The Shanshui Leju B&B at the foot of Mount Huashan is absolutely fantastic! It's super close to the visitor center, and the owner provides a thoughtful pick-up and drop-off service, which saves so much hassle. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the bedding is so soft – perfect for a really refreshing sleep after a mountain climb. The homemade food is incredibly authentic and delicious. The whole family who runs it is so warm and attentive, it feels just like home. I'll definitely choose this place again when I come back to Huashan!

This hotel is located near Muslim Street, surrounded by many great restaurants. It's also very convenient to take a taxi to various attractions, and there's a direct shuttle service right across from the hotel entrance to different sights. For a city as well-equipped as Xi'an, the transportation here is truly outstanding. Even before I arrived, the hotel called me to confirm my arrival time and ask if I had any special requests, arranging everything in advance, which was very thoughtful. The front desk ladies were all lovely, patient, and communicative. Politeness is a two-way street, and my stay was very comfortable. After a long day of sightseeing, returning to a clean and tidy room definitely helped ease some of the fatigue. The room had a separate wet and dry area, and the cleanliness was satisfactory. H World Group's standards are truly reliable.

The hotel is located in a garden area, and the room is relatively spacious. My friend felt that the shampoo products were very suitable for her to use. The hotel also has free laundry and drying services, and the waiters are very enthusiastic. Parking is free in the basement. Just call the front desk to report your license plate number when you go out. There are many restaurants near the hotel, which is convenient. Recommend everyone

Our family of five came to Xi'an for a trip this time, and the front desk kindly upgraded us for free to their adorable 'Cute Duck' family room. The staff also offered tips for local attractions, which was a really nice touch. The room itself had very soft color tones, was clean and tidy, and came fully equipped, even with a smart toilet [thumbs up]. They also provided a special toiletry set for the kids. As soon as they entered, the children were captivated by the tent and the duck plushies, keeping themselves entertained for quite a while. In the evening, our whole family sat on the room's balcony, enjoying tea and conversation. The park view was beautiful, and it's worth noting this hotel is ranked fifth in Xi'an! We could even see the lights of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda in the distance, which was a lovely feeling. Overall, the room felt very cozy and welcoming. The kids loved it, and we adults were able to relax a bit too. Our whole family absolutely adored it.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, right on the pedestrian street next to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. You have the Pagoda directly across the street, a charming small park behind, and a fantastic fountain show to your left in the evenings. To the right, you'll find Qujiang Joy City and Datang Everbright City, making dining, shopping, and sightseeing incredibly convenient. The hotel's interior design is very sophisticated and exudes quality everywhere. They also have a gym and laundry room downstairs, and in the summer, you can relax in the courtyard, which is quite pleasant. The service is top-notch too; for first-time guests, someone even meets you by the roadside, which is a really thoughtful touch. ❤️

Hardware Facilities: The room type at Huiting is excellent, and I even got an upgrade. The gym is also good, equipped with a mini functional training rig. Service: The staff were very polite, greeting me every time I entered or left, and even thoughtfully packed my breakfast. Environment: This is the only part I wasn't entirely satisfied with. There was a persistent low-frequency noise. I brought it to the attention of the staff, but the source of the noise couldn't be identified. Overall: It's a very new hotel with great service. They didn't push for good reviews, and this is an honest one. The minor flaw doesn't detract from its overall excellence.

The stay here was great! I went to Xi'an with my boyfriend for just a couple of days, and the location was perfect for walking around the Muslim Quarter and experiencing the local life at all hours. Even early in the morning, the food street market was still open! The host girl was really nice and helpful, and their cats are so fluffy and cute. The place also offers free drinking water, which is a nice touch. I'd definitely recommend it!

Every moment at W Hotel Xi'an was enveloped in meticulous and thoughtful service. The concierge would always proactively open and close the car doors during pick-up and drop-off, offering kind reminders that made every journey feel secure and distinguished. The breakfast experience was particularly stunning: from a variety of freshly squeezed juices, local soul food like Roujiamo and Biangbiang noodles, to silky onsen eggs, fluffy Western muffins, and fresh vegetable salads, all the way to the complex and flavorful specialty cocktails at the bar – it was a perfect collision of Eastern and Western palates. From its trendy design to its detailed service, this place not only redefines modern luxury in the ancient capital but also makes every stay a memorable experience worth reliving.

This hotel is quite suitable for family trips, especially with kids. It's very close to the Huimin Street subway station, and you can also take the subway directly to Xi'an North Railway Station. The room environment is good, and there's a commercial street right downstairs with plenty of delicious food options.

Facilities: The newly renovated hotel is very clean, maintaining the characteristic features of Yan'an cave dwellings. The rooms are basically fully automated with smart technology. The bathrooms are clean and hygienic, with no odors or sewage backflow issues. Hygiene: Excellent. The towels are new, clean, and soft. The bedding is also very skin-friendly, especially the pillows, which are the perfect height—perfect for those with cervical spondylosis. Environment: Superb. Built against the mountainside, surrounded by green hills, the air is fresh, making it a perfect summer retreat. The rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans, but you almost only need to turn on the ceiling fan. Service: Five-star service, especially from Ms. Chen Xueyan at the front desk. Her service attitude was top-notch—gentle, patient, and proactively helping to plan travel routes, understanding customer needs, and enthusiastically resolving them. The beautiful and kind Ms. Chen left a deep and wonderful impression on our family's trip to Yan'an. Finally, I want to clarify that I am not a shill; I am just an ordinary tourist with a strong sense of patriotism. Choosing this hotel was unintentional, but it unexpectedly became my happiest and most enjoyable experience. A truly worthwhile trip.
