Pet Friendly Hotels in Heilongjiang, China

I was really satisfied with this stay! The owner picked us up and dropped us off at the entrance of Snow Village, and helped us with our luggage the whole time, which was both effortless and heartwarming. As soon as we arrived at the guesthouse, we felt incredibly welcome, and they even helped us book our bus tickets. My child accidentally derailed the bathroom door, and several staff members came to fix it without a word. They also patiently taught us how to play 'splash water into ice,' which made my child very happy. The breakfast was also delicious. The overall experience was excellent, I highly recommend it!

Facilities: Great! The pool was very clean! However, the temperature was quite low, not reaching 28 degrees Celsius in winter, so it was a bit cold. Hygiene: Clean! Clean! It's pet-friendly, which is fantastic! We arrived very late, but the staff still gave us a welcome gift, very enthusiastic. Environment: Very good! The hotel has a limited area for pets to play, but it doesn't really matter as there's a huge lakeside right behind the hotel, perfect for a stroll. Service: We had a small incident in the early morning. After going out for an early market breakfast, we drove back to the hotel, but the security guard blocked us from parking back in the hotel. We were already very tired and just wanted to go back for some more sleep. The guard said there would be a wedding car coming soon, but we, as hotel guests, were clearly there first. Yet, he wouldn't let us in and made us wait by the roadside for a very long time, and no wedding car ever showed up. We were very angry and called the front desk. Thankfully, the staff quickly arranged and guided us to the underground parking. When checking out, another lady promptly explained the situation again and gave us many apology gifts, which actually made me feel a bit embarrassed. The hotel's service is really good, and Qiqihar's early morning market is definitely worth a visit!

This hotel is super easy to find, right off the main street. The huge courtyard is perfect for parking and also for playing in the snow with friends – there's so much space for building snowmen and having snowball fights. The room hygiene was impeccable; the sheets and bedding were clean and odor-free. The heated kang bed was warm without being stuffy, and the hot water in the private bathroom was consistently stable. The Northeastern home-style dishes at the restaurant were incredibly authentic; the stewed chicken with mushrooms and the pork with sauerkraut and vermicelli were generous and flavorful. The corn porridge and pickles for breakfast were also delicious. The owner was also incredibly helpful, arranging a shared ride to Snow Town and booking a package for snowmobiling and the traverse over Yangcao Mountain. We didn't have to worry about a thing; our entire Snow Valley trip, from accommodation to activities, was perfectly arranged. The experience was truly top-notch!

The location is great, very close to Harbin Station. It's about a 500-meter walk from the North Exit. If you have luggage, you can take subway line 2 one stop from the station to Shangzhi Street and walk about 80 meters. It's also within 500 meters of St. Sophia Cathedral and Central Street, which is super convenient for sightseeing. The service was excellent. The lady at the front desk was easy to communicate with, and after adding her on WeChat, all my requests were promptly addressed. Some other guests mentioned the room ceiling height wasn't great, but I thought it was fine, not particularly claustrophobic. It's probably an old building renovation with many limitations. The room size wasn't huge, but the layout and furnishings were quite reasonable. The microwave was a nice touch, and the hairdryer dried my hair quickly. The toilet with a bidet function was fantastic! And the capsule coffee machine was a great bonus too. We stayed in a family room, and the sofa bed could accommodate three people. At 1.2 meters wide, the sofa bed wasn't small either. The faucet in the bathroom wasn't clearly labeled, so it was easy to get the water source wrong and accidentally spray water on your head. I didn't like that there was no bar soap, only shower gel, but the shower gel smelled quite nice. Breakfast was good, with a wide variety of options, and my child enjoyed it too.

Service: The landlady's service was truly excellent; she patiently explained travel tips to us, which was very thoughtful! All rooms come with disposable bath towels. There are also some fun activities right outside the inn. Their complimentary dishes tasted good too.

I didn't expect such a great hotel in Mohe! It's very new, clean, and the service is excellent. This was our first time visiting Mohe, and we thought the hotel conditions would be pretty basic, but as soon as we stepped inside, we found it had a very modern design style.

This trip to Northeast China was absolutely perfect. I went to Xuegu Guanlin Xueju Inn in Dafen after reading many positive reviews, and it truly lived up to them. The owners were incredibly warm, sincere, and kind, far exceeding the typical expectations of an innkeeper. They made us tea, chatted while we ate sunflower seeds, and even saved us a lot of leftover food. The next day, it was still as good as new, saving us money! I can't believe there are such conscientious businesses; they're so honest! Since Bear Ridge wasn't officially open yet, the owner personally drove us to climb it in his van. We happened to be there while it was snowing, creating an absolutely heavenly environment. However, because my husband is usually overworked and lacks exercise, we didn't reach the summit of Bear Ridge and miss the panoramic view. This was the only small regret of the trip. I made a promise with the owner that we'll go next year when Bear Ridge is open and take a snowmobile up the mountain. Xuegu, this small village, doesn't have the urban flair or European-style architecture of Harbin, nor the hustle and bustle of the city, but it has the overflowing warmth of the people of Northeast China, the comfort of family, and the feeling of being right at home.

Oh my goodness, how can there be such a fantastical and cool family room! My little one gasped with delight the moment they stepped in! Absolutely loved it! This kind of surprise truly deserves countless exclamation marks! As a seasoned hotel enthusiast, I can honestly say this guesthouse rivals any professional hotel, and even surpasses many in terms of warm and attentive service. The cleanliness of the room alone speaks volumes. It was spotless, and the bathroom had no odor whatsoever. Staying for several days, I noticed the cleaning staff every morning meticulously and diligently at work, all in uniform – which clearly shows that 'Qifen Tian' (Seven Minutes Sweet) sets high standards for itself. Moreover, the location is incredibly convenient. It's right next to Exit 4 of Beima Road Station on Metro Line 3, with an accessible elevator, and the tall building on the left is it. Seamless transfer from the train station. And finally, of course, their unbelievably dreamy rooms! Seriously, every single one is super cute and makes you want to stay. We switched between several room types, and the kids were thrilled. So thrilled, in fact, that they wouldn't go to sleep at night and wanted to wake up early to play again 😂 I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Harbin!

The hotel was clean and tidy. This hotel offers great value for money. Staying at this Sofitel during peak season was an excellent choice. Although it's an older hotel and the facilities might have minor issues, the butler's one-stop service truly made me feel comfortable and relaxed. If I have the chance next time, I will still choose this Sofitel for my accommodation in Harbin.
