Self check in using machine. No 24hours reception. Small compact room but sufficient. Bathroom is much larger than expected. Location is good, shopping mall and bus/train station is just 5-7 minutes walk and there is supermarket nearby. Staff at office is helpful with the printing of luggage tag required for my luggage porting from Bergen to Oslo. However, the room temperature stays at 19/20 degC despite adjusting to 24degC, too cold for me. No foot towel provided. You may need to climb small flight of stairs for some rooms so take note if you have heavy luggage. No kettle in the room but you can use the kettle in kitchen, there are also disposable cutleries provided in kitchen. You can do laundry (subject to payment).

The location is excellent, just 240 meters from the Avis downtown car rental, making it ideal for anyone planning to pick up a rental car. The rooms are modern and spacious, and the heated bathroom is a fantastic feature! Check-in is self-service with no staff at the front desk. However, I encountered a small issue upon arrival, and I'm incredibly grateful to a tall male hotel staff member for his enthusiastic assistance. The service was truly five-star, and I will absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Bergen.

Fantastic hotel, friendly staff, modern, clean, and spacious room, comfortable bed and good shower. The breakfast has a great variety of options, the potatoes in particular were amazing! (I need to learn the receipe for how they cooked them!) Gave plenty of energy for exploring Bergen, the fjords, and the mountains, made even easier due to the hotels brilliant location right near the waterfront. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is about a 20-25 minute walk from the train station. The room was clean, though quite small. The view from the entrance was pleasant, and it's only a few minutes' walk to Tram Line 1, making it convenient for airport access. However, the earliest Tram Line 1 service isn't until 5:50 AM. I had booked the room at a slightly higher price, and later found a lower rate on Ctrip. When I tried to inquire about a price adjustment for the difference, the hotel was completely unreasonable and quite unhelpful. It's located next to a local neighborhood with a supermarket, but it closes early. A minor drawback is that if you get hungry late at night, the hotel lobby doesn't sell any food.

The hotel is a former stock exchange with a certain sense of design, but the rooms are rather cramped. The breakfast restaurant is beautiful. If you stay, you must add breakfast. The hotel is located within a 6-minute walk from cable cars, hot chocolate, piers and other attractions. You can park your car at the door of the hotel to unload your luggage and check in, but the parking lot is actually quite far away, 7 minutes by car, and it takes about 15-20 minutes to walk back to the hotel.

The location is very wonderful, the breakfast and the high-class treatment of the staff and services. The cleanliness is lacking, it needs a simple touch, and the bed and pillows need to be reviewed, otherwise everything is wonderful. The staff and restaurant crew are very wonderful.

A wonderful hotel with very friendly staff. The room was very clean and the bathroom was also clean and modern. The hotel's location is excellent, close to important tourist sites, markets, and the bus and train stations. The one-bed room is very small and there is no safe, nor is there an intercom phone. Thank you very much. I loved all the staff there🌹🌹.

Fantastic stay at Quality Hotel Sogndal. Staff at reception, breakfast and bar were all very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Room was very clean, and well layed out, all necessities available, and mattresses, duvets and pillows excellent. The hotel has three restaurants, we tried only Vagal (excellent burgers) and Pergola (lovely pastas and pizzas), and really enjoyed the food and wine on offer. Loved our stay at the Quality - will definitely come back again!

A good choice to stay at Voss as it is next to the train station, bus terminal and gondola station. You can take a walk along the beach just across the road after filling yourself with a great breakfast. There is a takeaway Japanese food shop nearby and the salmon sushi is tasty.

GGuest UserThe hotel is fantastic! Staff Very kind and genuine. Made me feel welcome right away with a big smile and make sure everything is all right. Amenities There is access to a full kitchen. The share toilet and shower were always clean. Rooms The beds are very comfortable and the duvet makes it feels as you sleep on a cloud. Location It is one train station away from Voss Sentrum. The area around the hotel is very peaceful and quiet. Decor I loved all the objects on display in the hallway and the rooms. It looks like a museum! Café There is a very cozy coffee downstairs to watch tv or warm up by the wood fire. They have cakes, donuts coffee... I absolutely want to go there again. When I go back to Norway that place is where I want to be!!!

GGuest UserIt was the most interesting hotel in my itinerary. Haha, it looks like it's been years. The location is easy to find. It is just two intersections from Bergen train station. The houses on the side of the road have house numbers on the walls. You can see where you are at a glance. The wall on the right hand side of the door is a full-length password box. The hotel will send an email to Ctrip in advance to inform the room of the corresponding password box password. Turn on the password to get the key card. Like playing the decryption card, this card is used to open the door and the door of the room. When checking out, just put the card back in the box and close it, and you can scramble the password. I booked a double room by myself and went in to find three single beds. However, this hotel also has an induction cooker, a microwave oven, a kettle and a bunch of kitchen utensils. You can make your own meals, but you must remember to turn on the range hood. Other facilities are quite complete. The hotel elevator is also very interesting. If you want to take the elevator, you must press and hold the elevator for a long time. Otherwise, the elevator will not respond if you only release it by pressing it. Basically located in the city center, the main attractions of Bergen are a few minutes walk, the surroundings of the hotel are also very good, the streets and alleys are quite sensational. Bergen is a small city, but it is well worth a visit. It is very convenient to stay here and it is recommended.
