Everything is fine.

It's a sterling property which is time share program. So good sea facing rooms are reserved for members. When we stayed here, it was booked for a wedding. So too ***y people around the resort. Location is bit outside of the main Puri area. So if you have your own vehicle then no issues. It right on the beach but accesing beach is not easy and this part of the beach is dirty. Restaurant is nice. Food is good. Pool is nice. Game room is good but some items are chargeable. No spa here.

Walkable distance from sea beach but while going to Jagannath tamale, it’s recommended to avail rickshaw. In terms of in house restaurant of Pp Palace is not upto the mark...need an immediate attention of the management.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

i stayed here from 09-01-23 to 18-01-23, this guest house is only for stay, i categories this guest house as per below rooms : good cleaning : average (we always ask housekeeping for cleaning, there is no schedule cleaning for rooms, if you are staying long then keep this in your mind that you have to push staff for cleaning your room) however cleaning staff is good in service. room service: average (there rooftop cafe is closed so there is no room service if you are asking for something you have to pay immediately after room service) sometime they ask it later. but room service staff is good. safety: i came here for project work and stayed here with my wife, i left her in morning and come in evening, staff is very carefull in safety manner, we didn't get any issue there. i can recommend this guest house for stay. overall good experience for stay here. thanks 🤗

Location is great. Property is spacious and beautiful. Staffs are good. Non ac rooms are small and ok. Bathrooms are very small and not good. Facilities like geyser and electric kettle is not available with nin ac rooms. Food is good. Barbeque experience is great

Hotel stay was good. Property location is very accessible that is the best thing. Room service and food quality was also good. Really appreciate the reception staff for their smooth checkin and checkout process.

Decent stay, good quality food being served on the restaurant. Room cleanliness needs many fold improvements, bathrooms were not good at all, no tissue tools or place to keep them, old bathroom fitments that give you a bad vibe. Lofts are operational from first floor only. It is a nightmare for people with disabilities and not at all handicap friendly.

Positives - location , but due to proximity to temple auto will not go here. so you will need to get down and catch a hand rickshaw everytime. negatives - no restaurant as mentioned in hotel amenities, no cleanliness, no in room dining , faulty appliances ( in my case geyser) , no tea , no snacks , so you will have to depend on outside restaurant for everything
