I informed the hotel reception about this and they assured me that these two reserved amounts would be released after check-out. The first reserved amount was released a few days after check-out, but the second was not. On August 26, 2024, my card was debited with €80.93 and on the same day €80.43 was credited again. The result is that my card is still charged today, eleven days after check out, with a reservation of approximately $180.00. I am surprised about such a behavior and have asked the hotel to explain the reasons for the charges on my card. I have already complained to Wyndham and asked the hotel to ensure that the amount -still reserved on my card- is now quickly released.

The hotel is in the city center, within 10 minutes walk from the stream center and Temple Square. However, there is no breakfast in the hotel. This is the perfect hotel for this trip. The conditions are really good and it is not far from the city center. The best choice in Salt Lake City must be here. The hotel is very new and in a good location. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the church, the state government, and the mall. We booked a corner twin room, which was large and clean. Cleaning must be done before 11:00. No one will clean the room after this time. Don't forget to tip.
