The hotel is very new, with a double bed as shown in the picture, a separate bathroom, a table, a sofa set by the window, and a refrigerator. Good breakfast! There are my favorite bacon and bread, and a delicious cake🍰 There is free coffee next to the reception on the first floor, which you can get yourself. There is free sparkling water and still water in the guest room corridor, which you can also get yourself. There are two large bottles of water in the room. The room is large and has two windows that can be opened for ventilation. It is very close to Katowice Station. There is a Supertrum shopping mall diagonally opposite, and it is also very close to Katowice Shopping Mall in a ten-minute walk.

Staying at Boutique Hotel's Bytom in winter was a delightful experience! The location is perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to local attractions. My Double Standard room was impeccably clean and cozy, providing a comfortable retreat after a day out. The service was exceptional; the staff were friendly and always ready to assist. I particularly enjoyed the facilities, including a lovely breakfast that offered a variety of delicious options. Lovely hotel located on the edge of the city centre of Katowice. Very clean, quiet and well presented. The staff are very friendly and also speak good English. Check-in was swift, taking literally 60 second to get the door keys. We didn't take advantage of breakfast as we were out of the hotel both days before breakfast service started. The hotel is easily found by taking a tram from the city to Katowice Graniczna tram stop, walk past Lidl and it's on the left.

The room is quite big, but there is too much light leaking from the edges of the curtains, and I am always woken up by the sun in the morning. The hotel breakfast is really not good, there are not many choices, the cakes look stale, and I don’t know how it is defined as a four-star hotel.

Hotel worth notice, parking spaces nearby. Nice service. Rooms in very good standard. Plus close reception for the night, but you can enter without any problem. I recommend

The hotel is large, the hotel dining environment is superb, located in the city center, very convenient for people with shopping needs and city sightseeing. But a little traffic jam. Parking space downstairs.

The hotel is super city centered, and the staff here are nice and friendly. However, the room equipment is not satisfying,: very small single quilt was provided, and the mattress for a queen bed was putting two single bed mattresses together.

Good hotel in a central location. Just a few minutes from the train and bus stations. The breakfast in particular is top class. The room we booked matched the description, was comfortable, but unfortunately very small. The bed was only 140 cm wide.
