This hotel is recommended by a colleague. The room is clean and tidy and has complete supplies. There is also a clothes ironing machine, which is really considerate for people who have to work the next day. The front desk was also very enthusiastic when checking in, and also introduced the surrounding places to eat. The cleaning lady I met in the corridor also greeted me warmly. I rarely comment every time I stay in a hotel, but I am really satisfied this time. It can be seen that the management is very good. I give a thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Sea view room, crossing the road is the beach, the room does not feel wet, there are fireworks on the beach at night; the boss has a good attitude and good room facilities. The only downside is that there are many kinds of flying insects, maybe the price of greening + water system in the community? Overall very good, I plan to live here next time.

Very nicely located and well equipped hotel with plentiful of activities for the little ones. We had a family room and our toddler loved it from the first moment she saw the slide in the room. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back next summer.

I recently had a wonderful stay at the Hard Rock Hotel, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I entered the hotel, I was greeted with kind service from the concierge, who made us feel welcome right away. The food at the hotel was amazing! Every meal was delicious, and there were plenty of options to choose from. The housekeeping staff,was incredibly nice and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. I also want to highlight Ms. Summer, the kind receptionist, who was polite and helpful throughout our stay. She made sure everything went smoothly and added a personal touch to our experience. What impressed me the most was how friendly all the staff members were, not just to me, but also to my children. They made our stay even more enjoyable! The hotel's location is perfect, close to fun activities for the whole family and just a short distance from the beach. I had such a wonderful time and would definitely recommend the Hard Rock Hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Dalian!

Rainy night. I am so lucky to meet Sherry on 7 July. She is a nice young lady, also attractive. With Sherry's help, It was a great surprise for me when I checked in and was told I'd been upgraded!! The facility and the environment are excellent. Water is fresh, glass bottled. Legit! I will recommend to my Western friends to stay in this hotel when they come to Shenyang. And I will definitely choose this hotel on my next visit to Shenyang. NewWorld is the most luxurious hotel with the best price. Solute.

Highly recommended, especially for group travellers or families! The condo-style unit was incredibly spacious, clean, and super comfortable — we felt right at home from the moment we walked in. The front desk staff? Absolutely amazing. I had more than 10 parcels sent there before our arrival (yes, pre-trip online taobao shopping 🙈), and they had them neatly arranged on a trolley, ready to be sent to our room the moment we checked in. Talk about thoughtful service! Breakfast was more than enough — good variety and fresh every day. On days we skipped the buffet to visit the morning market, the staff even prepared drinks, fruits, and sandwiches for us to take on the go. Such a kind touch! Overall, we felt really well taken care of. Clean space, warm service, and great hospitality. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation. 💯

This was a luxurious hotel, especially for the price point. The room was very comfortable, nice linens, a wonderful modern shower and immaculately clean and fresh (no trace of cigarette smoke). We booked two beds which were large enough for our family of four to be comfortable. We had a nice desk and big, operable windows, instant hot water, daily deliveries of cut fruit and an AI room assistant to manage all functions including closing the curtains and keeping our kids entertained (when addressed in Mandarin). Note: Make sure to review the room before planning to share with a colleague or to entertain guests - the bathroom in our room was lovely but offered limited privacy. All the staff was incredibly attentive and very friendly, all parts of the hotel are very sleek and new and are beautifully maintained. Little delivery robots bring food to your room if you order out and there is good security. I believe breakfast is offered in the lobby, but we discovered a great little local place right across the street with all the traditional staples: 鲜族牛肉汤饭. There's a fun kids park a couple blocks away with some little rides, a bounce castle and a huge sandbox filled with some kind of Chinese grain instead of sand tucked away behind the trampolines (10 RMB per activity, most relaxing morning of the trip) and good people watching with exercise dancing, etc. I'd choose this brand and location again, for a visit with the whole family or a romantic getaway with my partner. Five stars.

The room we stayed in was big and comfortable, but there was construction work happening above during the daytime. The breakfast was nice, but the location is quite far from the city center. Our online booking included one free late night snack, but we were neither informed nor received it. Service was okay, the lady serving us was polite.
