Lovely place to stay and get you settled down before your flight in a hot air balloon. Awesome service from the two gentlemen:Mohamed and Haluk. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of dishes to choose from. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel if you happened to be in Göreme..

What a fabulous little hotel. Beautifully presented in line with the theme of the Cappadocia area. The rooftop area has a wonderful view of the town and the staff were more than helpful. The breakfast each morning, which was included in the price, was just fabulous.

The welcoming was very good. The staff was friendly and they even helped with the bags because the room was on the bottom and there are a lot of stairs to get to the top… I struggled a bit to get my laundry that was handed in. They were supposed to return it at 5pm the latest, and by 8pm I had to go ask in person by walking all the way to the top, after numerous calls to reception. The guy working in reception when handing in the keys and getting ready for the airport was not friendly. (Also the same guy who said to wait the whole time for the laundry). It’s as if everything was too much trouble for him. He was also supposed to give breakfast to us leaving early morning for the airport, but he never did - although it was arranged and paid for in the reservation deal. Overall a good stay as the room was clean, private, big and very beautiful. Unfortunately it was too hot at night and I had to sleep with the windows and door open because the water heater could not switch off, even though I asked the, (not friendly) receptionist to assist. He only said turn the knob to the left but it didn’t do anything. I would recommend the hotel 100%, just the receptionist taking over from the welcoming receptionists would make me think twice before staying there again.

I stayed at this lovely hotel for four nights. It's located slightly up a hill but not all the way up, so it made it very easy to get away from all the hustle & bustle of the tourists on the main street, but yet still have the charm & proximity to beautiful architecture, restaurants and shopping. The staff is very accommodating, and the environment is very chill. In addition, there are two little furry staff members, sometimes three, who will run the courtyard and keep you company. Upon checking in, they informed me that if I wanted to include breakfast with my stay, all I needed to do was let them know how many times I dined at checkout. Also, I needed laundry to be done, therefore dropped it off in the morning by 10:00 a.m. and had it back by early evening. They also said just pay upon checkout. They are very trusting! No one checks you at the restaurant for your room number! One load was $10€, but I will say don't expect them to fold everything. I dropped everything off in my own laundry bag, and it was pretty much shoved back in there! You also have to be specific with what you want hung dry too. They have an iron in the reception area should you need it. The rooms are nicely decorated in a rustic style. It's a decent size, but they are rather dark. I had a hard time putting on makeup before going out. 😂 The bed was rather comfy. The water pressure was absolutely fantastic, and the water gets hot quick too!! There are several delicious restaurants within 2 to 3 minutes walking distance ... Taste of Mama (Gözleme), Omru (rooftop), TUMA (rooftop), INCI, and Keyif (rooftop & great music). Overall, a very pleasant stay in a lovely location. I would definitely return!

The hotel does not have air conditioning but it is not too hot. The overall service attitude is good, the meals provided by the restaurant are more in line with the appetite, and the front desk is very helpful in calling taxis and ordering hot air balloons.

We spent one night at the hotel. We arrived early in the morning, left our things, and went to wander around the city. We were met at the hotel by very friendly guys who told us everything and showed us everything! thank you very much Begimai!!! The girl greeted us like old friends! The hotel is located on the highest point of the city and from a very authentic terrace you have a gorgeous view of the entire city! It would be a wonderful evening spent on the terrace with exactly the same enthusiastic guests! Breakfast is worth a special delight! Abundance of everything! and also with this view I recommend this hotel not only because of the view, but also the excellent attitude towards guests

We had a fantastic 4-day stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, fulfilling all our requests, including placing us on a higher floor for stunning views. The room was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family of 4 adults. The beds were super comfortable, and the bathroom was large and modern. Although we experienced a brief power outage one day, it was resolved quickly. The breakfast was amazing with a great variety, and the hotel's restaurant offers delicious meals—slightly pricey but worth it! We were served by the friendly Ibrahim! A unique touch was the beautiful birds and hens they kept in cages, adding charm to the surroundings. The hotel’s location is ideal, close to the town, and we even got to see hot air balloons right from our room! Overall, it was a superb and memorable experience. Highly recommend!🥰😍

The environment is very good, the room is very clean and warm. The location is very convenient, surrounded by supermarkets and restaurants. The scenery on the rooftop is very good. The boss is very nice and warm-hearted. He will take the initiative to help when you encounter problems. He will also help you sign up for tour groups and hot air balloons. The prices are also very reasonable. The boss's white cat is very cute, but it will scratch people and you can't touch it. A very good travel experience-

Nice cave hotel, on top of the hill, which is necessary if you want to have nice paranomic view of the hot air balloons (if they do fly). Many hot hair balloons do fly directly above or across the hotel, as this hotel is near the peak point in gerome hotel area. A nice paranomic view of the whole surrounding too since view is unblocked by other hotels on lower slopes. No safe box in hotel, or no battery as per my experiences in Turkey. Breakfast is a good spread, with nice restaurant view of the surrounding area. Walking distance to gerome city centre, which to me resembles a tourist trap which sells homogenous products. I enjoyed my stay.

The room is OK, the toilet is a real cave, the room is a fake cave, very good, you can experience the real cave, and you don't have to live in the cave. The hotel is on the mountain, the view is good, you can see the night view on the platform, and the hot air balloon is great.

The best value for money! It's right on the main road of the town, next to the bus station, very friendly to independent travelers. The room is a real cave, clean and comfortable, with good sunlight and no musty smell. The breakfast is very rich, and the receptionist is also very friendly. I am very satisfied and highly recommend it!

I liked everything very much. Located in Goreme, right in the park area. Close to the main street with delicious coffee. Everyone at the hotel is friendly, they organized a shuttle to the airport. The view from the terrace is beautiful.

This place is the best stay for me in Turkey. Good location not busy good for family. And the room make me feel like home, it is very private. And very very good service. If i really want to recomment Pinhan to everyone.

A very cozy hotel, I booked another night when I chose to stay in Cappadocia for one more day. The owner and staff are very friendly and it's very pleasant to stay here. The owner spent many years renovating and designing this hotel. Every room and every corner has different little thoughts and special designs, which is very attentive. There is a sense of peace of mind at home.

The service is very good, very welcoming, very good location, right at the highest point of the fortress, the hotel has only 6 houses. Breakfast is not self-help, but family-style, what to eat, it is okay, because the fruit is only apple. There are three rooms, and the family suite No. 2 can be added to the sofa bed in the living room. Nothing else is possible. Room 6 is more interesting. Parking is available at the hotel entrance. There are many hotels in the surrounding development. Many new hotels, although not as distinctive as this, will be modern and comfortable. After all, the real cave rooms, no windows, no air conditioning, no TV. Dream hotel next door, there is a little henlike under kao, Accor will be a better choice

Small hotel with a few rooms. Located on a rural street, far from the center. The rooms are clean, the hostess (the only employee of the hotel) is friendly and willing to meet requests, but speaks only Turkish, we communicated with the help of a translator)) in the annex to the building where breakfast is held it is very cold, the rooms are also cool, there is no heating it worked (we were there at the beginning of May) We lived in room No. 4. There was a strong smell of sewage in the bathroom, it needed to be cleaned (I read this in reviews before). WIFI only works in the reception area, next to the router. WIFI does not work in the rooms(( Breakfast is very modest, there is no coffee, always only Turkish tea, a few small pieces of cheese, always less than 5 pieces, a little olives and black olives, a lot of bread. One small saucer with jam and one small saucer with honey. A few slices of tomatoes and cucumbers. And that’s for 5 people. (Three of our friends lived in room No. 5) The hostess always brought scrambled eggs from the hot dish, one small frying pan for 4 small pieces of scrambled eggs for 5 people! put wine in her refrigerator for cooling. The rooms do not have a TV, there is no air conditioning, there is no refrigerator. The description on the website indicates the size of the rooms as 70-90 square meters. This is not true. The rooms are small, about 12 square meters. And there is a very large double bed. The base of the bed is larger than the size of the mattress, so you constantly hit your feet against the wooden base. You can’t walk between the window and the sinkhole, there’s about a 20-centimeter gap.

The hotel was nice, the location was good, we went with my 1 year old baby, we had no problems as it had underfloor heating, the breakfast was diverse, we were satisfied.

The location of the hotel is not that good. It's a bit far from the hot air balloon. The restaurant is not very good. The hotel room is very good. I started crying for a night and I hugged it out of the room, I just hugged it in and continued to cry. I ended up sitting in the living room for one night and taking a shower in the bathroom was hairy. The next day, I decided to change my room. This hotel is not beautiful. I didn’t take pictures on my phone.
