I was quite satisfied when I entered the room, but later I found that the bed was too small. I booked a 1.5-1.8-meter bed, but it was only 1.3 meters in reality! We didn't realize it until the evening, so we didn't go to the front desk to ask for a room change. The room facilities seem to be very complete, but they are all useless for short-term guests. The kitchen is full of pots, bowls, and kitchen utensils, but there are no forks🍴 when you really need to use them... In addition, the bathroom is very small and the sink design is not convenient.
The parking lot downstairs is quite convenient. You can enter and exit many times. You can still park there after checking out the next day. The front desk will give you an access card, and you can return it to the front desk after the car completely leaves the parking lot. This is more worth the parking fee of $37 per night.
My niece and I stayed here for a night on our way to Stratford. The staff were lovely - everyone was so kind and helpful. We stayed in the Georgina Fergusson room, which was small, but enough space for the two of us. The bathroom was a good size- much larger than I expected, with a jetted tub. The breakfast was delicious.
Great stay! Right downtown, easy to find and accessible to everything. Clean and modern. Noisy due to construction. No room service, but a good lounge and dining area

Very nice..Beautiful view. I would stay there again. A little disappointed with the size of the pool and having to reserve a 2 hour window to be poolside but besides that it was the perfect distance from both BMO field and The Budweiser Stage. Staff were courteous and friendly too.
It felt like a hotel with a nice historical atmosphere. The room was nice and the hotel was comfortable without any complaints.
Coffee is available in the lobby in the morning, a la carte breakfast (for a fee) is available at the hotel restaurant, and there is a nice cafe nearby, making it a convenient location.
Looking at the reviews of nearby hotels, I thought they might not have toothbrushes and slippers, so I brought them, but they weren't. Also, in this room, although there is a shelf for storing clothes, it was not uncommon for there to be space for hanging clothes and hangers. We only brought casual clothes for our 2-night stay, so there was no problem, but if you need a suit, it might be better to check with the hotel.
Even though it was my first time in Canada, I didn't have enough time to find a hotel this time, so I was hesitant to compare it with other major hotels in the same price range the day before. I'm glad I ended up staying here, and I'd definitely like to use it again next time.
Very sustainable hotel😂I forgot to bring toothpaste. I called and they said they didn't have any. The price of $650CAD+a night. Bottled water was also charged $7. There were no amenities but there was an Amenity Fee of $29 a night..1.5 languages
The service attitude was OK. The gym had no view. The swimming pool was only open for a few months in the summer. The rooftop bar was also closed due to recent maintenance. The price for two breakfasts booked on Ctrip was actually a $60 breakfast credit per day. The price was a bit expensive. The actual meal cost $60 per person. The excess and tax had to be paid extra. The taste was average.
Seeing the online praise of Whitney Manor, I placed an order more than a month in advance in Trip.com and started to continue to look forward to it. When I arrived at the manor in the evening, the building was really outstanding. According to the instructions in the envelope left by the front desk, I entered the Greystone Suite. The eyes of the suite continued to surprise us. The manor has a long history and is well maintained by the current owner. The owner has a unique design for every item in the room, and also gives careful tips and guidance to the occupants who come. On the Mid-Autumn Festival, when the moon is full, he spent two days as the owner of the manor and spent a pleasant time leaving a good memory.
