The location is very good, next to the mall, there are many restaurants on the opposite street, it is convenient to eat, there is an Italian restaurant that is very hot, you have to make an appointment in advance. The room is relatively spacious Parking charges

For the value we paid is this hotel till so-far the best we had till now in Poland, even In the double three(Hilton) in krakow you will not get the service what we got here. We can recommend this hotel for for everyone who want to stay for a short term, BTW, the breakfast is stunning and all included in the room rate👍👍👍👍

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Wiktor, the receptionist, and Mr. Wadym, the young bellboy, for their exceptional kindness and willingness to assist. They were incredibly warm-hearted and did everything they could to help me, especially with my luggage. I have only the highest praise for them. I booked this hotel because I was going to a concert. The hotel is clean and the staff is nice. But the breakfast is the same every day. I don't know what to eat the next day...

It's a very quiet city, very comfortable and the roads are very clean. This hotel is not expensive, the environment is very nice and quiet, and it is great for business trips. Arrived on the first day to adjust to the jet lag, pay attention to be very comfortable. Especially the breakfast is richer than I thought, I listened to the recommendation

Restaurant and staff excellent. Spoke good English. Very good food and varied breakfast. Had to change rooms due to noise level from kitchen below and traffic outside. New room better, but sound proofing is generally insufficient. You hear your neighbours going to the bathroom or having private “activities “ you are not supposed to or wanting! Also cleanliness could be better. Shower for example not properly done. On checkout front desk lady tried to charge the prepaid room again. Had to argue! Will I come back? Don’t think so but could visit the restaurant!

Room clean, single beds wide very comfortable. Room world soundproofed - despite the tram line and busy street next to the hotel, the room is quiet. The hotel is located in an ideal place for both visitors and people who need to travel by car or public transport. Breakfasts very tasty. Service without reservations. I definitely recommend

However, it is best not to have two beds, the bed is only 80-90 cm wide, toothbrush toothpaste towels must be brought by themselves, foreign hotels are generally very frugal, you have to bring your own daily necessities.
