My checkin was not in a good experience,Their was some issues with the room catagory, I totaly understand the Hotel was full house but it dosent mean the other guests to suffer, ***y of the staffs they need Training then look very sad, I have to wish them Good Morning or Evening then they could reply, I would say F&B staffs were outgoing, I would recommend Noella,Danjita,Chef Dutta for their extra care they did a very good job,The food varieties are amaizing specially the breakfast,The Health club some machines are too old,The Taxi driver name Mahmood is very good he was extraordinary by his hospitality.Rooms cloth hangers are rusted.

We stayed at the hotel from 01.05 to 09.05.2025. Everything was great! Wonderful, clean and beautiful hotel, friendly, welcoming staff. Very beautiful, green territory, which is carefully looked after, no insects. Complete relaxation. We really liked the hotel, if there is an opportunity, we will come back again. Thank you!

Close your eyes and book this hotel you will be very very happy!! Wonderful staff right all around who will give a homely vibe, with care and attention!! Taj heritage is really lucky to have such amazing people working for them!! Rahul in the larajna BF restaurant was a wonderful soul who took care of us extremely well
Love this restaurant and great respect to Taj for accomodating all our requests!! Will come back to Goa only for staying at the heritage

The breakfast is really good, suitable for bringing children. The children like the swimming pool and going to the beach. The children’s club is average and the service attitude is superb. We were waiting for the luggage when we got off the plane. Go to hotel

There were issues at check-in with payment from Trip.com and our rooms were in separate areas despite us requesting rooms in the same building. Upon asking multiple times we finally got a room nearby but the toilets were not working and we had to call for assistance multiple times which was always delayed.

Amazing Stay at Hyatt Centric Goa. Nice big room and they had a extra foldable bed for our small kiddo. Pool was nice. Location and safety standards were perfect to explore North Goa.

GGuest UserDue to heavy rain on 7th night, rain water entered in my 1st floor room as the balcony was uncovered. My luggage were on the floor and water soaked into my suitcase and bag too making all our dresses wet. The caretaker mr kumar, helped me lot, shifted our room and tried a lot to dry our clothes with a drier. But even then a day, 08. 11. 23 was completely wasted as we were not left with any dry cloth to wear. But i am very happy with the behaviour and helping attitude of kumar. Secondly, i was given to understand by my relative in mumbai that there is complimentary breakfast with this accommodation although it is not mentioned on the booking information slip. The caretaker denied to have any such knowledge and said he has no order to serve breakfast free. As a result, i had to pay for breakfast that they served us. No thanks, done. That's all.

GGuest UserVintage vibe room, loved the interiors. Hot water and ac available. Worth the price we paid. Only issue is the creaking bed that’s it. Overall enjoyed the stay here. Would visit again. Very aesthetic and nice rooms.
