The owner was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome the moment I arrived. You can refresh with some fruit they provided. The room was clean and warm, right next to snow. The serene ambiance made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The owner's very helpful and funny. She's always responded to all my questions and recommended good things. The package ”Wu song ling” was exceptional. Actually, I started my trip to Harbin from the image I found from Snow Town. But I ended up falling in love with little cute village called Snow Valley. Really great experience for me. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and feel like home place. I can’t wait to return!

We stayed. 2 night. The owner were all very friendly and helpfull. First day when we arrived, they have asked if we’re hungry and required food after the long journey from Harbin. One day prior to travel there, the owner already contacted me via wechat asking if our transportation has been arrange. Breakfast selection is porridge with pickle, boiled and steamed bun with is perfect before we heading to Bear Mountain for the snow experience. The bed is heated kang style and good supply of hot running water. Hot booking water is availabe for our intant noodle at all times. There is a wonderfull display of firework at night. We had a chance to see how dumplings/shiowmai were made from the owner.

Very very impressed. There is a service to pick up at the airport, which the owner personally picked up at the airport. Help carry the luggage from the airport to the accommodation. And upgraded a new room for our family because if the owner saw that we had a small child with us The owner is very kind. Invited my husband to make tea. Sip the tea that he made very delicious. Had a great time in Xuexiang thanks to great service from this hotel! Location is a bit of a walk from the main square, but the modern decor and amenities, cleanliness and service makes up for it. Loved the bathtub! Plenty of food options and small stalls around too. The staff are very warm and provided a helpful list of activities available and discount prices for each. They helped us arrange all our activities in their area once we confirmed our departure time. For one night activity, they even delivered our tickets to the restaurant we were eating dinner at. They also had a photoshoot package but pity we didn't have enough time to try it. Pricing is comparable to other dongbei-style hotels during peak season. The service is top-notch, so definitely recommend 💯

The hotel provides free local costumes and free breakfast. The price is cheap, the room is clean, and the bathroom has very good hot water. The accommodation is convenient, located on the main road and next to the market. The snow is fluffy. I will definitely use the service again next year.

The location is excellent and is about just 100m from where the bus stops. It is situated within the central street where all the actions are. The room was clean but basic. The view from the wndow of our room was simply gorgeous - picturesque snow mushrooms. Staff were very polite and helpful. The young man at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. He suggested what activities worth doing, and made all the necessary arrangements for us - transport, tickets and etc.. At his suggestion, we therefore visited Datudingz Mountain and Snow Valley - the two must visit places when staying in Snow Town. He also helped with the arrangement of our transportation to Harbin, our next stop. Coming to the not so good, we paid a 5 star price for a 2-star homestay type accommodation. While this is understandable, as the hotels here operate at most five months of twelve, during winter only, the amenities provided could be better and be better maintained.
