It was a great stay, parking was ample in the basement. The room was upgraded to a king suite(thank you). We didn't eat in the attached restaurant (chillies). The hottub was good and the reason we picked this hotel. Would stay again. Only thing negative I could say was that noises from outside easily make their way inside. Not bad, but worth a mention.

I liked the room that it had a tub in the bathroom and microwave and fridge as well. Very convenient for me.
Breakfast was self serve with choices of cold and hot drinks, lots of fruits, yogurt in the fridge, cereals and choices of bread with a toaster at the end of the counter. The dining room area is large and sunny. Relaxing atmosphere.
The checkin counter person was very helpful and at check out took the time to help me find my Wyndham membership account so I could earn my credit for staying there. Very pleasant experience over all.

The hotel is clean, the facility is good. However the receptionist is terrible when I checked out, she just didn't want to pay one more second to help to return the card and print the receipt, hard to believe such attitude in a hotel.

GGuest UserThis was my first time staying here and booking through trip.com. Everything was great effortless and booking and checking in. The beds were comfy and the shower is big enough for two people. The Chinese food in the Casino while watch the hockey game was great. Also the braised beef short rib Benny was a delicious start to Mother’s Day. I will definitely stay here again and hopefully hit the hot tub next time for sure.

XXIAOOnce again, the location is good, that is, the square is now being repaired, and the surrounding roads are not so good. His bed is awesome, that is the feeling of sleeping and not wanting to get up.

GGuest UserThe outside of building is quite run down. Parking is not always granted to guests as it fills up quickly.
I kept smelling food coming through the vents. The rooms are old with 70s flooring and old plumbing. It shouldn't be costing $95 for here for a 2 queen room. What what it is, I wouldn't felt okay paying $50 to stay.

AAntoine BelaieffI have been staying at the Westin for many years and enjoy the location and cleanliness. If you use Trip, you might be able to get free breakfast, which is otherwise very expensive. And of course, Westin heavenly beds! And self-park which is nicer than valet.
