We are very happy with the hotel services, cleanliness as well as the prompt help that the hotel staff has been guiding us and assisting us in both checking in and out, they provide very good advice to us in terms of our traveling within Xi’an city. Staff like Faye Mu have to be complimented and mentioned, she is very helpful and very polite to us. Thank you Faye for making our holiday so wonderful. We will stay here again during our next visit.

The hotel is located in a garden area, and the room is relatively spacious. My friend felt that the shampoo products were very suitable for her to use. The hotel also has free laundry and drying services, and the waiters are very enthusiastic. Parking is free in the basement. Just call the front desk to report your license plate number when you go out. There are many restaurants near the hotel, which is convenient. Recommend everyone

I chose this hotel because of a single photo, and it certainly didn't disappoint. Usually, pet-friendly hotels tend to have some minor cleanliness issues, and I'm quite prone to allergies. However, once I got to my room, I realized my worries were unfounded; I stayed for three days with absolutely no reactions. Secondly, although the front desk isn't 24-hour, the regularly updated access codes and the incredibly thoughtful butler-style service perfectly address any concerns about safety and service quality in a busy area. I also really liked the food street downstairs – it had everything, was clean, and delicious. I had many conversations with the butler about animals and food; I just enjoyed chatting with her whenever I had a moment. Finally, the cats at the hotel are adorable. Little Ear is the shyest, and Liu Liu is the most affectionate, but personally, I'm most fond of the adorable face of the little butler. If we visit Xi'an again and you're still around, we'll definitely head straight for your hotel without considering anywhere else.

Had a great stay here! There's a back exit that takes you straight into the Big Wild Goose Pagoda scenic area, and the hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are clean, pretty, and spacious with user-friendly smart guest control systems, comfortable beds, and the has separate areas for toilet, shower, and sink which was pretty convenient. The front desk staff, Xiao Rui and Xiao Dong, were super helpful, quick to respond, and helped us find activities to book and other travel tips. The breakfast was also really good with multiple options and Xi'an specialty foods. Our booking also included afternoon tea and dessert soup every day which they delivered whenever we requested it.
The room was a bit warm since they have central heating, but they were very accommodating and offered to move us to a different room.

The environment is decent, and the venue is suitable for events and conferences. I even happened to catch a new car launch when I checked in.
The room itself is quite spacious, but the furnishings and fixtures feel very dated. Not quite dilapidated, but definitely old-fashioned. The towels, in particular, were frayed and shedding.
The cleanliness left a lot to be desired; it just didn't seem clean, especially the countertop around the bathtub, which looked like it hadn't been wiped down properly and felt very haphazard.
Breakfast was just average, but the cleanliness of the restaurant tables and chairs was also quite unsatisfactory.
Overall, it's okay for an event venue, but for personal stays, the room's hardware probably isn't even on par with a 400 RMB mid-range business hotel (and I paid over 600 RMB).
The only highlight is the hotel's location at the delta, which allows for pleasant walks along the river.
For those who prioritize modern facilities and up-to-date amenities, I definitely wouldn't recommend it.
The hotel is truly one of the best places I have ever stayed. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed with a genuine smile that immediately made me feel comfortable. The staff were exceptional—one employee, in particular, stood out for her dedication and professionalism, while another lady impressed me with her kindness and respect. The hotel itself is excellent: comfortable, clean, and well-located. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

The moment I wheeled my suitcase into Zhiyin, it instantly pulled me out of the exhausting crowds of Datang Everbright City and made me feel comfortable! It's a 5-minute walk to the subway station, and just a hundred steps or so to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. After watching the light show at night, strolling back, even the breeze felt leisurely.
The floor-to-ceiling window in my Pagoda View room was like a soft-focus filter. Waking up in the morning, I saw the Big Wild Goose Pagoda bathed in the warm morning light, and I snapped ten photos by the window. I could just call ”Xiao Du” to adjust the AC and close the curtains. Plus, being able to enjoy the Big Wild Goose Pagoda's night view up close – how wonderful is that!
I filled my photo album with pictures in Hanfu in the courtyard; a nine-grid post on WeChat Moments wasn't nearly enough! Next time I come to Xi'an, I'm absolutely cementing this place into my itinerary!

The new branch is really good with clean room, enough space for 4 people. It is near the center and close to train station. It is equipped with towels, kettle, ... To sum up, this is a good hotel and worth the money.
I booked an all-inclusive room for one night at 1399 yuan. The good thing is that I booked early, so there was no price increase for New Year's Day. The downside is that it was incredibly crowded during the holiday. Check-in took about an hour, and then we waited another hour for the room. Plus, it was cold, so we didn't even make it to the hot springs once.
First off, some of the services included in the all-inclusive package, like car washing and manicures, are actually standard hotel offerings. The all-inclusive deal just means the butler can help book them in advance, which is nice when it's busy and you don't want to queue on the spot.
The most worthwhile part was the dining: it included a double buffet hot pot dinner, a double Chinese meal, a double afternoon tea, and a one-time snack selection. The food and coffee were quite good.
Among the children's activities, the pet park was clean and odorless, with kittens, bunnies, guinea pigs, and piglets. However, adults accompanying children need to buy a ticket, and feeding requires purchasing additional food, which added up to almost 100 yuan per person.
My less positive experiences were that takeaway coffee at breakfast cost 45 yuan. In my experience, hotels usually offer complimentary takeaway services, or at least provide disposable cups for guests to take drinks with them. Also, the public areas of the hotel, like the swimming pool and corridors, were generally quite cold.
Overall, the service was good; the staff were very good at greeting guests. Our butler, Wen Nuan, was very thoughtful and helpful. While we were queuing for check-in, she helped us redeem a voucher so the kids could go play first, which saved a lot of time, and she also gave them a small gift.
Facilities: Well-equipped, with high-quality bedding and amenities.
Cleanliness: Spotless.
Environment: Directly opposite the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' square, just a crosswalk away. The B&B is on the top floor of a building that also houses a BBQ restaurant, Haidilao Hot Pot, and a mall. Downstairs, there are also food stalls. For parking, just follow the Haidilao signs; guests share an elevator with Haidilao and even get a discount there. From the top floor, you can see the lights of 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance in the distance.
Service: The owner runs the B&B personally, so any requests can be communicated face-to-face.
This place is like a five-star hotel disguised as a B&B – it has the high standards of a hotel combined with the laid-back charm of a guesthouse. When we arrived, an adorable, welcoming cat happily weaved between our legs and even sneaked into our room, begging for pets, which our child absolutely loved. After watching 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow,' the owner bought a watermelon and brought us a slice, which was wonderfully refreshing. Knowing we wanted to visit the Terracotta Warriors the next day, the owner also recommended a tour guide. Owner, please convey our gratitude to Guide Ren again on behalf of our family.

GGuest UserThe inn is very close to the Huashan hiking trailhead. The location is very convenient and there are a lot of food nearby. The hotel room is clean and tidy, and the sleep is comfortable. The boss is very enthusiastic and will help us answer any questions we have. I wish the boss a prosperous business
JJiuyuemeiIt's about a 10-minute walk to the Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter, and the subway station is close by, making it easy to explore and grab food without going out of your way. There's also a convenience store nearby. The room is cozy and clean, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the air conditioning and hot water work great. It really has a local feel! The owner sent check-in instructions in advance and warmly introduced local attractions upon arrival. They even helped me call a taxi when I checked out, just like a friendly acquaintance. Absolutely great value for money! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xi'an, and I recommend it to anyone looking for an immersive experience of the old city's vibrant atmosphere.

MM395293****The hotel is in an excellent location. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to Qinling Museum, about 500 meters. There is a large parking lot nearby, which charges 20 yuan a day, and there are also charging piles. You can park at the door of the B&B under the guidance of the boss without charging. The Ctrip reservation did not include breakfast. The boss was very enthusiastic and provided us with breakfast for free. It was porridge made with corn juice, steamed buns, eggs and 2 vegetables, and he also stuffed a few peaches for us to take with us on the road. What a home away from home! Lunch and dinner are all reserved at the B&B. The sanitary environment and price are better than those outside! After having breakfast, I went to the Terracotta Warriors and Horses first, then walked back to the B&B for lunch, and then went to Lishan Garden. For lunch, I could call the boss 30 minutes in advance to prepare it in advance.
At first, I was worried about the bad environment and safety issues of the B&B, but after checking in, I found that it was much higher than expected! Recommended for everyone to stay.
AAna KarinaWe arrived at 6 pm and the room was not ready. They explained they offered late check out and that’s why it wasn’t cleaned yet,. However, they offer us a late check too and took our luggage to the room when it was ready while we had dinner and explored the city. They give you a code to enter the room. The room was spacious and comfortable for our family (2 Adults + 2 Kids). It had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms!!! The toilets were modern. It had a kitchen that we didn’t use. It also had a washing machine with a place to dry the clothes! This really save us! The location was great, right in the city’s heart. We arrived at Xian north and it has a direct metro line 2 (27 min). You also have the Muslim quarter from 1 metro station stop. I would definitely recommend it and would have liked to stay longer.
TTuzhitianrandaiGetting around is a breeze, and the Grand Tang Everbright City is literally right outside the door. The pedestrian street is incredibly lively in the evenings, and within a short walk, you'll find the Xi'an Art Museum, Shaanxi Grand Theatre, and Xi'an Concert Hall. All your cultural entertainment needs—from plays and exhibitions to concerts—are perfectly covered. Everyday amenities are also super convenient, with Intime Department Store, illy Coffee, and Starbucks all just around the corner. It's truly an ideal choice for both solo travelers and families. I'm genuinely thrilled to have stayed at Ascott at this price point!

HHongyunhuafuA very happy accommodation experience
The store owner's brother and sister-in-law are very hospitable. We watched the performance of Song of Everlasting Regret at 9:05 pm, and the store owner's brother sent us to the entrance of Song of Everlasting Regret to pick up the tickets. The next day, I wanted to take a taxi to the Terracotta Warriors, and the brother took the initiative to send us to the Terracotta Warriors ticket gate
The brother and sister-in-law were very enthusiastic and gave us hand-painted fans that they painted by themselves. It was really the happiest accommodation of this trip.
Accommodation environment:
The bedding and the hygiene in the room were very clean. Whatever the pictures taken by the store owner looked like, it was what it looked like when you lived there. It was safe and reliable.
Breakfast:
The breakfast was made by the store owner himself, delicious food, and the steamed buns were also very authentic.
I rarely give reviews to stores 😊 (because I'm lazy) This store is really worth staying in

GGuest UserThe landlord's sister is very nice. We called in advance when we arrived late at night, and told us to turn on the air conditioner in advance when it was cold. The house is very cozy. The house is in a residential area. It was built and decorated by the landlord's sister. It is antique, especially suitable for taking pictures. The display in the house is very careful, and every part of it shows the feeling of home. It is very close to the Huaqing Pool of the Terracotta Warriors and Horses, it is really the best choice in Lintong! Will come again!
GGuest UserThe location of the B&B is easy to find. You can get there directly by clicking on the navigation. The transportation is convenient near the subway station and is very convenient for major scenic spots. It is close to Huimin Street. You can get delicious snacks when you go out. The beautiful housekeeper provides enthusiastic service. The living environment is clean and hygienic, and the room is fully equipped. Everything you need, a good experience, good reviews, feel free to stay.
