Novotel Xi An provide the best service for our 4 nights stay. The hotel staff 老王 personally send us out to wait for our cab. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The receptionist Jeenifer Guo was very helpful and answered all our questions. Room is clean, bed is comfortable. We arrived mid night 4am due to flight delayed they called to reconfirm time of arrival and give us free fruit platter and upgrade our room for more comfy stay. Amenities all provided and hotel is free from smoke smell. Definitely worth every penny and if we would return we will choose Novotel again.

Stayed for a day, I felt that the room was very large, comfortable and clean, so I stayed for another day the next day. It is very close to the Confucius Temple and the ancient city. It is a recommended hotel. The breakfast is also very rich. Parking is also easy.

This is my first time writing a review, and I highly recommend this hostel. I stayed there for two days because my feet were sore after climbing Huashan. The double room we booked was incredibly large, with a view of Huashan. The scenery was stunning, and all the amenities in the room were brand new, just like home. I have sensitive skin, and the quilt at their house felt sun-kissed and comfortable. It was also very clean and tidy. Finally, I'm very grateful to the owner and his wife. They're very nice people. First, they contacted me in advance to pick me up at the station. Once I arrived, their food was delicious. I prefer Hunan cuisine, which I'm used to. If you don't understand something like we did while climbing, you can ask the owner, and he'll explain it in great detail. Finally, because I sprained my ankle, getting to Huashan North Station was difficult, and the owner walked me to the entrance. Who can understand the sense of salvation that moment felt? Huashan is great, and this hostel is very humane. If I visit Huashan again, I will definitely stay here again!

Her service attitude was top-notch—gentle, patient, and proactively helping to plan travel routes, understanding customer needs, and enthusiastically resolving them. The beautiful and kind Ms. Chen left a deep and wonderful impression on our family's trip to Yan'an.
