It's a very convenient location, about a 20-minute walk from JR Kawasaki Station.
I made a reservation with breakfast included, but they said they weren't serving breakfast at the moment. There's a convenience store in front of the hotel, so it's not a problem.
Also, there is no one at the front desk between 9:00 and 13:00, so you cannot leave your luggage during this time.

Out of the way, lucky I am driving. The couple Onsen is not really private but is a ”book” system and is outside main building, limited to 50 mins time slot. There is no private bathroom but shared bathroom. The only good point is what other travellers mentioned the young and helpful front desk from all over the world, Hong Kong, Mongolia, Indonesia etc. Not worth the 120S$ I paid via trip.com
It was very comfortable, I will repeat again!!
The staff was also very helpful.
Close to the station and thick walls, so the sound next door is not at all
i didn't care. (laughter)
The hotel is cheap and good. It should be said that the room size is the largest among Japanese hotels. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities. There is a mountain view outside the window, and the field of vision is relatively wide. It is relatively comfortable to live there. As the flight was delayed, it was already early in the morning when we arrived at the hotel, but the staff was still very welcoming. It's just that the hotel does not have Chinese service, so you need to know a little Japanese to communicate.

Close to Dogendai Port by T-line bus and get off in front of Palace Hotel.
I didn't expect much, but it was better than I thought. Hot spring bath reservations are available in the morning and evening for 40 minutes.
But there are two separate hot spring baths, so if you're empty, you can use it as a private.
It was nice and spacious to have a toilet in the room.
There was a little problem with dinner reservations, but I was able to eat well by car to the convenience store.
There is a mini oven and microwave in the hostel.
The family were satisfied and enjoyed.
Thank you.

Location: Get off at ”Xianxiang Louqian” Station on Line T or Line W, and walk uphill for 10-15 minutes on Baidu or Google Navigator. If you move in with a big suitcase, don’t think about it. It’s really exhausting~ But if you check in your luggage in Odawara or Hakone Yumoto in advance, or pack it lightly, there’s no problem 😄
This hotel considers cost performance (mainly indoor private soup + one parking and two food), except for the location a little bit, the food is a bit simpler, everything is good (the local tyrants who do not consider the price, please feel free, haha). Don't talk more pictures

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The traditional Japanese room was spacious and super comfy. The onsen facilities were definitely the highlight, way better than I expected for the price we paid. They have 3 types: 1 indoor, 1 outdoor and 1 mixed. All these are bookable throughout the day, from 7am to 11pm and they are completely private. The ryokan is 15 minutes walking from Gora station, so if you arrive by train and you have luggage I recommend you check on google map how to get there with a bus, otherwise you’ll have to walk uphill for a while. The only negative point I can find is probably the breakfast, I tried both western and Japanese style, they are both quite pricy for what they are and I personally did not enjoy the Japanese one. Despite this I would totally come back if I ever visit Hakone again.

My apartment is located just a 4-minute walk from JR Kawasaki Station and a 5-minute walk from Keikyu Kawasaki Station.
It offers excellent access to major destinations: about 15 minutes by train to Haneda Airport, 10 minutes to Yokohama, 15 minutes to Shinagawa, and around 20 minutes to Tokyo Station.
From Kawasaki Station, you can also take the Tokaido Line or the Shinkansen to reach popular sightseeing spots — about 60 minutes to Atami for a relaxing hot spring trip, or around 40 minutes to Odawara for a visit to the historic castle town and Hakone area. This makes it a perfect base for exploring the region.
Despite being in the heart of the city, the apartment offers a spacious area where families and groups can comfortably spend time together. Free Wi-Fi is available, making it ideal for long-term stays or remote work.
Depending on availability, you can even rent both the 3rd and 4th floors together, accommodating large groups such as families, friends, training sessions, or retreats.
The neighborhood is full of convenience — restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping malls (including Lazona Kawasaki Plaza) are all within walking distance.
With easy access to popular destinations like Yokohama Chinatown, Minato Mirai, Kawasaki Daishi, Tokyo Tower, and Tokyo Disney Resort, your stay here will be both comfortable and convenient for sightseeing or business in the greater Tokyo area.
I hope they improve the direction information because we were stranded there with out transportation to the train station on Saturday morning. Thank God for Mr. Hiroyuki who volunteered to drive us to the station to go on our way.
The place is beautiful but needs more activities and entertainment.
April 2025: Got there an hour before check in and was informed that while my tent was ready that I would have to pay 1,000 Yen for the extra hour. I had a hire car so went back into town and came back later. Not the best introduction to the site. Very nice tent, good beds and pillows with a heater for the cold nights. Bathroom facilities were clean. Food very much aimed at local guests rather than foreigners. Note that there is some noise from overhead planes, the railway and motorbikes using the road below. Nothing deafening but it spoils the tranquility. Overall a good experience.

GGuest UserThe landlord is very friendly. The transportation location is not very convenient, but Kamakura does not need any transportation. The sea is just two steps away from the hotel. The bed is super super super super soft. The room is very big. I am not particular about hygiene so it is not a problem, but the bed is super super super super soft!!!
