I have been to this hotel a few times now and it has always been good

This town is very beautiful, next door is bryanston school, the bus to salisburry can be directly reached, there is no uber in the town, but the hotel staff is very enthusiastic and will help to make an appointment for taxi. It is Monday, and the time is late. Many restaurants in the town do not open on Monday. It is very lively. Very pleasant surprise is that there is a discount for Monday dinner, I calculated a 66% discount! The hotel decoration is traditional English, very classical beauty! Because it is old, there is no elevator, so pay attention to the big luggage! The steakhouse on the door is very good! There are also many restaurants around!

It's conveniently located just a 13-minute walk from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and surf. Booked as a last minute, lovely hotel.. Reception staff could not of been more helpful. We got upgraded to a sea view, and the room was spacious & lovely. .. there’s a lovely grandness to the hotel , so I felt sad that the smallest of Maintenon job that I noticed let it down, for example , the conference room opposite the reception curtain we’re hanging off it’s rail. So simple to rectify I’m sure. Bar drinks, VERY overly priced . Didn’t use the Spa as closed at 6pm . I would return to this hotel., as stated the reception ladies were smiley, & helpful.

Experience difficulties when car plate number was not registered in the parking system. I have to inform front desk multiple time to get my rental car registered for the parking. After the third time informing the front desk, only then the registration was successful.

Fantastic! It has an old-world charm that's beautifully understated, with impeccable aesthetics. Highly recommend! And all for just over 800 RMB! Compared to the Huajiantang I stayed at last night for over 3800 RMB, this place is in a different league entirely!

Fantastic experience, lovely room and staff here! Room is big and comfortable, there is perfect location with see view!

Great location for daytime but not so much for night. Very noisy outside until at least 3am. We had a family room and it was excellent. Loads of space in the main bedroom and then a separate bedroom with two single beds. Beds were really comfortable. We only ate breakfast in the hotel which was buffet style. Large selection available and it was very good. The car parking at the hotel wasn’t great. We had to drop our cases then find alternative parking. This was not easy as all nearby car parks were full - cheerleading competition on at BIC. We really enjoyed our stay and would return.

Always a lovely experience, great location, fantastic food and superb friendly staff.

The room wasn’t what I expected for the price. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the water pressure in the bathroom for the shower was awful. We had a better shower in the indoor pool at the other hotel. Some of the staff we very friendly but others came across rude. Other than that the location was perfect
