It is very close to the railway station and easy to get in and out. Hotel breakfast is also very good. The waiter at the front desk was rather indifferent and gave us a room with a separate bathroom and room. Didn't understand why it was designed in this way? Could it be that guests were asked to wear pajamas and go to the corridor to another bathroom. The older waiter at the front desk insisted on showing us this room and showing her the room type photos shown in Ctrip's booking record. Later, through Ctrip, we negotiated with the hotel in time before changing to another room. Other services of the hotel are very good.

The room is large and clean, but the kitchen utensils are very simple, the pot is small and can only cook noodles for two. There was no one at the counter after 4 o'clock, so I could only call and ask for the password to enter the gate. There is a nice coffee dessert shop downstairs, and the ice cream is delicious! Because it is a weekend check-in, there is no charge for the car to find a place on the side of the road to park that night.

Check-in was nice and easy. The hotel is located in a convenient location, but outside the Old Town so you save a little on price. I was able to get a bucket of ice each day. My only complaint was the mini-fridge. It was the size of a small microwave and crammed with over-priced items with no room left for a beer.

Great hotel in the very center of Krakow! 3 minutes walk to the shopping center with all the shops, 10 minutes to the old town. The apartments in real life look even better than in the photo. Freshly renovated, the kitchen has everything for cooking, clean and tidy, spacious. The bed is very comfortable and soft, the TV has all the streaming platforms. The only thing is that the floor is very cold - take slippers with you! Helpful staff!

Five star rating 😊 The room was cleaned and tidy, and had a modern decoration. The staff are all accommodating and very helpful in providing you information about the City (krakow). The hotel is conveniently located close to the Old Town, Carrefour Express, and tram stops. There are a total of three power outlets available. The shower has good water pressure. Luggage storage is also available free of charge, which was especially helpful for a solo traveler like me who arrived in Krakow at 9 a.m. while check-in wasn’t until 2 p.m. The only drawback is that you might hear people talking and vehicles passing by especially at night since the hotel is located just beside the main street.

AAnonymous UserLoved the place. Right next to the central train station, which also had a huge mall and supermarkets near by. Close to old town. The apartment was spacious with a kitchen, including a microwave, stove for cooking, utensils, plates and fridge. The room was slightly warm (perhaps because we did not know hot to operate the AC) but it was alright. The bedroom was facing a road and could get a little noisy at night when people walked past/ loud cars went through, but it didn't wake me up or anything. There was also ample space in the closet. The staff there were also very helpful and nice during our interaction. Would recommend.

Easy access to Carrefour express marts, f&b outlet,etc. Just that ride hailing car could not bring us into the square so we had to drag our suitcases about 50m from the hotel to check in. Don't know if this helps: we asked our friendly desk staff (see the pic) for a cab upon checkout, and it came right in front of the hotel (in the square). But it was at 0530hrs!

With amenities like water boiler, hair dryer, etc. everyday there is 2 bottled water provided. Location is close to Nowy Targ bus station and restaurants. A supermarket right next to the hotel, opened until 2330. I definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning to ski in zakopane.
