Amazing Hotel, excellent location in Ruzafa area with lots of restaurants. The staff were very helpful especially in changing the room, kettle, and towels. The breakfast and staff serving were excellent. Nice egg white Spanish omelette and the fresh orange juice was awesome. Very happy and would visit anytime again. The fallas festival was super lively especially the street bbq, lighting , food and drinks caravans and the decorations were super. Alot of effort put in. Fireworks were amazing at 2.00pm every day. The crowd was lively.

We loved our visit to Alicante and the hotel was in the perfect position for the airport bus stop. Very clean and comfortable, great value, friendly staff.

We transferred here for one night, there are not many requirements, the only downside is that the hot water is a small kitchen treasure of 100L, one has to wait a long time before taking a bath.

nice clean hotel, not far from the airport, you can walk, I stayed for 1 day, clean room and linen, very good for a short stop after a long flight, very noisy Brits checked in with me, but I didn't hear them in the end.

Amazing, fab apartments, fab location and the best staff. Contacted them in advance to ask if they’d decorate the room for my mums birthday. They went above and beyond. Can not recommend this place enough, will 100% be returning.

The location is good, but I booked 2 nights, and there were only 2 cans of water in the room for drinking. When I asked the hotel again, I had to buy it at my own expense. How stingy. The hotel didn't have toiletries, etc., and the quilt was not put in properly. I ran around and it was uncomfortable to cover myself. At first, they arranged a last room for me, which was small and uncomfortable. The cost performance was not high. Although there is a shopping mall downstairs, there is no convenience store.

Hotel located in Beninamet. I used it only to spend a night. Family rooms are very spacious. You can park well in the area. We took our 10-year-old dog and we had no problem, that's right, at no time can live animals alone in the rooms.

I had a room for one person and everything was fine except for one detail that I couldn't resolve, the thermostat that was there didn't have a display, it was one of those old ones and in any case it came out hot, the room temperature was fine but it felt a little dry and hot to sleep in, It needed a little cool or ventilation and it came out hot either way. The rest was perfect, the cleanliness, the towels very good and the floor temperature perfect for being barefoot. I will surely repeat in the future.
