly couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. If you find yourself looking for a place to relax and unwind, look no further! Book this hotel, you won’t regret it! Special thank you to all the staff that helped us during our stay - 小陶、小万和小绒 - you were all so attentive and went above and beyond. All I can say is thank you!! See you again soon!

The staff here are pure gold – super helpful and always smiling, making us feel right at home. Our host was a total gem, sharing insider tips on exploring the area that made our trip extra special. The location? Absolutely killer! Right in the middle of those jaw-dropping karst formations, we could step out for a morning stroll or sunset hike among the peaks without breaking a sweat. It was nature lover’s paradise meets relaxing escape. Rooms were spacious, clean, and just what you need after a day of adventure. In short, this place nailed it! With top-notch service and views to die for, it's not just a hotel; it's an experience that feels tailor-made for anyone seeking a personal connection with Xingyi's natural wonders. We can't wait to come back and relive the magic. Definitely recommend for those looking for a down-to-earth stay with a touch of class amidst breathtaking scenery. Btw, We are here for Jan 1st 2024, the fireworks and atmosphere is unforgettable.

Finally, I went to Miaozhai the next day and didn’t know how to operate Haoxing.com, so the boss helped me buy it. The next day, he also sent us to the bus station and sent us to Xiaoqikong with an elderly couple. The boss is very good. [About the room] The room is clean and hygienic, all disposable, including towels. Few homestays can do this, and it is a smart toilet. I went there in the off-season and upgraded the room for free. It is not far from the main street for eating (about 5 minutes away), which is quiet in the hustle and bustle! It is precisely because of these that I have a good impression of Xiaoqikong. By the way, pay attention to avoid the pits of Qianhu Miaozhai, whoever goes there will be a big complaint

I came to Zhaoxing five days ago and changed between two B&Bs two days ago until I checked into Zizishanju. This is the most comfortable B&B I have ever stayed in. The owner of the inn personally picked up and dropped off my luggage and helped to carry the luggage upstairs. Although the village is not very convenient. It's big, but the boss comes to pick you up when you're tired from shopping every day. It really makes you feel at home.

Thanks to Trip.com for this wonderful hotel. All of us (4 pax) LOVED this hotel. Very strategically located amongst food centers, shops and local activities. Views from this hotel is fantastic...accentuated by the river and lights at night. Again, our stays exceeded the HIGH 5 Star ratings.... Ms Chen, Manager of the hotel is EXTREMELY helpful and resourceful in giving valuable suggestions thus making our stay, a delightful vacation. Well done, Ms Chen, an original Miao native and her efficient team, Ms Wu and others. Wonderful staff, including housekeeping... Definitely, will recommend to visit Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village and staying at Xijiang Story Resort Hotel is a Super Plus advantage. not as convenient as I thought it would be. walkway to Huanguoshu is for VIP only, other wise you have to walk outside. Getting there by taxi, we had to stop at front gate, unload luggage and wait for hotel car, reload luggage to get to hotel and unload again. Staff is very, very nice and helpful though. Room is ok, but bed not that comfortable.

The hotel is just a little bit down from the observation deck! Taking pictures is almost the same as taking photos at the observation deck! The key point is that you don’t have to compete with others for a spot (a great place for aerial photography)! Breakfast is also provided (it tastes pretty good)! The boss and his wife are warm, generous and have a great attitude! The important thing is that my drone crashed at night...the boss and his wife actively searched for me! He also introduced me to another hotel to look for! Therefore, the above must be given great praise! !

Everything was great. The only issue was the room was hot. AC wasn't doing its job. Called front desk. They sent a tech to adjust AC and brought a portable fan. Was able to cool the room down to acceptable level but not as low as we liked. Great breakfast buffet. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants. Very friendly staff.
