This Spring Festival trip, staying here is great! Just arrived at the hotel, was warmed by the warm reception, and the check-in was quick. The rooms are warm and elegant, clean and tidy, and every detail is attentive. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and I sleep super fragrant all night. The rooms are fully equipped, the smart equipment is convenient to operate, and they are also equipped with high-quality massage chairs, which are full of surprises. The location of the hotel is also very good and convenient to travel. The newly opened Hilton Hotel, the environment and facilities are very good, the room is very large and comfortable. The service is also in place, especially like the garden, the service is professional and friendly. The Hunan rice noodles for the buffet breakfast have been praised by the family. If you come to Xiangtan next time, you will book this hotel. recommend!

Great place to stay if you have an early trip at Changsha Railway Station. Hotel was easy to check in, no smoke/cigarette smell. The room was clean, beds were comfy, AC and heater were working during winter (some hotels disable the cooling part of AC, and your room can get too hot and stuffy without it). They provided drinking water, toiletries, some tea and an electric kettle. They also had a gym and free self-service laundry and dryers (instructions and buttons were in Chinese) Although taxis/DiDi can't drop you off directly at the entrance as the hotel is located at the side of the train station and cars are not allowed there. If it's raining, ask them to drop you off a little further near another train station entrance and just walk straight through the rows of stores to reach the hotel.

The house is very close to Xiaodongjiang River, and it only takes 5 minutes to drive there. The decoration is very artistic, and the boss lady must have spent a lot of time on it. The trip was rushed and I didn't have time to take pictures carefully. The scene is as beautiful as the pictures. I really like this place! The boss lady is super nice, and so are the staff.

Owners are very kind, friendly and ready to help you. I added their wechat once booked. They will pick up us which the place under 3 choices. and he help us take the luggages to hotel, that is not far from oldtown entrance. The location is very good. Not loud and fuss. Very quite to rest and relax. The front view is so amazing. You can walk around 10-15 minutes to downtown. Owner provide e-map to you. You can left luggages once checked out and walk around old town. Then once you will go to railways, they will help you take the luggages to the old town entrance.

Traveled in December, it was nice for us as there wasn’t a lot of people. Really easy to communicate with them through Wechat. They got us a car for train station pick up and drop off. Upon arriving, someone came out to get us. It’s a flight of stairs down first (they offer to help with luggage) but would say to pack light because we were struggling. It’s a couple minutes walk to the place, I believe they have two, so depends which one they bring you to? We got the connecting rooms via balcony. It was nice because it was two rooms and each room had its own bathroom. We were able to see the water bridge (I believe) right outside the balcony which was nice. Good thing we were just on the first floor so with our luggages, stairs wasn’t too bad. Since it was not peak season, even with the bar nearby, it was not too loud for us at night. There’s some restaurants and photoshoot shops nearby as well. We did the photoshoot store right next to this stay and it was just ok for reference, feel like you can get cheaper elsewhere. Everything was pretty clean but there were some issues. Since it was December, it was cold. And when we first arrived, there was no hot water (just all freezing cold water). They said water heater was just cleaned or something when I asked. They said hot water should be back at night but our water when we showered wasn’t too promising. And then the heater was barely warming up the room so we were basically freezing. We took out all our jackets and all and we were still cold. Our room door to the balcony window was also broken which I was frustrated at first since it was cold, no hot water, heater not working, cold air blowing in. They eventually fixed it and I did appreciate the lady giving us portable heaters for the room to use. Overall, I think it’s not a bad place.

The room was absolutely amazing – one of the best we've experienced in China! It was very clean and spacious, with high-tech Japanese-style toilets that added a luxurious touch. The staff deserves a perfect 10/10! When we arrived, my wife wasn't feeling well, and they kindly allowed us early check-in. They even prepared a fresh juice for her to help her feel better. We also enjoyed a delicious dinner with a stunning view of the waterfall. To top it off, they arranged a ride for us to the train station. Outstanding service in every way – highly recommended!

The boss upgraded our room to a room with larger balcony due to 4 pax of us. Very good value for money stay at FengHuang town here, direct access to the attractions spots, iconic bridge and stepping stone. We have some difficulties to call taxi to return to the high speed rail station and the boss offers his help. The boss is really a nice guy, highly recommended!

This is a very cost-effective hotel with good service and hygiene. In particular, the guy at the front desk gave us directions on how to get to the store. He was afraid that we couldn't find it, so he came out to pick us up. He also gave us a detailed introduction on how to play. It's very convenient to go to the riverside, and it's worth staying.

Kudos to hotel staff being friendly, helpful and keeping the room clean. Food is tasty and alway service with great smile. Despite of the hotel is near to metro station and in quiet neighbours, I am personally little skeptical about the security where co-sharing lift that easily accessible between few office floor and hotel room, without require proper scanning. I'm a not sure if this is common practice at Changsha. 🤔 The sound proofing kinda lacking where next door couple banging in middle of night. Well, as for whom intend to travel with cab, it might a require a few more steps walking down the crossroad because the hotel driveway is gated and seems most cab driver would miss it.
