Pet friendly Hotels in Calabarzon, Philippines

used to be called the bali village hotel, the new name is more apt and trendy. we stayed here for 5D/4N for a workshop conducted by our agency. we were billeted in rooms situated in north and south wings. ours was in south wing with defective electronic lock and so we were provided with a key to manually open it. our room smells nice, well lit, speedy internet connectivity, good bathroom amenities but lacks hooks inside to hang our towel & clothes. food was adequate and tastes alright. enough to actually bust our hunger and thirst. no hot tea, though. only coffee was the hot beverage available. parking was ample and the rich vegetation served as natural fence that protects trespassers from reaching in. swimming pool was not enticing enough to make us swim. nice ambiance, though.

It was a wonderful 21 hours of our stay in this place. The cabins are so nice. I love how they surrounded the cabins with nets to protect from the insects. Their staffs are very accommodating especially during the outdoor activities. They even let us ride the Tramvia which is very helpful for PWDs and Senior Citizens guests. Though we never got the chance to swim in the river due to the aftermath of Typhoon Kristine, it was an enjoyable experience not only for us humans but also to our fur babies. Yes, the place is pet friendly.. We will definitely come back again soon.

I stayed at this hotel for 2x 4 days before and after going on a tour in the Visayas in June 2024, as well as 7 days in September 2023. My girlfriend lives nearby so this hotel was a good option. Booking was a bit complicated, I visited their facebook page and wrote a mail to the available email address but didn't get any response. After 2-3 days I decided to chat them directly on fb and was able to book my stay. However, I was asked to pay in cash when I was there, I don't think paying by card is possible. After arriving at the hotel, everything got uncomplicated. The staff there is very nice and room service can be requested every day. The rooms are labelled with tourist spots which is fun. The rooms are clean and include AC, Wifi, a TV and a fridge. Some of the windows can't be shut completely so it's possible to discover small insects such as (small) cockroaches or mosquitos. The hotel is located directly in front of a road that leads to a larger road 5 min away. This means easy access to tricycles/jeeps, some stores and food stalls/restaurants on one side, on the other side also that it can get noisy in the morning. The hotel has a restaurant with a rather large selection of food of which everything I ordered was very delicious. Overall good experience, if you're looking for a low price hotel for staying in Caita for a few days I can recommend it. Manila can be reached by Grab in 45 min if the traffic isn't bad.

Been there with my family for anniversary outing. The place and rooms was neat and clean. We’re there weekdays so feels like we own the entire resort. The beach and pool are clean. What I don’t like is the deposit which is expensive and the payment for each pet 150.00 Overall the place was good!

I must say it is one of the best places I have ever visited! The views are absolutely outstanding and truly exceptional. Unfortunately, we were unable to witness the sunrise or sunset due to the rainy weather during our stay. However, despite the rain and colder temperatures, I found it to be incredibly fun and relaxing. I am truly speechless with the breathtaking views and the wonderful facilities at your property. It really does leave a lasting impression. That said, I did encounter a small issue with the pillow in our accommodation; it appeared to be dirty and seemed not to have been changed, as there was a saliva stain on it. I believe this is an area where improvement could be made to enhance the guests' experience. Additionally, while I found the food to be on the expensive side, I understand that the quality and experience may justify the cost. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend your property to others. Thank you for the wonderful experience, and I hope to return in the future!

Staff welcomed us warmly, they were accommodating and courteous. The place was lovely. They had grey sand beach. Some garbage scattered all over the beach, as some typical beaches (I really admire palawan for their effort in taking care of their beaches. They have cleaners raking off leaves, sea****s and garbage if any.). Anyway, the room was good, aircon was working properly, bed were spacious, pillows not smelly, toilet was clean and showers are heated. The wifi was working well at the pool area and maybe some rooms around it. The room, services and free breakfast was perfect for the price. It is not a luxury hotel but I can say the that the owner and staff are doing great effort with their services. Its a great find for a budget hotel. We rented their cheapest room. There were 3 of us, 2 adults and 1 kid. There was even a single bed for the kid. The path going to the resort was a bit challenging. Once you reach the road where only one car fits, you might think twice, but theres no turning back: literally😂. Anyway, we had fun.

This was my second time visiting Angono for Higantes. The year before I stayed at a hotel in Taytay because I didn't know about this little resort/bed & breakfast. Got a great deal on the two night stay but was a little worried due to some of the reviews I've read. I'll admit, there was often a lot of people playing music or doing karaaoke by the pool and my bathroom/shower room was separate from the bedroom but it was a private bathroom. I can only assume that the complaints about bad service are related to people who no longer work at VJR because everyone I came into contact with was helpful and friendly. All in all, especially considering the price I was very happy. The room was very large, clean and comfy with a very big and very soft bed. If you visit Angono for Higantes or any time of year to soak up the food and culture of the art capital of the Philippines Villa Jhoana is an ideal place to make your homebase!

Overall, it was a fun experience. I would have loved it more if there were more free activities to enjoy, as the numerous microtransactions can detract from the experience. We enjoyed a pleasant boat ride leading up to the resort, and the jeepney transfers were fun, though a bit time-consuming as we had to wait a long time to be picked up and taken to the venue. The Standard Hotel Rooms were a bit old but very spacious, easily accommodating four people. The bathroom was excellent, which was a nice surprise. The activity staff were very helpful and accommodating, which added to the overall positive experience.

The room is very clean and it's really like a hotel it has a comforter like the ones you see at hotels we availed the deluxe room so its not that spacious specially the comfort room only one person can fit in. You can bring your own drinks or foods too inside the resort you don't need to pay a corkage fee. They have court for basketball and volleyball the price is cheaper when you rent it in daytime. We also tried their full body massage for 1 hr that cost us 750 pesos each. You will need to go to their resto to claim your free breakfast if you avail the room that comes with a breakfast, it will not be delivered to your room but you can choose whichever breakfast meal they have in their menu plus it comes with a soup which is great and their foods taste delicious also the price of their food is reasonable but they have a 10% service charge for dine in and 15% for room service. The resto's cutoff for room service is 5pm, 7pm for dine in. The resort's downside is their operations time the front desk and restaurant is only open from 7am-8pm so if you're going to need something from the front desk after that time no one can assist you because they'll be gone by then only the guard will be left in the front door and also if you got hungry at night you might need to buy food from their resto before they closes or buy from a nearby convenient store because there's also no foodpanda or grabfood nearby stores also closes early so you have to plan your dinner ahead of time. We went to SM (closes at 9pm) the fare going there using tricycle is 120pesos.Their pool is only open till 9pm only if you want to eat or drink near the pool you can use their cabanas. Another downside is the beach, the beach area closes at 8pm. Their sand is gray (but a fine sand) you can't really swim in it because the waves are strong and the water is not clear and it's kinda dirty there's a lot of trash beside the beach it's not well maintained. You will really need to go island hopping which is already not part of the resort's activity so they'll let you sign a waiver. There's a lot of bangkero beside the beach it's best to ride by group there's only 2 of us when we rode the boat so it's a bit expensive, island hopping will cost you around 2000 (1 island) to 3.5k (2 islands) we availed the 3.5k. We went coral diving (they lent us their goggles for free or bring your own goggles) and also went at the white sand beach which is in Bauan, Batangas which also has clear water and you can also spot some fish and corals, travel time going to those 2 places is 35-45mins you can also bring your food but keep in mind to really cover it in plastic so it won't get wet because the trip going there is really rocky you will really get wet because you will pass by a strong waves so cover all your belongings. It was raining when we went there so maybe that's why the waves are strong. Overall we had a blast! We indeed had a memorable stay. They even gave us a gift when we checked out they're so thoughtful. It's a great natural camping site in Rizal/Tanay area Unfortunately, wasn't able to reach this place, but the most important thing to know is: You need to communicate with the place owner to be able to reach there, noway by your own car, or at night after 4pm, it's a hiking long walk to be able to reach, and they have special parking/secured lots for your car/motor to park. Available from 12-4pm to reach the meeting point.
