Always come here, it is our favourite hotel in Krakow and has good acces to the city center, the traveler type is really for anyone, families, couples, businesses travellers, brilliant rooms, good bar, and the service is top notch. Would highly recommend.
Check-in was nice and easy. The hotel is located in a convenient location, but outside the Old Town so you save a little on price. I was able to get a bucket of ice each day. My only complaint was the mini-fridge. It was the size of a small microwave and crammed with over-priced items with no room left for a beer.
Everything was good. The room is small but clean, bedsheets and towels white and clean, too. The location is perfect - next to the train and bus stations, and close to the Old Town with all these beautiful buildings. There is a cafe next to the hotel and the grocery shop across the street, and a large shopping mall in the other direction. From the window of our room we were able to see a nice church :) If I come to Krakow one more time, most of all I will choose this hotel again.

A little out of the old town center but only 5-10 mins. The Room was a very good size and looks quite new. The staff were really helpful. The room rquite a few little bits and pieces available butwas across the street from a convenice store. I really enjoyed my stay there
Short 4 day stay in Krakow. We had most things planned ahead of trip so we were only using the hotel as a base as we had a lot to cram into the time we had.
Hotel was very clean and quiet as more mature aged people seemed to be using the premises.
Staff were polite and friendly and when we asked about a trip to the salt mines they obliged and had us booked in minutes

I have to say that the decoration and furnishings in the room seem older than my grandmother, but once I slept I found that it was one of the best nights of sleep I have ever had in all these days of traveling, because the big pillow was very comfortable to sleep on, and the bed was just the right softness and hardness. The room interior looks super classic, but the toilet is super modern and clean. I love the hotel's staircase and lobby, it feels like being in a palace. Because it is located in the old city and the house is old, you can hear the drunk men and women yelling downstairs clearly at night, so people who sleep lightly need to consider this. The advantage is that it is convenient to go anywhere. There is a shop selling Polish dumplings not far away. I packed some and brought them back to eat. I found that they were delicious.
The room is large and clean, but the kitchen utensils are very simple, the pot is small and can only cook noodles for two. There was no one at the counter after 4 o'clock, so I could only call and ask for the password to enter the gate. There is a nice coffee dessert shop downstairs, and the ice cream is delicious! Because it is a weekend check-in, there is no charge for the car to find a place on the side of the road to park that night.

Amazing
WWenyanfenYoyoThe room is of good size, with a bathtub and a great view from the window, looking out to the castle. Marriott hotel brand, good management. It is within walking distance to the old town, not far, about 5 minutes. There is a tram stop 150 meters from the door
AAnonymous UserLoved the place. Right next to the central train station, which also had a huge mall and supermarkets near by. Close to old town. The apartment was spacious with a kitchen, including a microwave, stove for cooking, utensils, plates and fridge. The room was slightly warm (perhaps because we did not know hot to operate the AC) but it was alright. The bedroom was facing a road and could get a little noisy at night when people walked past/ loud cars went through, but it didn't wake me up or anything. There was also ample space in the closet. The staff there were also very helpful and nice during our interaction. Would recommend.
GGuest UserThe hotel is right opposite to the Krakow Main Station and a big shopping mall, and is around 10 minutes from the gate of the Old Town. The hotel has a cool lobby too. The staff was friendly and polite. The room was slightly too small but it got a very decent and cool decoration and could be controlled with a tablet (including the TV). The bed was comfortable. Yet, the lack of a gym/pool might be an issue to those who want to exercise. Overall, this is a hotel of very decent quality and professional staff!
AAnonymous UserThe location is super good! 5 minutes walk from the train station or bus station to 😄
But the hotel is a bit old, the sound insulation is poor, the bath is very slow, the bed is too soft, the wife is too soft 🙂↕️
AAnonymous UserThe room overlooking the square made the stay interesting as the view of the square was superb.
Easy access to Carrefour express marts, f&b outlet, etc.
Just that ride hailing car could not bring us into the square so we had to drag our suitcases about 50m from the hotel to check in.
Don't know if this helps: we asked our friendly desk staff (see the pic) for a cab upon checkout, and it came right in front of the hotel (in the square). But it was at 0530hrs!

AAnonymous UserB&B hotel located in Nowy Targ, a town close to Zakopane. The room is clean and tidied everyday. With amenities like water boiler, hair dryer, etc. everyday there is 2 bottled water provided. Location is close to Nowy Targ bus station and restaurants. A supermarket right next to the hotel, opened until 2330. I definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning to ski in zakopane.
KKingston VHeating wasn’t working properly. The front desk tried fix it but didn’t work so they upgraded me to a different room. The original bathroom has a strong 渠味. Check in is supposed to be done though getting the PIN code via SMS but didn’t work with me until I had to call them twice. No front desk reception either but they are available on WhatsApp.
AAnonymous UserAn excellent place to stay on a budget. Simple no frills hotel. Not a place to be if you looking for star rated, but for price paid ~ 20 euro per night its a far better choice than IBIS BUDGET or some B&B ... 20 min bus ride to OldTown for about 1.2 euro.. Good enough for me.
