We booked room 270. The window was large and open, offering a stunning sea view. Although the staff didn’t speak English, we communicated easily using a translation app — it wasn’t a problem at all. Everything was clean, and the room had smart features. There were convenient light and curtain controls right next to the bed, which made our stay even more comfortable. If you're planning a trip to the sea, this hotel has a truly luxurious view and a perfect location. It was both cozy and elegant. We're definitely ready to stay here again. Thank you!

Catching the tail end of the summer holidays, we finally made it to Chongli Cuiyun Mountain, a place I'd been longing to visit. I'd been to Chongli before, for skiing in the winter at Taiwu and Wanlong. Back then, it was a 4-hour drive, traffic permitting. Now, the Beijing-Zhangjiakou high-speed rail is incredibly convenient, and the shuttle service from the high-speed rail station to the hotel is seamless, scheduled according to the train timetable, which is super convenient. A special thanks to Dora, who called a day in advance to confirm our room arrangements based on our needs. She thoughtfully arranged connecting rooms for us, which made both the seniors and the kids very happy. She patiently helped us with all our questions, making our trip truly perfect. The Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Express are in the same building, but the areas are very well-divided, so they don't disturb each other. The rooms are spacious, the balconies are wide, and it's quiet both day and night, making it perfect for a vacation. The breakfast spread is rich and delicious, and the freshly baked bread is especially good. The gym and the sky-view hot tubs on the tenth floor, although not huge, are sufficient for a fun time. My only wish is that the hot tubs were a bit warmer; that would be even better. Every morning, we'd go feed the animals at the small zoo in front of the hotel – three little pigs and three big geese, so much fun. The amenities in the town are more than enough for a two-night, three-day stay. The kids went tubing three times a day and took the cart ride once – they just couldn't get enough. For dinner, we ate at Tiger Cub every night. The clay pot dishes were delicious, and the grilled skewers were amazing – great value for money. The only regret was that it rained when we went to Cuiyun Mountain Forest Park, so after a long ride on the big-foot vehicle, we couldn't hike to the top. We'll just have to save that for next time. All in all, a very satisfying trip!!

Stayed here during the National Day holiday, and they already had floor heating, which was great even though we couldn't ski yet. The autumn scenery was beautiful! The hotel has an open kitchen, and there are many dining options nearby. The only downsides were that the supermarket in Thaiwoo Town is small and a bit pricey, and the hotel breakfast was truly subpar... With so many people, they couldn't keep up, and you basically had to get lucky to grab a bowl of noodles. The underground parking was a bit difficult to access, but it didn't really affect our stay. Overall, I was quite satisfied, but I think I'd try a different hotel next time.

I’ve been staying here for two nights, and the hotel building itself has a unique style, resembling a castle from the outside. The room is clean, and the staff is polite, friendly, and helpful. Overall, it’s been a comfortable experience.

This hotel really exceeded expectations! From check-in to check-out, the whole process was very smooth, the front desk lady smiled super sweet, the procedures were fast and intimate. The room was clean and nothing to say, the bedding was soft, the night was very quiet, and I slept until I woke up naturally. The breakfast is also super rich, both Chinese and Western, and the taste is very good. I will choose here next time!

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Wanlimiao Pedestrian Street. It's very convenient for reaching various city attractions, with bus stops and subway stations located nearby. The hotel environment is pleasant, and the service is excellent. The front desk staff were very attentive, understanding guests' needs and arranging rooms thoughtfully. The views from the room, both at night and in the morning, were beautiful. What really stood out was that it happened to be my birthday, and they even prepared a special birthday gift – such a thoughtful gesture! 👍🏻 Housekeeping was also great; the room was impeccably clean. The hotel's afternoon tea was delicious too. I initially thought it might be leftovers from breakfast, but it turned out to be specially made cakes. Breakfast was also good, with a satisfying taste. The hotel offers excellent value for money. If I ever visit Shijiazhuang again, I will definitely choose Nuohuating Hotel! 👍🏻

Chongli isn't just for winter; you can enjoy a perfect 21℃ summer here too! 💯 Thaiwoo Town boasts a plethora of hotels, and this time we chose Nanshanli Hotel, located at the innermost part of the town! We were actually just scouting it out for a future winter ski trip 🎿, but to our surprise, we were incredibly satisfied with every single aspect! The No. 9 gondola is conveniently located right outside the first-floor ski rental hall platform – perfect for ski-in/ski-out access! I have so many photos, but I could only upload 20... I wish I could share them all! Nanshanli Hotel *only* comprises Buildings C and D ‼️ The A and B buildings in front are a separate hotel called A&B Hotel – make sure not to confuse them! Our room was in Building C. We parked underground, and you can get complimentary parking by scanning the hotel's QR code when checking out! The elevators for Buildings C and D in the basement are not far from each other and are easy to find – just look for the subtly lit entrance. Both buildings feature guest rooms from the 2nd to 7th floors: In Building D, you'll find the front desk for check-in, breakfast and dinner are served on the second floor, while the G floor boasts hot springs, spa and foot massages, and a children's adventure park. In Building C, you can enjoy afternoon tea in the lobby, and right outside is a charming deer park where you can interact closely with deer! The complimentary package, including three days of hot spring access, afternoon tea, and a charcoal BBQ, offered superb value for money! Breakfast was included for two adults with the room, and it was only 48 RMB per child (1.2m-1.4m tall), which is very reasonable! A free shuttle bus operates every 20 minutes from the hotel entrance, taking you to various spots within Thaiwoo Town! Extremely convenient! I stayed at the Wen'an Luneng Hilton Hotel during May Day. The climate in the park is very comfortable this season. There are still many play projects in the park. It is very suitable for children to play. I took children to play electric cruises, go-karts, and bonfire parties at night. It is very atmospheric! Manager Yuan also helped us prepare a lake view room, facing the lake, the scenery is super good! Due to the large number of guests during May 1st, the room attendant was also very hard and very helpful to help us clean the room quickly, so that we can move in quickly, and thank you very much for the room sister Lu Ailing and Liu Jingjing, and give you a thumbs up! The room was cleaned very clean! When the room was waiting, Manager Yuan took us to Linxuan to rest. Linxuan's little brother Zhang Kaixuan and Ma Xuan helped us make American coffee. The service was very polite and the service was very good! Overall, the hotel is very angry, the environment is very good, it is worth checking in again!
