Excellent stay at Eryatou Inn! The location is very convenient — a quick walk to the west entrance of Zhangjiajie park and right next to a night market where lots of stalls are selling food (our favorite was a steak stall that served steak, pasta, egg, and a drink for 19.9rmb right in front towards the left facing away from the inn). The hosts were so kind and helpful, helping us plan our days at the park depending on weather, and inviting us to eat sweet potatoes and drink tea in the afternoon/evenings with other guests. They also helped us book our park ticket package and the theatre performance at a discount. The rooms were spacious and clean, the beds were very comfortable, and shower was hot and had good pressure. Excellent value for the stay, we would stay again if we are ever in the area again!

This was the best experience l've ever had in any accomodation. We were looked after so well from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Fang Fang was so helpful with everything and it made our trip so easy. She arranged affordable transport for us everywhere including free pick up from drop off from the train station, helped us plan a trip to suit all our needs as well as book discounted tickets. She offered us tea which was so nice when it was cold outside and was super helpful with every question we had. Communication with her was amazing even when we were out and about. The room was also spacious and breakfast was tasty. The amount of time she spent with us made us feel so special and we will miss it, I’d recommend this place to everyone!

I took a long time researching and almost booked 2 other Instagram popular Minsu only to cancel and take this one instead. I am glad I did because this Minsu has the best view in whole of Furong Town! Many people make the mistake of wanting to stay right and close by the waterfall but the beauty of Furong Town is the wide landscape view of its ancient grounds and gorgeous waterfalls. As such, a view from a certain distance will be the most ideal and the most perfect. We simply love this accommodation! This Minsu is located by the entrance of the Furong Ancient Town. As you start your exploration into the town, you will be taken along multiple paths that will eventually lead you to the waterfall, as you walk through the trail and enjoy the waterfalls. Continue down and hike up into the cliff side steps until you see signages that point towards an exit. You will see some structures that is half built- walk up and then walk straight out and a left turn and you find yourself right back at the Minsu! The location is simply brillant ! We stayed in the 2 bedder suite and had such a wonderful time in the room enjoying the comfortable beds and the great view, we found ourselves lounging indoors most of the time only venturing for a bit outside when the weather was cooler. We will definitely recommend anyone to come and stay in this Minsu. Be sure to also have your dinner there , the food is good and views even better! You will not regret! The Minsu provides to and fro from the railway station , please add them in WeChat and arrange! They are very friendly !

Stayed at this place 2 nights 3 days & everything very closed by to this location. The guy who were at reception he is very kind & polite. Since my flight at night and he provided me to stay until 6pm without any charges. Rooms are very big and hot water is available. If you are visiting to mountain from east this is the best place to stay. Thank you

The rooms are super clean, neat and tidy. The hotel is situated just inside the furong ancient town, so you will be able to live inside the beautiful view and adore the beauty of this ancient village. Also, ask the staff in advance if you need a car for pick up and drop off to the railway station. They don't charge much very reasonable cost of 20 rmb.

Fantastic view from the room, however because theres a restaurant attached to the hotel can be quite noisy. Need to bring earbuds to sleep. However, for how expensive it is, found it a bit lacking in amenities, no fridge, there is a water filter system for drinking water in the room but it doesnt work. No coffee provided in room, only a paper cup with no spoon.

As we checked out, they surprised us with complimentary snacks for our journey - a thoughtful gesture that perfectly exemplifies their attentive service. There are literally so many home stays around this area. I think all of them are pretty similar. But according to my cousin, the one they stayed was really small and not clean. Luckily, this one we booked was pretty clean and nice. It’s away from the bar street and it’s quiet at night. We have a 4 years old so definitely a plus! It’s super close to the bridge and you can see the river and lighted buildings after night, pretty beautiful. Pictures are from our balcony before dark

Ideal location as hotel offers a rooftop view of 凤凰古城night scene. Breakfast is no frills :buns eggs noodles. Very quiet despite the noisy night bands playing. Free laundry but no dry cleaning so you hang your clothes on the rooftop. Free pick up and drop off but you need to give the hotel 2hours advance notice via WeChat. Whilst the hotel provides a free package (ie free desserts and free costume), we only love the bowls of nice cooling desserts(1st photo) at night which is ideal as supper. The costume rental does not include the head gear, jewellery, or accessories as it needs extra top up$ which makes it more expensive than the dozens of costumes vendors outside.

The hotel is in a good location and the owner is very friendly. It's just that it's inconvenient to call a taxi to go out of Furong Town. You can ask the owner to help you call a taxi. Don't go out and get ripped off by the auntie in front of the gate. She charges 20 yuan per person to go to the high-speed rail station (locals only pay 2 yuan)

Great stay in a brilliant location, we booked the room with a balcony and it was great, very clean and had everything you need. Staff were very friendly and offered us a free drink upon arrival, tasty fruit on the second night, and took us to the train station. Couldn’t fault this hotel and would definitely recommend.

Hotel is very near to the wulingyuan national park gate - so it saves a lot of travelling time if you are planning a tour to the national park forest. Owner was also very helpful - we didn't need to get a local guide to bring us into the park. When we reached the hotel - he helped us get the tickets (no extra cost- same price if you get tickets from the counter) save us a lot of time queuing for tickets, guided us how to tour in the national park, help us flag for cab- it's a very nice family run hotel. It's clean - they do housekeeping everyday - and the best part when you visit zhangjiajie during winter - the water heater is hot and you can warm yourself in the room from their aircond heater. 👍

The hotel is next to the bus station in Wulingyuan and 10 minutes from the east gate to the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The staff is really nice and helpful, and speaks English very well. They explained how to get to the Park, which spots to visit and when. They also help me to buy a ticket to the park. The room was clean and neat. I highly recommend this place!

The owner of the inn is very kind, accomodating and helpful. She booked our Tianmen Mountain tickets, took us to a good Chinese restaurant, and booked our car going back to Zhangjiajie Railway Station. She also gave us directions on how to navigate Tianmen Moutain, checked on us every now and reminded us to be down the mountain at 11:30am so we won’t miss our 2:00pm train. When we entered the inn, we were mesmerized as it has a welcoming ambiance. We love all the wood designs and carvings. They also offered us tea and heated blankets. We booked the Fairy room and it surpassed our expectation. It is nice and cozy, everything is made of wood. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom has basic toiletries. There is also a heater that is so easy to operate, just like an AC. We absolutely loved our stay. We can’t wait to bring our family next time we come to Zhangjiajie. Definitely worth the money!

We had a great stay at Rememberance. The place was recommended by our friends who have stayed there. The place is located near Wulingyuan centre. The restaurants and shops are nearby. Our room has a view of the mountains. The hosts provided excellent service and helped with bookings the ticket packages and advising on the route to see and do. The place is comfortable and clean.

The view from the balcony is very beautiful, it is quieter than the waterfall, and the balcony is quite big. The most important thing is that the service provided by the guy is really good. I have always stayed in B&Bs and I really like the service of this one. In the evening, the housekeeper Zhang took us to visit the waterfall. It was so hot that I was sweating all over. I was really embarrassed. When we went out for supper, the guy helped to pick us up. When we bought rice noodles in the morning, the guy also picked us up and dropped us off. This kind of service is super praise 👍. There are many homestays in the ancient town. I really want to write about such good service. I hope you will do better and better, and your business will be prosperous. Come again if you have the chance.

The room was very good, and we were served snacks as soon as we entered the store. There was also a very good afternoon tea, and the ice powder was especially delicious, highly recommended. The service of the brothers and sisters in the store was very good. There was a car to pick us up at the entrance of the scenic area. The lady patiently told us the itinerary route and performance time in Furong Town. The hotel has a waterfall viewing platform in the scenic area, and we waited there for the night lights to rise. The hotel's breakfast was also very good. The rice noodles were very delicious.

Hotel view really close to the waterfall as shown in picture, real beautiful scenary. Although the hotel had misplaced gps location, luckily travel center showed us the way to get into the village as the hotel is very close to the village waterfall. So we have to walk down to the waterfall and carry all the laggages down the steps from very high hill stairway. However, the room we got for 3 persons is 1 double bed and 1 queen bed, which is really clean and has a proper air conditioning. We really enjoy the waterfall sideview from the hotel.
