Booking Numbers: *********** (PIN 5187/hotel confirmation number: ***************) and *********** (PIN 8304/hotel confirmation number: ***************). We arrived at the hotel just before 8.00 pm on 22/03/2024 - tired after after a long day of travelling. When I presented our ”Check-in vouchers” for the two rooms that we had reserved and pre-paid for online with Trip.com, the lady at the reception said that they were only room guarantees and did not represent that we had already paid for the rooms before arriving at the hotel. Therefore, I gave her our written receipts from Trip.com for our payments for the two rooms and asked her to call Trip.com to confirm that we had already paid for the two rooms. She then gave us incorrect entry codes for our two rooms, for which I had to return to the reception where she then gave me the correct entry codes. Later that evening when we passed the reception to to go out of the hotel to find somewhere to eat and I asked her if she had telephoned Trip.com yet, she acknowledged that the rooms had already been paid for online.
Room facilities are OK, health is general, the environment is good, also equipped with swimming pool, children like it, service is very good, not far from the train station and the city center, good quality and cheap hotel
Very good value for money, clean and hygienic, the hotel service staff is also very good. The B&B hotel chain gave me a surprise feeling, cheap and affordable, the room is not small, in short, very satisfied.
The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable, the room is very comfortable and the room is very comfortable.
A very friendly and nice breakfast, a nice and varied breakfast.
The hotel is ideally located to visit the city.
Good price in the area, even though it's relatively far from the city center.
The machine doesn't work if you're booking last minute; you'll have to contact reception.
The breakfast is really too expensive in relation to the quantity and choice of ingredients (too little choice).
No fridge in the rooms, no muffins available in the rooms.
Excellent structure, new and equipped with all the essentials. The receptionist was very kind and very thorough, as was the very attentive supervisor who takes care of the arrangement of the rooms. The cleanliness is truly impeccable, the welcome attentive and heartfelt, the parking large and convenient and the area very quiet. I found the bed more comfortable than ever, super soft pillows included. Even the laundry smelled very good. The air conditioning made the heat of the season infinitely more bearable, fortunately and you can adjust it conveniently through a display on the wall of the room. I did not turn on the TV but, since it is also super new, I imagine it is better than a cinema.
Very nice and helpful staff. The location is good, close to the city and several restaurants. The rooms very nice and spacious. The breakfast quite OK. The only thing we weren't happy with was that all the scrambled eggs were completely gone already at 08.00 when we were supposed to have breakfast. When we asked for more, the breakfast staff said it was out and more would not come.

CChiuThe hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel.
Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours.
The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch.
That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk.
VVelascoKarenGreat location, like really could not have find better, walking distance from everywhere, beautiful building and they preserved the old features of the construction. A lot of restaurants around the area, there is cold water dispenser to take to your room. Would totally come back.
GGuest UserThe hotel ”la bourse” is very conveniently situated, some 4 minutes on foot from the main station and even closer to the city center with it's bars and shops. Although the center is still a little bit away, it's too loud, to sleep with the the window open.
The house and the rooms are in a likeable, past-decades-style and - for example - a big reproduction of an 19th-century picture of a local factory in the room is a very nice alternative to the standard-modern-”art” so many hotels display.
Sadly the whole house seems a little bit worn off and especially the breakfast room is quite inconvenient.
Not five, but six or seven stars should be granted for the concierge service. The head of reception is an example of style and dignity and treats his customers with great formality and respect. Especially those, who have a traditional sense of good behavior, will probably enjoy the acquaintance and likewise the stay.
AAnonymous UserRoom was spacious, good and clean. The only thing was that the reception hours need to be communicated properly. We arrived at least half hour before the stated closing hours but already no one there. As we booked through trip.com, we didn’t receive the instructions to the safe where they dropped all the keys for « late » guests. But obviously we weren’t even late as mentioned, we arrived before the reception closing hours. Thankfully we met a gentleman who had the safe’s access code and we were able to retrieve our room keys
Aapple2811The room was well-designed, but the cleanliness wasn't very good. The coffee stains on the cups hadn't been washed off. Considering it was only a one-night stay, I didn't change rooms. I brought my own bottled water anyway. The location is excellent, very close to Petite France and Strasbourg Cathedral.
GGuest UserAdvantages: Newly opened, very close to the university, not far from the city, there is a large shopping mall behind, which is very convenient, and there is a tram at the door
Disadvantages: 1. The front desk is informal, just a small table; 2. Check-in requires credit card number, name, and CVV number, and the risk of fraud increases, so I didn’t sleep well all night and immediately locked the credit card; 3. The quilt in the room is very wrinkle
I won’t dare to stay at this hotel next time.
잇잇연The tram and bus stop were close by, so the access was good.
I didn't eat breakfast, but there was a bakery nearby, so it was easy to buy.
There is an elevator in the hotel, but when you enter the hotel from outside the hotel, there are about 10 steps, so you have to carry your suitcase up.
GGuest UserGood location close to supermarket, bakery, Main Street, 8 minutes from train station, although room a bit small but have everything you need, recommend!!
