we stayed here for 2 nights, the room was very spacious with 2 queen beds. a nice little area outside to sit and chill aswell. The owner was a very very lovely and helpful man and his lovely family. he offers motorbike rentals and help with onward travels. the location is very good aswell, just a 30 second walk off of the main street with restaurants clothe shops etc. for the price you cannot complain and would recommend for those who are on a budget.

A very friendly family runs this small homestay. We felt very comfortable. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. A delicious breakfast was also provided, and if the weather is warm enough, you can use the pool. Otherwise, it's also pleasant to relax on the sun lounger in front of the pool. Many thanks to the whole family who run this homestay and ensured we had a wonderful stay.

Very interesting and quiet place. The rooms are separate houses. Breakfast is chosen on the menu, the choice is not big, but is prepared from under the knife. The trees grow narrowly, around the mountains and the ducks swim. The hotel can remove the bikes and refuel them, order a transfer, staff responsive and help. On the bike you can get to any sights, the map will provide the staff. If you want to go to the village with a pool, you should visit here.

We had a lovely and relaxing stay here. The location is great, close to things but far enough away from the busy parts so that you get some peace and quiet. They had bicycles and motorbikes for rent, snacks and drinks for sale, and the morning breakfast was nice. Our room was super nice, seems like it was very recently renovated/constructed.

I didn’t expect much about the place in terms of amenities and cleanliness but the kindness, friendliness and care I received from the staff were superb. I was there for pure nature, serenity and magnificent views, and boy I wasn’t disappointed. It’s a property perched in the middle of the iconic rocky mountains of Ninh Binh, surrounded by lush greenery and a small river that even had a little canoe next to my cabin. You can just stay at this property the whole day without doing anything special yet your mind and heart still end up fulfilled. Sit at their small cafe while having some coffee or a plate of authentic local Vietnamese food. Just stare at the rice fields or admire the beauty of the lotus on their pond. Have a bonfire at night while listening to their good-vibe music or ask the staff to play your own.

Hotel located at a strategic location near the bus station. The owner is very friendly and we rented a motorbike from him. Sound proof is not the best but this was also due to us having a noisy neighbour on the night of stay.

It was okay, there are free bicycles to use. However there are a few things are worth mentioning. There’s no power point beside the bed, so you can’t charge your phone and use it while lying down.
There’s also no power point in the bathroom, which means no blow-drying your hair inside. They do have a spot outside for drying hair, but there’s no mirror there, so it’s not practical and I doubt that setup is going to change.
The room has no entertainment at all, not even a TV, which may or may not matter depending on the person.
One thing that might bother some people is the mirror directly facing the bed. It can be uncomfortable or even considered bad feng shui. Honestly it gave me a bit of a scare at night.
Overall fine for a simple stay, but these are things to be aware of.

The hotel in Tam Coc is quite peaceful, around many beautiful rice fields. There are many delicious restaurants and cafes nearby. The minus point is that the room is small, so it is quite stable, the soundproofing is poor, you can hear other people talking outside and the sound of running from other rooms. Overall it's good compared to the price, so I still rate 5 sa

The room isn't very spacious and very simple, needs renovation. It has two windows and a balcony. But only one was glazed, so the balcony and the other window you have to keep shut and no light comes through it. The room is very dark and has little furniture.
The host is fine and ready to help. The wi fi is okay.
The breakfast options are eggs, pancakes, omelette, noodles and various drinks. Once we tried pancakes and they were not tasty at all.
There is no lift but the host helped us with our bags to the 3rd floor.
The construction site nearby was quite noisy in the morning.

Guest UserThis is a good family-friendly hotel. If you want to be right in the heart of Tam Coc, this is the place for you. There's a boat station right across the road, which is how we heard the festival starting early in the morning and quickly joined the festive preparations and activities. There are plenty of places nearby to eat or grab a couple of cocktails. The owners are very responsive and attentive people. You can confidently ask for help, and they won't refuse you. In the evening, there isn't enough hot water; it seems guests use a lot of it, so the tap only provides lukewarm water. But considering the heat, that's not really a problem either.
