Meet Torgrencia tent camp

This is definitely the best hotel I have stayed in during this trip to southern Xinjiang! No one else! It is better than most five-star hotels! Environment: The scenery is very good, facing the snow-capped mountains, and the sun shines on the golden mountain every day. In front of us is Toglenxia Village, the best village to experience humanities and nature Service: The boss and staff are very enthusiastic. They will take us on a tour when we check in and tell us how to use the room facilities. At night, the car got stuck in the wetland and couldn't get out. The hotel staff was so busy that they were exhausted, but they kept helping us find a way. They helped for five or six hours until the car was out. Thank you so much. I didn't sleep all night because of this. 🫨 Facilities: The room is very spacious and tidy! ! ! ! Although it is a newly opened hotel, there is no taste of decoration at all. The bedding is also very good, the mattress is very comfortable, and even the toiletries are Hermes! It is completely comparable to the five-star hotels outside! ! The room faces the snow-capped mountains and the Jincaotan Wetland, and the scenery is amazing! And the food is also very delicious😋

Hygiene: Very clean. No peculiar smell, I am a person who is sensitive to smell. It is very comfortable to live here Environment: The environment is quite good. There is a public toilet next to the multi-person female room. The decoration is very ethnic Service: The boss is very enthusiastic. When I cooked breakfast myself, I also prepared some for the guests. Northern boss, this morning's breakfast is noodles😄 The location is also easy to find. Take a taxi from the airport, less than 20 yuan, more than ten minutes by car. The bus is 2 yuan. There were few people when I took it, and I arrived at the airport in less than half an hour...

The B&B is very beautiful, in a relatively remote place. You can see the river and beautiful mountains in front. The scenery is very beautiful. You can see the beautiful scenery when you open the curtains. The yard is also very comfortable. The boss and staff are very warm and friendly. However, because it is by the river, there are many mosquitoes in the room, so the boss enthusiastically bought mosquito coils for us. The recliner in the room was not easy to use. I fell down when I sat on it. Wi-Fi is also not easy to use, and basic apps such as WeChat group, **, and Taobao cannot be opened at all on the second floor. Management needs to be improved. We were only given one toothbrush and three towels for the four of us. Breakfast also starts relatively late, which is not suitable for people who need to go out early to visit attractions. In addition, the hotel does not have a washing machine, so it is inconvenient to not be able to wash clothes if you are traveling to Xinjiang for a long time. In addition, it is very inconvenient that there are no curtains in the bathroom. When taking a shower at night, you can see the shower area just by walking through the path on the back. Overall, it's a very good accommodation, recommended!
故人歸民宿

A home-away-from-home in the far reaches of Kashgar. The property is tastefully and thoughtfully furnished, from the seating area for interaction, to the beds in the dorms with the curtains for privacy, a nightlight and an electrical outlet. I especially like that there's a rooftop with clotheslines and pegs for drying my clothes since I can't get together a full load to use the washing machine/ dryer. The homestay is located in a local village about 20 minutes walk from the Old Town. However, this being Kashgar, the village is a Uighur village and you can interact with the locals staying here. There are lots of small shops and an entire street of food just on the street outside. Ella, the owner of the homestay/hostel, has a great personality suited to hosting guests - she is warm, outgoing, and sincere and loves laughter. She's like the glue that brings her guests together to form a social circle, though she's fully appreciates some people may prefer their downtime and respects that. It's not the peak season for travelling at the moment but even then, it's been great fun staying here.

It was my first time to visit Keketuohai. I stayed at this B&B and it was clear from the interior design that the owner was very attentive! The atmosphere created by the colorful chandeliers is very warm, and the carpets and pillows with ethnic patterns are very local. When the oversized floor-to-ceiling windows open the curtains, you can see the snow-capped peaks and pure snow scenery. It is very beautiful🥹 It's like being in a painting. Escape the hustle and bustle of the city. It is also very convenient to go to the ski resort, which is very suitable for those who want to experience skiing! The living facilities are also complete. The boss entertained us very warmly. The experience is very good and the price is high. I will choose this hotel next time I have the opportunity~

I was very happy to upgrade my room. The front desk helped me get into the room. The humidifier was already turned on, which was very considerate. But the room was still too hot, so I had to open the window for a while before going to bed. There was an oxygen inhalation device in the room, and you can ask the front desk for the tube. It was a pity that I couldn't take a shower on the first day of the plateau. The shower looked great, with dry and wet separation. I later slept with the curtains open, and when I woke up, I saw the beautiful scenery of the snow-capped mountains outside the window. It was so shocking. After checking out, I left some items behind, and the front desk called to inform me. When I came back to pick them up, the items were placed in the bag. Thank you very much.
New Dap Hostel (in Grape Town)

This place has the soul of Uyghur people. The round bread you can have next to the hostel is incredibly delicious. The whole road is where the Uyghur people lives. The city center has very different vibes. We had a good time taking a tour of Turpan with the driver the hostel organized. The weather got too cold in the desert area so we could not stay longer here. I hope to come back here in my life. Just one thing, some trains coming to Turpan is very early in the morning. It would be nice if the reception could open earlier in certain days.

Ancient City of Kashgar
What can I say: awesome place, awesome room, awesome hosts. Alyx is speaks little English but WeChat translate and other translate apps, helps with the English-Chinese barrier. Along with the extremely warm hospitality with his wife who made an effort to make me breakfast before my early 2 day tour at 8 am which is not part of the expenses, made my stay in Kashgar worth wild. With my little Chinese, we exchanged cultural experiences and it was like we were old time friends. He even patiently helped with booking a tour to Lake Karakul and to Tashkurgan, along with getting a border permit (where the tour company was harrassing him for extra info since they never dealt with a foreigner before) and which was unknownly in the Lonely planet guide but under Karakoram Highway section. Thanks for making my stay feel like another home - with friends rather than another business in another city for a female solo traveller.

Let's talk about the pros and cons. The pros are that it's a new hotel, all the facilities are very good, and it looks clean. There is also a laundry room, although we didn't use it, the water flow is very strong, the cleaning staff is very friendly, and the price is cheap, and the occupancy rate seems to be quite high. Now let's talk about the disadvantages. The floor-to-ceiling window we booked was not a floor-to-ceiling window. The difference of 20 was not refunded. The front desk also said that we were upgraded. The window is not called a window because it cannot be opened, but only lets in light, as shown in the picture. I saw that most rooms have this kind of window. If I had known this, I would have paid a little more and booked another hotel. If you mind, I don't recommend booking this hotel. To sum up, if you want to save money, this hotel is a good choice. After all, it is cheap and the facilities are pretty good. If you mind whether there are windows for ventilation, you should ask clearly or book another hotel.
