Park Hyatt Niseko is undoubtedly one of the most prestigious hotels in this premier winter ski destination. It's actually a sprawling resort complex, featuring both hotel rooms and residences, primarily designed for winter skiing. What's more, it offers direct ski-in/ski-out access to the ski lifts from the hotel's back door.
During the summer months, most shops are closed, and about half of its affiliated restaurants operate on limited hours or are shut down. Guest numbers are significantly lower, and prices are considerably cheaper. It seems they primarily operate during this season just to maintain normal hotel functions.
The hotel boasts several upscale restaurants, including a French restaurant overseen by a three-Michelin-starred chef, a top-tier Cantonese restaurant, Teppanyaki, Robatayaki, and a sushi establishment. Outside of the winter season, only the lobby bar operates normally; the opening hours for other venues require prior confirmation.
The hotel's overall design exudes an air of extreme luxury and grandeur. The rooms are equally opulent and high-end, with simple yet practical lighting. It's impeccably clean and comfortable, and all toiletries are top-of-the-line. The Wi-Fi speed can be inconsistent at times, and I expect it to be even slower during the busy winter season.

At Niseko Hirafu Izumikyo Rental Cottage, enjoy a satisfying meal at the restaurant.
The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.

This homestay is located here in the boarding station. It belongs to a relatively large household. There are two toilets. There are enough rooms. Towels, toothbrushes, and the landlord have all prepared. The whole process is self-check-in. There is no problem. You need to contact the landlord. The whole process is very smooth. The children don't want to leave. There is a larger supermarket around, buy ingredients to make your own barbecue, very suitable for family or friends gathering
This time I traveled with my family, and the hotel was quite nice with very friendly staff. Due to my child's allergies, we couldn't experience the hot springs, which was quite a shame.
When checking out, we encountered heavy snow in Eastern Hokkaido, and the bus service was suspended. We're very grateful to the Vietnamese girl at the front desk - she helped us check the bus situation and assisted in booking a taxi to Lake Akan. We didn't miss our subsequent itinerary thanks to her help, and we're really thankful.
The hotel room is quite big for Japan. There is a free water bar on the second floor. The breakfast is also provided in the morning, and you can add dishes. Washing and drying are free. But there will always be someone who will secretly close it for you. The staff at the front desk are very enthusiastic except for one girl who looks down on Chinese people. It is worth recommending. Very cost-effective.
This is a single building cottage located along Roller Coaster Road. The ground feature a cafe, dry flower store, and dog park, and guests can stay with their pet dogs. null
Old-style hotel, the facilities are old, I believe it is a hotel operated by two elderly people, do not look at the complete service, but the hotel is in a very good environment, my room is on the slope to look at the sea, now is the end of winter, I believe summer will be more beautiful. The hotel is not far from the tip of the scorpion, only a few minutes drive. By the way, I found a homestay and restaurant in the mountain short horn kingdom, which focuses on local short horn beef cuisine. The environment is very good and you can visit.
The little house is very spacious. It could accommodate up to 8 guests and we enjoy the lake view very much.
