But the booking department made a mistake and gave me a room without a view. They offered no apology, and kept telling me to ”deal with the booking department.” They brought me an A4 sheet with a confirmation number that wasn't mine, not my booking date, but my personal information, clarifying that it was ”not their problem.” I was able to relax peacefully at the hotel and use the spa services. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, but the reception staff leaves much to be desired. I recommend the manager improve their staffing or adjust their scripts. Чисто, удобно, красиво. Понравилось, что была колонка салют в номере, утро начиналось с музыки. Брали номер с видом на море и много времени проводили на балконе любуясь. Завтраки разнообразные и обслуживание прекрасное.
Спа хороший. Ужины отдельная любовь, ооочень вкусно в ресторане, заказ по меню.
Были там 5 дней, сплошные плюсы, уезжать не хотелось. До этого останавливались в других отелях Сириуса, но теперь только сюда:)

Интересно было посмотреть именно блок с удобствами на 12 комнат. Очень всё цивильно и чисто. Есть ресторан со шведским столом, завтраки, обеды, ужины. В блоке кухня с микроволновкой, посудой, холодильником. В сан узлах очень чисто! Сантехника новая. Спасибо отелю за возможность проживания по демократичным ценам в центре города.

GGuest UserВесьма удобное месторасположение. От канатной дороги не далеко , но потопать в гору придётся. Брали семейный номер с двухярусной кроватью, дети в восторге. Очень чистая свежая постель. Матрасы упругие, не дешёвые. Номер маленький, но уютный. Ванная комната, хоть и не новая, но довольно чистая. На первом этаже столовая по ценам ресторана. Еда на 3ку. Лучше добавить и сходить в Грушу, которая находится рядом с гостиницей. Для детей нет ничего. Вернулся бы я туда? Вряд-ли. Хочу побывать в других гостиницах.
