Staying at Xilamuren Grassland Tourism Resort was one of the most heartwarming and memorable parts of my journey in Inner Mongolia. The accommodations were clean, cozy, and perfect for the grassland atmosphere. I truly appreciated the attention to detail in every service – from check-in to meals and daily activities. The resort provided everything I needed for a comfortable and immersive experience. But what made this place stand out most was the hospitality of the host. The owner was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. He went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt at home – and that’s something you don’t find everywhere. If you're looking for a genuine local experience, with both comfort and connection, I highly recommend this resort. 5/5 for service, accommodation, food, and especially the amazing host.

I have stayed in many hotels, but the service of this front desk Qihai impressed me very much. The receptionist was friendly and the service was professional. During the business trip, the boss arranged to go to Ulanqab, Inner Mongolia. The air here was very good as soon as I got off the car. He also booked Boyuan Hotel, which was very luxurious and had Mongolian flavor. The lobby environment was very beautiful and tidy. The waiter received me warmly and arranged a non-smoking room. The room was clean and tidy. The restaurant had seafood and local special snacks. The gym and swimming pool on the first floor were free to use. Going to pick up the room at night, the front desk clerk was so intimate to help our family hang two rooms on the same floor. After settling down, I found out that the hotel did not have a bathroom. They said that the washing machine and dryer were broken and could not be used. Their leaders also proposed a solution that they helped us take the clothes to wash and hang them in the room. It's just that the clothes are more personal or refused. Almost sleeping, the child found cockroaches, bedside, bedside and window sill, hit one after another. Worried that it would be troublesome to walk into the luggage. Notify the front desk immediately, but they are dealing with a large group of new passengers, the waiter said that they can't change rooms, only spray insecticide. Later, when I saw their leaders, I reflected to him the problem, and he immediately helped us arrange a new room and checked that there was no problem before changing the room. Excellent Stay at a Beautiful New Hotel I spent a night at this hotel and had an awesome experience! Everything was perfect—from the modern, stylish decor to the overall cleanliness and comfort. The hotel is brand new and you can really feel the quality and attention to detail. Front desk girl was an amazing host—friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make the stay special. The homestay is a courtyard homestay. I personally like the decoration style. There is a small yard outside the room on the second floor. After washing, it is very comfortable to blow the natural wind to see the moon [smiling] The hardware facilities are very new and only opened in August last year. Especially the bathroom, the wet and dry separation sink is large enough, the hot water is particularly powerful, and the mattress is very comfortable. After a good rest, I have the strength to go to the volcanic scenic spot/Huiteng grassland for a day. 3. The top floor terrace can take pictures of very beautiful sunsets and sunsets, and you can also set off fireworks (the boss sells fireworks at a cheap price! For example, more than 500 fireworks during the Chinese New Year in Chongqing actually cost 150, which is outrageous). The boss will organize a bonfire party when there are many people. In addition, it is recommended that friends who want to experience the yurt stay can stay for one night after entering the grassland, and choose to stay in a homestay/hotel with more complete facilities for the rest of the time. We live in a yurt in Huiteng Grassland (with separate bathroom, the price is higher, but the bathroom facilities are also at the level of urban hotel chains). 4. I highly recommend his roast leg of lamb, unlike the kind that can be served on the table soon after eating around other scenic spots. ”charcoal fire roasted fresh leg of lamb”, it takes more than two hours to roast, we can't help it when we listen to this. In fact, the taste did not live up to our waiting, the meat entrance is crispy and very chewy. Be sure to set in advance! Especially people who want to eat roasted whole lamb friends, have to make an appointment one day in advance, the boss needs to find the herdsmen to kill now. Finally, I especially emphasized: the hotel owner is super good, is a local entrepreneurial youth, a little ”sloppy” honest person; frankly, there are really not many such businessmen, and the sincerity is very moving: silently help us carry our luggage; I heard that there was no smoke at night and immediately drove me to buy cigarettes; Help us buy discount tickets for the scenic spot; the guests said that they could send it to the scenic spot and agreed...
