It was very comfortable, I'll definitely come back!!
The staff were also very kind.
It's close to the station and the walls are thick, so I couldn't hear any noise from the next room at all (lol).
The hotel is cheap and good. It should be said that the room size is the largest among Japanese hotels. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities. There is a mountain view outside the window, and the field of vision is relatively wide. It is relatively comfortable to live there. As the flight was delayed, it was already early in the morning when we arrived at the hotel, but the staff was still very welcoming. It's just that the hotel does not have Chinese service, so you need to know a little Japanese to communicate.
Although it's far from town and amenities, its worth an hour drive to spend a night camping near the spring. The facilities are complete with camp fire, the BBQ facilities and the food are excellent. The dome tent is very clean and toilet are included. We also enjoyed the onsen at the main building. The staff are friendly and attentive, came to help us setup the BBQ grill, explained how to use the room heater. The beef are good, the beer and the night is cold. Thank God for clear sky and we were able to count the stars. This outdoor camping surrounded by nature in a clean unspoiled environment is hard to come by in my country. Love it here.

Great experience. The staff were lovely and the area is beautiful. Rooms are very homely and comfy. We went into the onsen both nights and it was great.
We also got dinner both nights at the hotel and the food was good we were impressed. Overall it felt like a very personal stay and couldn't be happier.
For some of the logistics if you are wanting to do the hakone main loop. We recommend coming in from Shinjuku on the romance car, take the montain train up to Gora and then the cable car to Sounzan. We then took a roughly 10min bus from Sounzan to Yuyu. The next morning we then took the same bus back to Sounzan and caught the first 9am ropeway fo start off the loop. We managed to avoid most of the crowds and it was very convenient.
Once again couldn't recommend Yuyu enough thank you for the great stay!!
I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and 3 days, and I really enjoyed the comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. I was surprised that the owner spoke Korean so well, and it was great to be able to converse with them. They kindly recommended restaurants near the hotel, and you can even drink and hang out with them at night. It seems they really love Korean music! If I ever come to Kamakura again, I'd love to stay here.
A clean hotel with a quiet place to feel nature.
The amount of breakfast was not too much and not too thick, and I was able to enjoy the deliciousness while feeling the goodness of the ingredients including drinks.
It was a very nice hotel.

Our first family trip to Hilton Odawara Resort & Spa was amazing. Perched on a hill, the views from our room were absolutely stunning. It's the perfect spot for a resort getaway. We also enjoyed the hot stone spa, which was wonderfully relaxing and refreshing! For dinner and breakfast, we had the buffet. There was a great variety of dishes, and everything we tried was delicious – we were thoroughly satisfied. It made for a truly wonderful family trip.

The location is excellent, close to Kannei Station and opposite Yokohama Arena, with convenient access to restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel is brand new with a retro decor; the corridors are deep and a bit dark. The room facilities are very good, with separate wet and dry areas, a separate toilet, a bathtub in the bathroom, and a spacious shower with a bench. There are plenty of power outlets, including USB and Type-C charging ports on both sides of the bed.

GGuest UserApril 2025: Got there an hour before check in and was informed that while my tent was ready that I would have to pay 1,000 Yen for the extra hour. I had a hire car so went back into town and came back later. Not the best introduction to the site. Very nice tent, good beds and pillows with a heater for the cold nights. Bathroom facilities were clean. Food very much aimed at local guests rather than foreigners. Note that there is some noise from overhead planes, the railway and motorbikes using the road below. Nothing deafening but it spoils the tranquility. Overall a good experience.
GGuest UserThe stairs at the entrance were a bit steep, so it was hard, but the room was very clean and easy to spend and comfortable ♪
I want to stay again when I go to Kawasaki.
