Staying here for Just a day after arriving from Punta Arenas before we head up to Manchu Picchu . To many homeless staying around the property and after hours , the hotel will need to lock their gates . Regards

We booked a double room on Ctrip, and my friend and parents booked a one-bedroom on Booking. The hotel front desk was very considerate and helped the five of us to arrange a suite (one door into the room, two rooms facing each other on the left and right). Our room had a microwave, and my friend's room could also cook, with a balcony and a nice view.

Breakfast is average, Ctrip's evaluation is not consistent; the room is really big enough for four people, and there is a living room. I got a great deal for the hotel booking with Trip.com. All was great. The restaurant was a very nice place, but the food was hit or miss.

The hotel is located just a few squares from the top. The BBB restaurant and has a coffee for the night that sell several things. Breakfast is very rich and wonderful attention. The check out and check inn process is very rapid.

A bit of a surprise really! From the outside there are a couple of bars of the gentleman’s variety, the area is very good and close to the main square. But when you go inside, it’s all gravy! A fab breakfast, great helpful reception service with cutlery when we ordered take out after a long day exploring, and the rooms are more like apartments, great space. Value for money and well located. All the points!
