While choosing a hotel to book, I knew before even arriving that Take Hotel would be a good decision. Overall the room was great. It is fairly close to Incheon International Airport. The bathroom had each section (toilet, shower and sink) separated which was convenient. There was a large window with really good lighting and a nice view of the area. There were many outlets and several conveniently placed light switches.
The hotel was nicely furnished and clean. However for the price, the amenities were lacking. You had to pay for the WiFi and there were no amenities in the bathroom.
The bar/club on the bottom floor was great! Such a great vibe and awesome live music.
Had a great 2 day stay here. The bed had a warming mat on it which was nice but not needed. The room had a large TV, half size fridge, and a really nice couch. No bidet in the bathroom but it was still very nice. The owner was also very nice! I would definitely stay here again.
We stayed at the residence side and I must say it is one of the best, if not the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in on all of our travels. Very spacious, clean and NEW!!!
All the staff members were very attentive, especially the manager for the WiFi support was courteous and responsive. I would highly recommend this hotel for quality, service and value for the money. Having the 24-hr CU (mini mart) in the 1st floor of the hotel was very convenient.
Special shout out to our housekeeping staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Just few minor suggestions to the hotel management:
1. Don’t need a calendar, but do need clocks in the living room and the bedroom.
2. Need a trash can in the kitchen/dining table area.
3. Would be good to have a small dish rack, since guests are required to do the dishes
4. The sliding door from the master bedroom to the showers flaps around when closed if the heater or air is on. Needs to somehow stabilize it, it doesn’t make noise trying to sleep.
With just few minor improvements it would be a “perfect” place to stay!
When I first walked in, the welcome gift and message on the table made me feel good. In particular, I liked that the accommodation was clean and had a home-like atmosphere. However, we booked a standard triple for 3 people, and on the first day, they provided 3 water and towels, but it was disappointing that they provided 2 water and towels on the second day.
I tried to stay in Sono right next door, but the reservation was already over on that date, so I had no choice but to make a reservation here.
It's only a hotel with a name, but I think I need to improve the front desk.
I arrived a little over 5 o'clock on the day and was waiting for check-in. No, it's not a good match, and it's pushed like this, so let's wait. It's not a threat. I know everything. Don't cut it in order. I'm waiting in order. It's noisy many times!! And there are guests at the front desk, and in the weekend afternoon time, more staff should come out and respond, and one male staff member is working...
Ha ..... I don't know if it's a real manager, but please improve the hotel service !!
And it's been a long time since I can check in, but it's central heating, and if it takes time until the room gets hot, I have to ask if I turn on the heating in advance or turn on the heating when I check in. Because it's very close to the road, the floor is as cold as ice, and I told the front desk that it took two hours to turn on the heating and get warm.
There is a land in Yangpyeong, so there is no choice, so I sometimes come and stay, but I would like to name it ”Hotel” or improve it with ”Hotel”-class service !!
