Pet Friendly Hotels in Noord-Holland, Netherlands

Tijdens de boeking laten weten dat ik een assistentiehond heb, dat ik graag een rustige kamer wil, ver weg van de lift (en geluiden). De reactie op mijn boeking via trip was dat er geen honden welkom zijn, dat er een uitzondering gemaakt zou worden voor mijn Hulphond en dat ik niet in het restaurant kan eten. Ik heb hier op gereageerd met een verwijzing naar de wetgeving van de rijksoverheid met betrekking tot assistentie honden. Hierop is geen reactie gekomen. Na het inchecken bleek dat ‘men’ er kennelijk vanuit is gegaan dat ik niet mobiel ben en bleek de kamer rolstoeltoegankelijk, zonder badkamerdeur.. Vanuit bed keek je naar de wc-pot. Het bed bestond uit twee losse eenpersoonsbedden niet los raakten.. De kamer bevindt zich naast de keuken van het restaurant, onder de trap, bij de toegangsdeuren. Alles wat ik niet wilde. Stank en herrie. Ik ben ondanks mijn hulphond wel mobiel. Ik heb mijn hond om andere redenen.   Er zijn aannames gedaan en er is heel onvriendelijk dan wel niet gecommuniceerd. De kamer zelf was inderdaad een stuk groter dan ik heb begrepen van andere recensies, maar ontzettend kil en sfeerloos. Ik had door door mijn ziekte geen energie om terug te gaan naar de receptie om een andere kamer te vragen. Overigens is de opmerking dat ik niet welkom in het restaurant ben zeer vreemd aangezien men door het restaurant moet lopen om naar de kamers te gaan. De dames bij de receptie tijdens het uitchecken waren zeer begripvol, alleen toen had ik al een rotnacht achter de rug. De locatie is geweldig.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a pleasant experience. One of the standout features is its convenient location, especially being so close to the airport. This made my travel much easier and more efficient. The cleanliness of the hotel is commendable; everything was well-maintained and tidy. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful, which added to the positive atmosphere during my stay. Additionally, the facilities met our needs effectively, making our time there comfortable. However, I must mention that the breakfast hygiene could use some improvement. Addressing this issue would greatly enhance the value of the hotel and make it even more appealing to guests. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness, and service, with the hope that they can enhance the breakfast experience in the future.

A good central location to Alkmaar. Good to do by foot or by bike. A spacious room with a working refrigerator. Airco did not work enough for us at hot weather. It's set by default. You can book a sauna in advance well arranged. Sometimes you can get there immediately because there are already people(being) Breakfast is wide enough. from linseed/haver mout to spice with a stick. The dining room is in the kelder with beautiful forest decoration view. There is enough free parking or a paying parking garage. We had to replace the battery before we had to replace the box, but this would only be done if you weren't hanging a plate at the door. On Day 3, it wasn't restored.

It's incredibly convenient, and the airport shuttle service is really efficient. The surrounding area is lovely too; I saw lots of wild rabbits hopping outside my window in the morning. The room was a bit small, but perfectly adequate for an overnight stop.

One of the best hotels we booked recently. The room was clean and very spacious. You can only use the lift by using your access card. This adds extra safety. You can keep your luggage in their secure storage room which is a bonus if you reach early or your flight is late at night after your check out. One thing to note is the Amsterdam city pass won’t work to nearby station. So you may have to explore other options or you a day ticket. Overall it was a perfect place and no complaints.

Gemoedelijk, vriendelijk, voordelig en ontbrak ons aan niets. Lekkere bedden en goed (simpel) ontbijt voor €15 p/p.

Great hotel, good location, which is quite near airport and have shuttle between airport and hotel. Can self-check in, very convenient. Ice bucket and cube provided, very Netherland.

The hotel is right by the airport, but still, it's very quiet. The room is comfortable enough, but no amenities such as a shower cap. The breakfast was ok, less options for vegetarians than other hotels. A big payable parking is provided on-site. Still, it was packed when we arrived. There was just one small space left that we managed to squeeze into. Overall a great hotel close to the airport if you're not looking to stay for long.

As our flight was delayed and we missed our ferry, with 2 dogs and 6 pieces of luggage, it wasn’t easy. Friend found this hotel very close to the ferry terminal, so we just give it a try. We booked a basic room, thought just one night, but when receptionist Nora saw we have so many pieces of luggages and 2 little dogs, she upgraded us to a bigger room with sea view . She is super helpful and very nice and warm. The hotel restaurant is fantastic , we had dinner , breakfast and lunch here, the salad we had is so refreshing that we even asked for recipe. We strongly recommend this hotel, it’s facing the sea have beautiful sunset view, very relaxing and safe for dogs running around. And of course the food. All staff are kind and with smile, thank you all so much
