GGuest UserI traveled to Zhangjiajie independently from Korea. One day before my stay, the hotel contacted me through Trip.com messages and asked if I needed an airport pickup service. After I provided the requested information, I was able to meet a very kind driver at the arrival hall when I landed at the airport.
Since I am Korean, it was a pleasant surprise that the driver spoke Korean very well. It was a very nice start to my trip.
It takes about 30 minutes by car from the airport to reach the hotel. When you arrive, you are warmly welcomed by two large adorable dogs, a small dog, and two cats. They are all very lovely.
Unfortunately, the weather was not very good during most of my trip except for the last day, so I couldn’t take many photos of the hotel. However, it seemed that the hotel offers many enjoyable experiences for guests.
All of the staff members spoke English very well, so communication was never a problem. The room condition was also excellent.
The hotel also provides transportation to the tourist attractions in a comfortable car. After finishing sightseeing, you can simply request a pickup through WeChat, and they will gladly come to pick you up.
With its beautiful views, kind staff, and adorable animals, I highly recommend this hotel. If I visit Zhangjiajie again in the future, I would love to stay here again—hopefully with better weather next time.

MM48972****Service: This was the first guesthouse we stayed at during our trip to Hunan, and it completely overshadowed every other hotel we stayed at afterward. It's an absolutely fantastic place. We arrived late in the evening, and the staff member was incredibly welcoming and even upgraded our room. He also gave us a tourist map of the Forest Park and provided a detailed itinerary tailored to our schedule (which was immensely helpful for our time in the scenic area). It was much more reliable than any of the online guides we had found previously.
Facilities: The room was incredibly spacious and well-equipped, making our stay very comfortable. The large window offered a direct, expansive view of the Wulingyuan scenic area. There's also a dedicated relaxation area in the courtyard, where you can sit and enjoy the fresh air – it's truly comfortable. The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options.
Environment: The guesthouse is located right in town, with plenty of amenities nearby, including supermarkets and restaurants. You can take a leisurely 10-minute walk to the Suoxi River, and the streets are filled with the scent of osmanthus, which is delightful. Highly recommended!!!

GGuest UserHost is a super nice guy and very helpful. He helps you book your tickets as well as with communication and he has many good tips for you. Usually people hang downstairs, there are also three cute cats. Usually people order food and have dinner together. You will easily meet fellow travelers here. The place is otherwise very basic and could need repairs and more frequent cleanups. But that is not the focus here. The hostel is also close to the starting point to Tianmen mountain.
PS: The package for the avatar mountains has hiked to 450 RMB including cablecars and elevator (you can use the ticket on 4 consecutive days). 12 RMB to take the bus to its south gate. You need two days to finish the avatar mountains. Then one more day for Tianmen mountain. Another day for the canyon, if you want.

The whole house smart provides an efficient and convenient environment, and the high-speed network allows me to handle work at any time. The high-end toilet and free drinks are the embodiment of quality life, and the sky garden has become my open-air office, with a broad view and abundant inspiration. Take a walk to the Wulingyuan Marking Gate to relax your mind and body during the work break, exercise at the well-equipped gym in the evening, and the three lovely cats are also good companions to relieve stress. This balance of being able to work efficiently and experience nature deeply allows me to travel and work at the same time.

GGuest UserFour of us decided to drive ourselves there. Upon arrival, a team of staff was waiting at the entrance, greeting us warmly and helping with our bags, making us feel right at home. During check-in, they even served us delicious tea. The guesthouse is nestled deep in the mountains, with a beautiful lotus pond right out front. The rooms were spotless, and the guesthouse had even thoughtfully turned on the dehumidifier in advance. We opted for a room with a sunrise view, allowing us to enjoy the mountain scenery and sunrise without even having to get out of bed. Oh, and the food here! The ingredients are incredibly fresh – it's the kind of place where they cook whatever's available from their own garden. The dishes truly highlight the natural flavors of the vegetables, which was absolutely superb! Haha. We could also play mahjong. On the day we left, it rained slightly, and with the temperature at a comfortable 20 degrees Celsius, it was just perfect.

Ssharleen5410The location is good, just outside the ancient town, but it's a very short walk. The hotel has parking, which is definitely better than staying inside the ancient town during peak season. There's a shuttle bus stop right next door, which would be more convenient for those traveling by high-speed rail without a car. The hotel's facilities are decent. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, but after trying a noodle shop by the road nearby, I realized that eating outside isn't necessarily better value or tastier. Maybe we just didn't find the right place, as the food quality was pretty much the same both inside and outside the hotel.

LLuoxiaohanI was very pleased with my stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, and I felt completely at ease the moment I entered. The bed was soft and instantly washed away any fatigue. The view from the window was stunning. The staff were warm and attentive, and accommodating. The facilities were comprehensive, meeting all my needs. There was even a tea table in the lobby. This hotel deserves a five-star rating, and I'll be back again.

Good location, easy to find but not quite convenient for parking. Close to Tianmen Park if that is part of the trip plan.
Got free upgrade, so I could stay next to my parents. Two rooms with their own yards are super soothing.
Good facilities generally, but there could be some improvements too, such as the floor in my parents’ room, and maybe add some sticker on switches to avoid some confusions.
Other than that, I love the foam pillows, much better than normal soft pillows in hotels, also love the comb it provides in the bathroom. Good toilet and good bath amenities like shampoo and shower gel. Recommend to provide bathrobe too instead of waiting for request from guests.
I also love the auto curtains and traditional styled wooden door.
I couldn’t catch breakfast for my travel plan but parents did, they love it. Services from the host was great, especially when it comes to laundry service. He also helped with parking.
Overall highly recommended!

GGuest UserThis is a great hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful to make your visit to the National Forest a memorable one. It is a 5 minute walk to the East Gate ticket office and the hotel gives you detailed instructions on how to get there. I appreciated the free water in the room and also in the lobby to take. The staff were very responsive on WeChat and kind to let me store my luggage after checking out. I highly recommend this place!
