She constantly claimed, ”It's the booking website's fault, or anyone else's, but not us.” I booked a room with a view during the January holidays, hoping to see Krasnodar in all its glory, as I'm a regular guest here. I paid more than for a standard room without a view. But the booking department made a mistake and gave me a room without a view. They offered no apology, and kept telling me to ”deal with the booking department.” They brought me an A4 sheet with a confirmation number that wasn't mine, not my booking date, but my personal information, clarifying that it was ”not their problem.” I was able to relax peacefully at the hotel and use the spa services. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, but the reception staff leaves much to be desired. I recommend the manager improve their staffing or adjust their scripts. I liked the hotel itself, as well as the entire Marriott chain.

Чисто, удобно, красиво. Понравилось, что была колонка салют в номере, утро начиналось с музыки. Брали номер с видом на море и много времени проводили на балконе любуясь. Завтраки разнообразные и обслуживание прекрасное. Спа хороший. Ужины отдельная любовь, ооочень вкусно в ресторане, заказ по меню. Были там 5 дней, сплошные плюсы, уезжать не хотелось. До этого останавливались в других отелях Сириуса, но теперь только сюда:)
