Our experience at Citadines for the first time we checked in it was amazing the room was really comfortable and super clean, the food wow! My daughter tried the Filipino breakfast with danggit, and the service at the front desk was explained well and she was very generous to my husband, who liked it all staff members of the Citadines because they are approachable and helpful to their guests. For me, the rate of Citadines Bacolod is 5 stars. Well Done!

I chose this hotel hoping for a quiet night's sleep, but I barely slept at all. Roosters were crowing all night long from somewhere unclear. The soundproofing in the room was also very poor. Another downside is the uphill walk to the hotel, which would be difficult for older guests. Overall, it's not bad. There's a shared kitchen and a water cooler. Plus, if you're lucky, you might be greeted by a playful dog at reception. However, I wouldn't return. In this price range, you can find many rooms with better living conditions.

Considering that it's located at Station 3, getting around was not a problem since we enjoy walking while sightseeing. This was our second time booking this hotel, and we were happy to return because of the wide selection of tasty food, accommodating staff, and the spacious room arrangement. The room also seemed cleaner compared to our first stay. Overall, the service has improved since our last visit.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel in Boracay. Everything was truly exceptional — from the beautiful rooms and stunning surroundings to the impeccable service and warm hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and the atmosphere was simply perfect for a relaxing and memorable getaway. Ferra Hotel Boracay is a decent option with a good location. Nothing extraordinary, but it does the job. What really stands out is the staff — genuinely warm, always smiling, and very friendly. It makes the stay more enjoyable than the hotel itself might suggest on paper. A solid pick if you’re looking for a well-located base in Boracay with a welcoming atmosphere.

The location was a bit far from where most of the restaurants are. We needed to take the tricycle everytime so as not be too tired from walking. It is indeed a beachfront resort but the sand quality is not as good, the corals and small stones might bother you a little, but totally understandable since you are at station 3.

The hotel is close to the beach but the road to the beach is disgusting . It is one of the worst roads to the beach I have ever seen during my travels around the world. The road to the beach looks like it was after the III world war. It is worse than fawela in Rio de Janeiro. I cannot believe that the Philippines people live like this. Ext to the best Beach in the world! The hotel architecture is nice, paint for white color. In my room number 110 everything is fine apart from two white paint touches that look new and are not composed with original paintings. The people who work in this hotel are nice and Friendly. Hotel staff service only breakfast in the morning after that it's not possible to buy any food only drink. Do not drink complimentary powder coffee inside the room because it tastes like xxx. Internet speed is acceptable for social media users. I can resend this hotel only if you are willing to taxi to the beach because the road to the beach and main road looks like a big trap

If your are looking where to keep you baggage so that you can roam around the island. If you are looking a place to stay so that you can sleep and take a shower before relaxing on the side of the beach. If your are looking for a place where you can just power up your gadgets, mobile phone, laptops, this place is minimum suitable for you.

I stayed 3 weeks at the property. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is nice. The hotel is located between the kitesurfing beach and the white sand beach station 2. Very convenient of you want to kitesurf and see the nice white sand beach and relax. The hotel has in fact 2 hotels and we can have your breakfast at either property. The rooftop at the other property has a nice pool and has a few nice cocktails at 150 php buy 1 get 1 free during happy hour. I had a great time with the staffs on Christmas dinner and enjoyed their company during the event and flame show.

A very nice hotel. Excellent penthouse breakfast with a great gym next door. Small rooms are OK, will get the larger one next time. Street parking is outside the hotel's corner lot with a guard for night-time. Stonehill is centrally located next to the Locson corridor with numerous restaurants, shops, 2 hospitals, professional offices, etc.
