Overall, I was quite satisfied with the accommodation. The location is super convenient; just exit the train station's side door, cross the street diagonally, and you're there. Check-in was smooth, though a city tax is required. The room was quite spacious and quiet at night. Breakfast was continental style, but the selection was a bit limited.

Excellent hotel, would highly recommend! Well located near city centre and amazing staff! Easy street parking available as well.

I am very satisfied and happy with my stay at this hotel. Staff was super friendly. Rooms were very clean amd perfect location. Just few minutes walk to and from Darmstadt Hauptbahnhof. Simply excellent stay and would hundred percent recommend.

Very friendly, very clean, pretty and practical furnished, and very good (continental) breakfast. Good pub/restaurant/beer garden opposite. Sehr freundlich, sehr sauber, hübsch und praktisch eingerichtet, und sehr gutes Frühstück. Gutes Gasthaus mit Biergarten gegenüber.

The front desk staff is young and handsome, with a good attitude. I broke a cup during breakfast and they took the initiative to deal with it. They were not unhappy at all. It was good, but the room facilities were not well maintained.

Room was so clean and facilitated with modern air conditioner and usb c ports. It does not have slippers for guests. Breakfast was good enough but not with varied tastes, not so much international buffet.

This hotel absolutely exceeded my expectations. It offered the best value for money of any hotel I stayed at in Germany.

I was pleasantly surprised. Hotel is easily accessible without passing through the city, though city center is only 5 minutes away. Check-in process was quick and friendly. Room honestly exceeded my expectations. The junior suite was spacious, the foldable sofa bed was already prepared for our daughter. The room was clean, and the bathroom big compared to other hotels. Breakfast is good and plenty. Parking garage is available for 14 euro a day.

Used for an overnight stay between flights, perfectly located, everything was great. Shuttle service from and to the airport. Simply everything perfect, highly recommended, gladly again at any time.

I came with my wife, and we booked the room through trip.com. The room selection said there was a double bed, but the hotel staff refused to give it to us because they didn't have that room, which was very upsetting. Either they lied, or trip.com provided the wrong information... everything else was great.
