The breakfast is more local, with watermelon and cantaloupe. I am not used to it, but the children say it is quite delicious. You can wash five pieces of clothing for free, which is also very convenient. Disadvantages: The water temperature in the bathtub is very cold, about 30 degrees, and there is no hotter water. I asked the waiter and he said that the water temperature in the bathtub is like this and cannot be adjusted to be hotter. There are condoms in the drawer that were turned out by the children. This is a parent-child family room, which is too speechless. The staff said that this is a unified requirement of the Hami hotel industry, but we did not do this in other hotels.

The newly opened boutique homestay in the ancient city gave us an unforgettable experience during the eleventh period. The courtyard of No. 5 is quiet in the middle of noisy, sitting in the yard is very comfortable, and the room is prepared with a rich drink and fruit snacks. The housekeeper Xiaomu, the driver and other personnel are enthusiastic and responsible, and we have made intimate arrangements for our travel and transportation and activities in the ancient city. Moon cakes were also presented during the Mid-Autumn Festival, and the lo-wei platter was delicious. Stay here next time.

There's a laundry room and drying area with plenty of washing machines. The fire alarm went off two or three times, and I ran downstairs, but they just casually said it was a drill the day before yesterday. 😇 The parking lot is large and ample, and there are nearby charging stations. It's quite centrally located and convenient for everything.

1. For a hotel costing nearly 1,800 yuan per night, the shower water supply was insufficient. I complained several times, but there was no solution. I had to go to the newly opened bath center next door to shower at night... 2. The elevator reeked of sweat. 3. The refrigerator in the room wasn't turned on, and I had to plug it in myself. 4. They said it was a Delicious mattress, but it wasn't comfortable at all; it was very hard, and the pillows were incredibly high. 5. The toilet made an inexplicable gurgling sound from time to time. I think it's a new hotel, and the plumbing isn't fully installed yet. It was quite frustrating. 6. The front desk clerk was clueless and hung up on me. She would ask, and then nothing happened. This was the most expensive hotel of my entire Xinjiang trip. There wasn't much scenery around, but the experience was the worst. Consider it a lesson learned.

Unexpected satisfaction and comfort The hotel is very mature, with a large public area in a distinctive manor style and its own restaurant. The food is very delicious and reasonably priced. The layout of the room is also reasonable. There is a bathtub and a shower area, and each area is very large. There is enough hot water for bathing, which is very important in winter. The double door is warm and beautiful and convenient. The bedding is great. The pillow is just the right height and hardness. I didn't even use my own pillow, and the bed still heats up, which is amazing. You can adjust the indoor temperature yourself, and leave the rest to Xiaodu. The convenience has returned to Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai. Outside the window is a large farm, a real farm. In the morning you can see herdsmen driving horses and cows into the pens, and they will go back on their own in the afternoon. In addition, the hotel provides free pick-up and drop-off at Altay Airport and Jiangjunshan Ski Resort. You can call and go at any time. The drivers are very friendly and enthusiastic, and their driving skills are also excellent. The hotel also includes breakfast and Tremella soup in the morning, which is really thoughtful. First and foremost, I want to give a special shout-out to Mai Er from the concierge team. Her service was incredibly thoughtful, she was genuinely sincere, and handled everything with great care and patience. Absolutely excellent. However, there were several noticeable issues. For some reason, the ceiling had large yellow stains, the water pressure in the shower was weak, and there wasn't even a laundry bag in the room's wardrobe. All the cups were placed on the very bottom shelf of the cabinet, leaving the top two shelves completely empty. Breakfast was also quite underwhelming. These aspects really don't meet the standards expected for a hotel of this star rating.
