Great Service and Comfortable Stay
I had a wonderful stay, The receptionists were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I really appreciated being able to check in early, which made my trip much more convenient.
The room was comfortable and well-maintained, though the view from my window wasn’t the best. Additionally, the location was a bit farther from the city than I had anticipated, but it was still manageable.
Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for its excellent customer service!
Beautiful place. Magnificent location. Luxurious breakfast. Hotel's staff usually was very helpful - not perfect because one slim bald and three-day unshaven guy with glasses liked to direct me to using Internet for solution (and one his woman colleague said it once.) what is against of concierge's duty. A cleaner did her job wonderful but she could be more diligent because I detected hair in places and it could there where miss is impossible.
Breakfast with various choice and different kinds of foods, good environment but nil restaurant, supermarket nears the hotel.
One things strange is that they only provide complimentary on the first days no matter how long you stay
Overall you get what you pay.
Doubletree, Krakow is excellent. The Polish staff are professional and efficient. It's a tram away from the Old Town (reviewers complaining of the distance are either ignorant, lazy, or entitled). You can actually take a tram from two stops, which can get you pretty much to the major tourist areas such as Wawel Castle or even Podgorze where the Krakus Mound is located. Hilton includes a sauna, a 24-hour gym, and a really good breakfast with smoothies, desserts, and local Polish bread and honey. They surprisingly even served champagne one morning. Rooms are above standard and the hotel feels very new. During lean months (up to March), rooms are affordable but during conference months and high tourist season, Doubletree can get packed - with good reason. As expected, you get the Hilton chocolate chip cookie at check-in.
It is about 10 kilometers from the airport, not far away, and close to major attractions. The hotel staff is very nice and speaks 66 English. The breakfast is not much different from the German hotel next door, which is always cold cuts, bread and various sausages. However, the layout is relatively warm, recommended for living, the price is not expensive, the price in Poland is very affordable
Hotel ok, clean, nice but the pool area is really small, 1 jacuzzi a bit weak. As for the breakfasts, tasty, but the praise of the number of dishes is a bit exaggerated, I've been to more than one hotel where the choice was much more interesting. But the drinks are really great 😉
Lovely spotless hotel in fab location. 5 minute walk to the train station and to the main square. Bathroom and shower very small but we got by..Friendly staff. Would recommend.
Hotel located in central area of krakow close to tram and all sightseeing places . Basis hotel chose a room with attached bathroom basis bed but towel was very small clean place has lots of dormitory rooms so expect young Euro travelers no lift had to climb 4 floors .
Hotel staff were very friendly and have a small bar and the server was extremely polite and cheerfull.

AAnonymous UserLoved the place. Right next to the central train station, which also had a huge mall and supermarkets near by. Close to old town. The apartment was spacious with a kitchen, including a microwave, stove for cooking, utensils, plates and fridge. The room was slightly warm (perhaps because we did not know hot to operate the AC) but it was alright. The bedroom was facing a road and could get a little noisy at night when people walked past/ loud cars went through, but it didn't wake me up or anything. There was also ample space in the closet. The staff there were also very helpful and nice during our interaction. Would recommend.
GGuest UserThe hotel is right opposite to the Krakow Main Station and a big shopping mall, and is around 10 minutes from the gate of the Old Town. The hotel has a cool lobby too. The staff was friendly and polite. The room was slightly too small but it got a very decent and cool decoration and could be controlled with a tablet (including the TV). The bed was comfortable. Yet, the lack of a gym/pool might be an issue to those who want to exercise. Overall, this is a hotel of very decent quality and professional staff!
AAnonymous UserThe location is super good! 5 minutes walk from the train station or bus station to 😄
But the hotel is a bit old, the sound insulation is poor, the bath is very slow, the bed is too soft, the wife is too soft 🙂↕️
AAnonymous UserThe room overlooking the square made the stay interesting as the view of the square was superb.
Easy access to Carrefour express marts, f&b outlet, etc.
Just that ride hailing car could not bring us into the square so we had to drag our suitcases about 50m from the hotel to check in.
Don't know if this helps: we asked our friendly desk staff (see the pic) for a cab upon checkout, and it came right in front of the hotel (in the square). But it was at 0530hrs!

AAnonymous UserB&B hotel located in Nowy Targ, a town close to Zakopane. The room is clean and tidied everyday. With amenities like water boiler, hair dryer, etc. everyday there is 2 bottled water provided. Location is close to Nowy Targ bus station and restaurants. A supermarket right next to the hotel, opened until 2330. I definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning to ski in zakopane.
KKingston VHeating wasn’t working properly. The front desk tried fix it but didn’t work so they upgraded me to a different room. The original bathroom has a strong 渠味. Check in is supposed to be done though getting the PIN code via SMS but didn’t work with me until I had to call them twice. No front desk reception either but they are available on WhatsApp.
Kkitty Tsui 2There is no hairdryer in the room. The water pressure is very good. It is easy to wash hands and take a shower. The front desk staff is very nice. The breakfast is rich. There is a bus stop outside the hotel. The bus runs every 15 minutes. You can also walk to the tram stop in ten minutes. It usually takes 30 minutes to get there. You can reach all the attractions you think of.
GGuest UserThe apartment was clean and equipped with all necessities. Judging from the photos we imagined it to be bigger but it was enough for our needs. You do not need to have breakfast there. A lot of fantastic places for having breakfast are close by.
MMiriam in 中国Very nice location in the historic area of Krakow. As there is no reception, checkin is done through e-reception which is an interesting solution.
Rooms are very clean and despite being surrounded by nightlife the rooms are quiet.
