GGuest UserThe 24-hour reception is super convenient, and they let you store your luggage for free beforehand. The staff are friendly and professional. There's an elevator, and the room was quite spacious with new amenities, making for a very comfortable stay. The kitchen is huge, with plenty of utensils and counter space available. It's located in a residential area, so you have to walk a bit to find shops, but it's not too far. Overall, it was a great stay; I was satisfied with everything.

CClaiudiuGreat Value Stay with Character – Some Fixes Needed!! 8/10 ! This property offers a unique experience with its beautiful, historic setting near Bologna. The grand alley, antique decor, spacious living room, and modern touches like AC and smart TVs make it feel both classic and comfortable. Parking is easy, and the detailed directions are helpful—just make sure to complete online check-in to get all the access codes. Pros: • Peaceful location in nature, yet close to Bologna. • Clean bedsheets, AC, and modern TVs. • Impressive decor and spacious common areas. • Plenty of parking space. Cons: • Room and bathroom doors are thin wood, noisy, and not well insulated. • Bathroom shower door has water leakage issues, from bathroom to hallway to our bedroom—needs fixing. • Beds are typical Tuscan style, not very stable but nice and new bed sheets! • No mosquito nets, though AC keeps the room cool. • Shared kitchen is downstairs; hair dryer didn’t fit any socket… Overall, it’s one of the best stays in Tuscany at this price range. Just avoid bringing a sports car—the village roads are in very very poor condition.

JJonchuaReally love its location. A good base if you’re going to F1 and Bologna. 40 mins from the airport. You are within 5 mins drive of most attractions in Maranello. There are also nice restaurants within driving range. Fuss free and easy to check in and out. We got ourselves an apartment so it’s a building away from the main hotel Lobby. As expected from an apartment, you got full amenities like kitchen stove, sink washing machine and dryer. Room size is perfect for a family of 4. If there is any cons, it’s gotta be the floor cleaniness. Seems dusty for bare feet liked Asians. It’s also kinda weird they didn’t wash any of the dishes left in the sink. But all else is good. If we were to travel to Maranelle again, I’m sure we will book this place Arain

GGuest UserThe Ferrari theme and location were good. Sadly our rooms had black mould growing in them. Our initial concerns were dismissed but my asthmatic son was wheezing by the second night and we were eventually moved rooms after a lot of discussion. The replacement rooms were fine and the facilities manager couldn't have been more helpful and apologised for the mouldy room, unlike Luca on reception.. The walls are paper thin so you can hear people above and next to you showring, using the bathroom and moving around the rooms. The hard flooring doesn't help with the noise issues. Its a pity the restaurant and café weren't open more often as we would have happily eaten on sit after a days sightseeing.

GGuest UserSHG算是博洛尼亞當地一家歷史悠久的酒店了，而所謂歷史悠久，就是基建老化，設施老舊。窄窄的小電梯，兩個人並肩都站不開。房間還算乾淨，但電話沒法用，迷你吧裏就衹有水- 一瓶子2歐元。前台還算熱情，南歐整體懶洋洋的，但是收費是與時俱進，外國人住店一晚上收你2歐元的税錢。

GGuest UserThe hotel is so close, opposite to Rimini Train Station. I was able to find it without using Google Map. The bus stop for boarding the bus to San Marino is just outside the hotel. Fortunately the hotel serves breakfast from 7.30am. I was able to catch the 8.10am bus after having a quick breakfast. It took me 15-20 mins to walk to the beach. On the way after a subway, there's a Carrefour Express 5 mins away from the hotel. I chose the room with a shower instead of a bath. I was surprised to find a fridge in the room. The curtains were a bit thin (see through) though.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful time. The hotel was very clean, staff were exceptional! They helped at every opportunity and were always very gracious. The breakfast menu was very extensive, something for everyone. There was even a gluten free nook. Thanks for helping making our first time in Italy great!
