The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming, helping us connect to the Wi-Fi and charge our car. The hotel itself was relatively new, with sofas, desks, and wardrobes—everything we needed was provided. The beach was just a short walk away. Breakfast was average, and the coffee was also just so-so.

I had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn Trabzon. The hotel is perfectly located with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made my visit to Trabzon even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Ahmed for his constant support, attentiveness, and kindness throughout my stay. I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect. Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant. If you’re visiting Trabzon and want a place where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, Residence Inn Trabzon is the perfect choice. Huge thanks again to Ahmed, Lina, and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

The hotel is situated near the central park and street. The hotel corresponds its price. If you need some place to sleep, take a shower and discover Trabzon it's quite a good option.

Otele ilk geldiğimde rezervasyonumuzun görünmediğini söylediler ve resepsiyondaki arkadaş acentelerde takılmış olabileceğini belirtti,acentelerle iletişime geçerek rezervasyonumuzu buldu,ilgi alaka en üst düzeyde,otel çalışanlarına çok teşekkür ediyoruz,temizlik,odaların genişliği çok iyi,açık büfe kahvaltı çok geniş seçenekleri barındırıyor,burada tekrar kalmak isteriz

To just stay, both without children. The room was booked family (4 people), result: 3 beds and 1 broken layout. Pushers such that in the morning the neck could not be turned, as if they were put bricks in the waist. The booking indicates: exit at 23:30. When settled, we were not told about the rules of expulsion. In the morning we went on a walk in the city. We arrived in the evening, and could not get to the room because they reprogrammed the key, things in the room. We wanted us to pay for the night. We show them the terms of the reservation, where it says: exit 23:30, answer: this is a system error. The pen was missing outside, so when we went out of the room and closed the door, we had to call the staff to open the door. But the staff was excellent plus a big 😁
