The hotel is in a very good location , 15 min walking from the beach. Nearby the bridge, so we didn’t need to use the ferry boat to cross the river or walk long distances. Barra da Tijuca is perfect , the best beach ! Later we went to Copacabana but we regret don’t staying longer in Barra da Tijuca as we liked it more than Copacabana, the beach is cleaner, less people, more quiet .

The hotel is incredible, it only lacked two items that were not in the room, mirrors and a place to leave beach clothes to dry, in the absence of sun everything is in the bathroom with no place to hang the clothes. And essential mirror in the room and there was none. But anyway. The rest left me dazzled with everything. Service, coffee. The hotel is very wonderful. We will be back.

A very average hotel experience. I will start with the slight complaints: The room was not perfectly clean (the bed skirting was stained, for example), but the sheets, pillows, and mattress were clean. The hotel was a bit loud at times, as you can hear other guests in the hall from inside the rooms. The room service was very slow, and my fiancée’s order was messed up the first time (she recieved the wrong item). However, the kitchen quickly made things right by sending the correct order. My food was alright, and she really liked what she ordered. The room was a decent size. It had a full-sized couch, large bathroom, and a double bed in the room we booked. The shower was amazing. It was the highlight of the trip for me. The room had a view of The Redeemer which was nice. We booked this hotel mostly due to its proximity to Santos Dumont airport; it was perfect for us in that regard. If you have an early flight from SDU, this is an easy hotel to recommend.

I found Ibis New America by chance on Google trying to find some place in Rio de Janeiro to go to Rock In Rio. I booked the time for the best value. I didn't think it would be such a perfect location for the event! Besides being a meeting point, the site's infrastructure is excellent, offered a coffee with numerous delicious options and completely responded to what we needed. I would like to congratulate especially the receptionist Lucas who has done a wonderful service and has done everything possible to keep us from losing the transport!

The best beach in Rio, there are many tourists, queue for breakfast, wait for 20 minutes for each elevator, it is cost-effective. The service is not good, I asked for something to be sent to the room, but it was not given to me in the end, and the waiter did not speak English very well.

Great accommodation! I like staying at the Riale, especially because of its location in Catete, close to the subway and the Museu da República, shops, restaurants, pharmacies and the Flamego park, which is a wonderful tourist attraction in Rio de Janeiro. However, I still think the hotel needs to be renovated. The daily rate does not match the accommodations offered. The cleanliness is excellent and the breakfast is reasonable. However, when the room key card did not open the door, I had to walk back to the reception through the huge, hot hallways. I stayed in a room with an air conditioner so old that the noise did not let me sleep well. I shared the room with a friend and we could not use the bathroom in private because the bathroom door did not close. The staff is very friendly, but they forgot some cosmetics in the shower and did not even contact me to let me know, which I thought was rude.

GGuest UserThe service was very good. The room has a leak in the air conditioning which also makes a strange noise. The TV lost color at times. Breakfast was well organized, it had many delicious items, but as we stayed for a week there was no variety of items. Every day was the same menu, with only the cakes and one or two other items varying. But everything was very tasty. The cleaning was superficial and during the week they didn't change the sheets, only the towels. The bar only has drinks. Only Brahma beer, there was no energy drink and the items in the minibar and basket were very expensive. The phone didn't work at many times, the TV remote was very difficult to pick up channels and the bedroom light burned out on the first day. These are simple maintenance tasks that, if carried out regularly, make our stay more pleasant, please the customer and a more satisfied customer recommends the hotel to other people, therefore there is greater profitability. But access is good, the staff are very polite, the environment is organized. And the hot shower is wonderful, what a delight, warm water, with strong pressure. The bathroom is top notch. I would come back again if I needed to, but I suggest the owner make these improvements to make the stay even better.

沫沫Hotel facilities are very new, there is an exclusive beach, rubber boat. The restaurant has a beautiful view and breakfast can be reached at 11 o'clock, which is great. There are many yachts on the beach and can be arranged to go to sea. Very safe and comfortable.
