Really pleasant stay at this hotel. Can’t comment too much on the amenities as I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, but the room was comfortable and clean. Walking distance from the City of Arts and Sciences, and metro station.
The room is quite big, the transportation is OK, there is a bus downstairs. The service is OK. Because I wanted to change the bed type, I asked the front desk after one night and they gave me a new room. The location is a bit far from the city center, but very close to the Science City. There is also a small swimming pool.
Has everything you need for a stay in Valencia. Extremely well located for the airport in addition to proximity to the metro for a quick trip into the city.
Mi experiencia fue muy mala ya que hice la reserva pensando que iba al hotel como todo el mundo busca descansar y relajarme. Y fue todo lo contrario porque la app trip en ningún momento me avisó que estaban en obras y mi sorpresa fue al llegar allí y ver que estaban en obras y no poder descansar ya que estaban con el motopico y picando haciendo ruido por la mañana y tarde y a las 08:00 de la mañana otra vez volvían a enganchar a picar. Fue una estancia horrorosa. Por mucho que me queje a Trip nada cambio. Tengo otra reserva que hice antes de pasarme esto con ellos y será la ultima reserva que haga con ellos.
Very good service, excellent natural juice, which many 4-star hotels don't have 😄 It's very good and very modern, with details that are highly appreciated. Coffee and water 24 hours a day 😄
Good location less than 10 minutes walk from the theatre and market.
Plenty of on street parking around the side streets.
Cool lounge with free coffee and juice.
Very friendly staff who were great when asked for extra pillows.
Room and bathroom was very clean. Windows quite thin and noise could be heard from the street and other guests leaving rooms.
Decent hotel not far from the center or main spots (all within a walk distance).
As of pluses: friendly and helpful staff, good price for such city, parking (with electric charger) included in price (part under the building), kettle in the room and in-house restaurant+bar/cafétéria.
Can be improved: some cups to match with kettle, deep cleaning/renovation of bathroom, power sockets near bed and maybe a little fridge in the room?
Good hotel in convenient location close to the central station in Valencia, the area is ok, probably won’t recommend it as a holiday hotel but it is perfect for a business trip. Definitely a good choice and reasonably priced.
Very few people come to this area, the beach is very, very nice, soft and very clean, and there are few people coming in the off-season. The hotel is not directly facing the beach, but it is only a 2-minute walk. The swimming pool is great and the lobby bar on the first floor is open until late. We booked 4 suites and the hotel sent us 4 free bottles of champagne 🍾, which is really nice!

IIULIIA888В отеле отлично все, включая дорогу на пляж, при чем для меня самый лучший в Бенидорме. До пляжа 2 минуты. Чисто, утно, современно, гель для душа, шампунь и гель для рук - Dove, не из одной банки) Простой хороший завтрак, возможность принять душ после выезда, даже дают полотенце. Номер небольшой, но этого достаточно для пребывания на море. Единственный минус - очень долго и плохо уходила вода в слив в душевой кабине. За это оценка 4 за удобства. И второй момент, скорее Trip.com. Указано, что вид на море, но его, при всем желании, не было. И сотрудник мне сказал, что у них и нет одиночных номеров с видом на воду, только большие номера. Прошу Trip.com исправить у себя в описании, это не правда, вид на улицу на соседний дом. Он нормальный, просто надо писать как есть и может для кого-то это важно.

The room we booked is not as good as the room we redeemed with points.
The location of the hotel is OK, of course, because the old town of Valencia is very large, you can basically walk to the main attractions in 15 minutes. It is very close to the North Railway Station, but it is not actually useful because the commonly used stations are far away and definitely cannot be walked.
The hotel service is average, parking is not allowed at the door of the hotel, watching the old man pushing the box by himself, the waiter acted as if he didn't see it, until the road was uneven and the old man fell. I probably won't stay at this hotel after getting off the bus
