The staff was good and the room was pretty nice. I wish they would come up with a new way to confirm personal information however.... While I was checking in with my two kids a man behind me overheard my phone number, saved it and proceeded to text me later that night. I found out he stays there often so that's a small cause for concern. Because of that incident I won't be returning to this hotel.

The hotel is right in the center of the city. It has picturesque views. The room was spacious and very clean. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to all local attractions. For example, it’s just about 8 mins to Cranmore Mountain Resort.

GGuest UserNice, clean and quiet hotel. There was coffee provided in the morning in the lobby with sugar and powdered creamer. The elevator was quick and the wait was always short. The fourth floor room was on the small side however it was clean and quiet with a good heat and air conditioning system. The bathroom was better than I expected however the water pressure in the shower was inadequate although there was enough water. The bathroom was spotless. The TV and microwave worked well. All in all, I would stay there again.

GGuest UserThis is the second time we’ve stayed here and we have loved it each time. We stayed in the carriage house because I can’t really do stairs very well. The breakfasts have always been delicious and the proprietors were thoughtful and friendly. The atmosphere is relaxing and the building itself is beautiful.
