The location and room are clean, 3 minutes drive from the train station, it is estimated that it will take a quarter of an hour to walk. Ctrip sent me a reservation form, no password, and later called in advance through a Finnish friend to ask for the password, the main focus is economical.

Staying here was a very unique experience. Whilst, during our 2 night visit, we didn't get to see the northern lights, we still enjoyed our stay specifically the glass igloo on the west village, the buffet breakfast, and just walking around the village. The dinner service can be improved as we noticed that if you dine in at a much later time let's say after 6pm the service can be slow due to the staff:customers ratio. To avoid this, we dined in at 5:30pm.

Hotel location is very good, very close to the bus station, outdoor activity center, the room is warm, the hotel service staff is very warm, the hotel has a free sauna and gym, the room is a bit old, the bathroom is a bit tide, but it is within acceptable range, very good

One-bedroom, one-living apartment, living room sofa bed with worms, my husband slept a night and the sofa bed became infected a little bit. I fell asleep for two nights because of a cold, and became infected with severe insect bite dermatitis. , Half of my right face is full of blisters and scars, so depressed

The view from the hotel room is very close to zero point on foot. The breakfast in the restaurant is good. The spare parts I use are lumene, a Finnish national brand, which can save dry skin. One tube applied to the elbow is enough for a day. The breakfast in the restaurant is similar to the popcorn pancakes we used to make in line with rice when we were kids in China. There is a parking lot in the basement, which saves you the trouble of getting up early to clear the snow. It costs 20 euros to park for one night. There are many restaurants and ski shops on the commercial street. Very convenient.

A nice hotel with good breakfast. My family of 4 adults were enjoyed our 2N stayed there. However, there are rooms for improvement on the room door key system and the lift. They are too old and inconvenient to use in today’s environment. Even thot it is functionally working. The door is hard to open and closed with the key, where the cards system will be a better choice. The lift is too small for guest.

I caught the RV train from Helsinki, which was relaxing and a brilliant way to see the countryside. Arriving into Rovaniemi at 21:20, it was a short cab drive to the hotel,and with 24/7 reception checking was a breeze. Twin room 410 was well appointed, clean, and beds were comfortable; the room safe was easy to set and use. I appreciated the door chain for extra security and peaceful night sleep. Santas Hotel central location was excellent ,with the padestrian mall, shops, restaurants, and bars literally around the corner. Taxis could be found out front, and the santa/airport bus was only a short walk up the street. Though do pay attention to santa express pickup and drop-off times as they do not run that regularly. The buffet breakfast had something for everyone to enjoy! Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the Christmas decorations throughout the hotel made my inner child smile.😊 There are many attractions, so be sure to give yourself enough time to experience everything. I was worried when I saw the average reviews online. But after staying for three days, I still felt good. We stayed in a suite with a sauna, which was quite large and clean. The sauna and fireplace were also quite good. Although there were not many people at the front desk, the service attitude was very good. The most important thing is that the location is very convenient. It is very convenient to go to town or take a bus.
