Grand Hotel Majestic Gia' Baglioni

Two stars because it is a nice hotel with comfortable beds. Thats about it. It is certainly not a five star hotel, which it purports to be. We arrived around 8pm and advised reception that we needed to leave for the airport at five am. At some point reception advises that the booking was for one person and they had to charge us for the second. I have never heard of this! So for the extra person for our 8 hour stay, they wanted €100! What the hell for? I looked on a booking sight and showed the receptionist that I could still book a room (which would come with a free bottle of wine) for two people for exactly what I paid. Receptionist kept saying that it would be more if i booked through the hotel. Lets follow the logic here. Why would i book directly through the hotel if the same room is less on a booking sight? The most irritating part is that she kept laughing inappropriately for some unknown reason. The male receptionist kept insisting that the € 100 was for the ”free” hot breakfast. We reminded him that we had to leave before breakfast was served. He assured us that there would be a cart full of food in the morning before we left. Long story short, that did not happen. There was a cart with coffee and a few pastries. But wait, there's more! The man at the reception in the morning told us that if we had asked, they would have made us breakfast. That would have been nice if it was ever suggested by reception at check in! A real five star hotel would have just taken the initiative to prepare the bagged breakfast for us given the conversation had the night before. I also enjoyed how the staff talked down to us insisting that a €100 per person euro fee is totally normal. Because I've never stayed in a hotel before! Thats sarcasm btw. Again, this certainly was not a five star experience. And just to compare apples to apples, we stayed at a four star hotel when we arrived in bologna 10 days earlier. It was 1/5 the cost, the staff much more accommodating and was just as comfortable and nice. So do yourself a favor and ignore the alleged five star rating and save your money and nerves by staying anywhere else.
Hotel Maranello Village

I booked a room at Maranello Village to visit Ferrari Museum. The museum is located in the downtown area of Maranello, which is around 15 minutes by car. If you are planning to visit Ferrari Museum from hotel and don't have a car, contact the front desk and ask them to book a taxi for you in advance. Because the hotel is located in the rural area, it's hard to find a taxi driver to the Ferrari Museum. (We walked to Ferrari Museum from hotel and it took us 50 minutes to get there. However, the town seems safe and the way to the museum was not complicated. If you like walking, and would like to feel the town in Italy, I would recommend you to walk there. But only if you do not have any transportation to get there. It's maybe not a good idea to walk there during summer. The temperature in Maranello is pretty hot. Thanks to Leonardo, who provided us water bottles and the map to get there. He was an exceptional staff. He was very friendly, and because of him, our stay in Maranello was very comfortable. The room was also spacious and the interior was very modern. We stayed on the first floor (ground level), and we could open the door to the outside area. This hotel is very quiet and pretty. I am willing to visit this place again. See you again!

I liked the location, the overall state of the hostel, and the staff was amazing. However, the description of the room was a bit confusing while booking (maybe it was just me who misunderstood though). When booking, it seemed that I was choosing a room with only 2 people in, but it turned out I was assigned to a room of 4. But can't complain much. The rest was incredible, and the price is the best. So, thanks!
Hotel Napoleon

The hotel is so close, opposite to Rimini Train Station. I was able to find it without using Google Map. The bus stop for boarding the bus to San Marino is just outside the hotel. Fortunately the hotel serves breakfast from 7.30am. I was able to catch the 8.10am bus after having a quick breakfast. It took me 15-20 mins to walk to the beach. On the way after a subway, there's a Carrefour Express 5 mins away from the hotel. I chose the room with a shower instead of a bath. I was surprised to find a fridge in the room. The curtains were a bit thin (see through) though.

A little tired, but remembering the days of luxury hotel. But that's exactly what I wanted - with carpets, marble, armchairs and paintings on the walls! The location is perfect - five minutes walk from the station and the same to the center. Breakfast is quite sufficient, lots of cheeses, fruits, yogurts, muesli, pastries - for every taste. The room is spacious and clean to the extent that a retro room can be. The service is very friendly. Only the cleaning service burst into the room when we were resting, despite the ”do not disturb” sign - that's strange. We will be happy to come back here

Nice place, nice concept, nice people. The place is perfectly priced in an absurdly priced nonsense of a city. People should be paid to go to Italy and even more to the run down thiefs' den that is Modena. Yet there are ones going there to whatch people racing with completely useless cars and some fo those may anjoy the set-up of one of the rooms... So, if along your penitence path to redemption you happen to be in Moden, I strongly suggest wasting your money at this place much better than similarly priced other ones.
Holiday Inn Bologna - Fiera

Bologna Fiere District
The Holiday Inn Bologna Fiera is a solid choice for those seeking a comfortable and convenient stay near the exhibition center. While it may not be the most luxurious option, it offers good value for money and a basic level of amenities. If you're primarily focused on location and convenience for the fair, this hotel can be a suitable choice for your stay in Bologna. Wish you good days in Bologna.
Holiday Inn Express Parma

A well-regulated hotel chain is worse than a domestic holiday hotel. But this price in the country is very good. Not close to the center of Palma, there are big shopping malls around, the hotel has its own restaurant, breakfast is good, especially breakfast is provided at 6:30 in the morning, earlier than other homes, convenient for hurrying. Sound insulation is available, no noise at night. There is its own parking lot.
Best Western Plus Hotel Farnese

Great location just off the A1. Staff were so friendly and made such an effort with us. The free bikes were a blessing to cycle into Parma in the rain, the receptionist advised to park at Piazza Garibaldi. The room was clean and spacious with all the facilities needed. The pool was clean with adequate chairs and an area for food:drinks. Too far too walk to the centre but easy enough to drive or cycle.
