Very nice girls at the reception. New hotel. Excellent bed linen and blankets are very soft. But! The carpet is in vain, it is already old or visually not clean. Excellent breakfasts!! The cook is great. Everything is good. But, when checking in, we were told that you can move around the territory of the eternal city on a golf cart for free, until 18:00. In fact, this service was not available. We had to move around on a boat for a fee. There was no pool in the hotel either. Although we saw it in the photo. It turned out that the pool in the photo was from a neighboring hotel. We went with a 50% discount since it is the same chain. Overall, the impression about the hotel is positive. I liked everything very much.

We are so happy and satisfied with this hotel until the day we checked out. We were accused of taking the laundry bag which is worth 300k Uzbek SUM. I went up with 2 staff and it turned out it was in the drawer all the time (the funny thing is I never even touched it.) I don’t blame these 2 staff as I know it is their responsibility to make sure nothing was missing/stolen (though next time it would be appreciated if they can check it more thoroughly.) What truly pissed me off is the attitude from another female staff at the reception named Zarifa. From the moment we checked out, she just looked grumpy and when my friend said “we never used it”, she reacted with “I am sure you did” in a very rude way! Even later on, it turned out to be in the drawer in the room, she was not even apologetic (the other 2 staff at least said “sorry for the mistake.” This is one of the 2 five star hotels in Samarkand and I just hope what we paid at this hotel is equivalent to the amount of respect you show to your customers. The hotel really NEEDS to put more training in your staff’s service. By the way, we had a really nice chat with another staff named “Firdav” at the first floor bar (if I remember his name correctly, he is tall and bit skinny). He had worked in Hilton for 2 years and the professionalism and politeness he demonstrated is just another level. PLEASE LEARN FROM HIM THAT HOW A STAFF AT 5 STAR HOTEL SHOULD BEHAVE AND TREAT THEIR GUESTS!!

Новый, чистый отель. Завтраки отличные, большой выбор еды: яйца, каша, сосиски, овощи, фрукты, кофе вкусный, чай, соки, сухофрукты, голодным точно не останешься. Рядом с отелем вечный город, поющие фонтаны. Персонал в отеле отзывчивый, очень вежливый. В номере есть халаты, тапочки, косметика Salvatore Ferragamo.

The hotel is of a high level of comfort - the room, breakfast, everything is great, worth the money! There are some shortcomings that should be corrected - the waiters in the lobby do not know the menu, they mix up the dishes. There is a large area around, they could organize scooter and bicycle rental as an option for leisure for guests. There is not enough transfer at least to the eternal city, to the fountain - you have to call a taxi every time.

The hotel is located in the very center of Samarkand, which is very convenient. Some attractions are within walking distance. The rooms are not very large, but comfortable. Large and beautiful hall on the first floor. Breakfasts are very tasty and very varied. We liked everything very much, especially the breakfasts!

Nice hotel with good Ambiance and facilities. Special thanks to Sharofat at the reception who helped us booking a city tour and was very helpful even during her leave. It had 24x7 bar and restaurant with good food. Would strongly recommend this hotel to all kind of tourists.

The facilities are relatively new, but the room is a little unclean. Fortunately, the service is good. I found a fly in the room when I checked in that night. I contacted the front desk and they immediately changed me to a new room. Not bad!

It feels like a rural hotel in a quiet place. Late at night, the hotel door is locked until dawn, which seems to be perfect for older travelers who care about security. The room is relatively small, but there are fluorescent lights to work quietly. You can have a light buffet meal in the morning, but I don't like greasy ones, so I ate fried eggs, a sausage, yogurt, tangerine (high sugar), and a piece of bread. I ordered black coffee for free and drank it. The hotel staff are friendly, but they don't speak English well. I checked out to get out of the 6 o'clock high-speed train to Tashkent, but I was surprised to ask for a $8 tourist tax for two days, four dollars a day. I thought it would be late for the car, so I gave it first and then got on the train, and I thought I was ripped off by the tour guide, so I went there and asked him to pay for it. Looking at the kakaotalk sent by the tour guide later, it seems that you really get a tourist tax in Samarkand. It would be nice to know that those staying in Samarkand have to pay an extra $4 a day.

A particularly amazing hotel, the decoration taste is particularly good, breakfast is also very good. Although it is not close to the scenic spot, it is very cheap to take a taxi anyway, and it is very convenient to take a taxi to the scenic spot.
