We always walked through the hotel when we went to Bahia and this time we decided to stop there to rest and continue the trip last day. We were very well accommodationd in a small but very comfortable room, with very comfortable beds, super clean room, very good shower for a relaxing shower. The hotel also has a very satisfactory food service and excellent breakfast. As we stopped was the night and we left in the morning, we could not take advantage of the pool and the leisure area of the hotel but it realized that it serves very well if it is used. We are very happy with the hosting and sure, going by car again to Bahia we will make Lord our stop and rest and who knows even take a while to enjoy the leisure area.

What a wonderful hotel! It’s quite simply beautiful! Although extremely comfortable, there’s an authenticity to the property that more “luxurious” and more expensive nearby hotels lack. I was especially fortunate in that I was given what I understand was the best room in the property, but I was told that all rooms will be updated. The room was spacious, the bed incredibly comfortable and the shower huge. The front-facing view onto the square and church and convent was amazing. The pool is tiny, but fine if no one else is using it. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were all superb. All my contacts – such as the lovely women who serve breakfast and prepare the guest rooms and the helpful accounts manager were tremendous. I would especially praise Javier at the reception. Apart from being extremely interesting, was cheerful, efficient and provided useful information about the hotel and Salvador. The one problem is that of local dining possibilities. The area is very quiet at night and getting to good restaurants involves either a somewhat uneasy walk or a taxi/Uber ride.

Vim a negócios por 2 dias e fiquei hospedado no Hotel Praia da Sereia por 2 dias .... Saindo hoje. Foi a solução ideal de hospedagem. A localização incrível, em Itapuã, que é um excelente região turística próximo à praia com fácil acesso e próximo do aeroporto e é possível ir para o centro de forma fácil tanto pela avenida paralela ou pela orla. Apenas 6 Km do centro de convenções da cidade. Café da manhã muito agradável na cobertura com vista incrível. Apto confortável e funcionários simpáticos enfim gostei muito e recomendo a todos.

O hotel é antigo e está passando por reformas. O quarto em que ficamos hospedados ainda era bem antigo, mas vimos que no hotel já haviam quartos reformados. A tv do quarto é pequena e precisou ser trocada por estar com defeito, e ao ligar depois de trocada, só sintonizou dois canais abertos. Tivemos ainda que pedir a troca das toalhas disponíveis no quarto porque estavam muito estragadas. Durante a nossa estadia vimos que alguns quartos já estavam reformados. As áreas comuns do hotel são extremamente agradáveis. O wi-fi funcionou bem. O café da manhã é excelente, saboroso e variado. Os funcionários são gentis, atenciosos e prestativos. Me hospedaria novamente, mas reservaria um dos quartos já reformados.

The hostel recently changed its name to Open Sea Hostel and may confuse the person when it arrives, but it doesn't take any merits from the place. Very good price (not breakfast but has a close supermarket), simple room but with air conditioning and fridge, service was great all staff took all doubts in a good and is not so close to the points of interest Like a haircut but stands in front of the beach and that's great.

Prós: Boa localização, perto da rua principal do turismo e pra quem não tem preguiça dá pra ir a pé até algumas praias. Rua tranquila, sem muita movimentação de veículos e pessoas. Quartos com bom espaço, bem limpos e confortáveis. Contras: O café da manhã é muito fraco, sem variedades, parece que economizam o máximo possível nele. No primeiro dia fui tomar o iogurte, pensa em um negócio horrível, tinha gosto de vômito, compraram o mais vagabundo dos mais vagabundos que tinham no mercado. Um dos motivos que fez eu me hospedar lá que foi o ofurô, pra brincar com meu filho após chegarmos da praia, mas ele ficou desativado coberto com uma lona durante toda minha estadia. Pra piorar a TV do quarto só pegava 3 canais e com a imagem bem ruim. No último dia o controle da TV pifou do nada, então nem isso deu pra usar porque ela não possuía nenhum tipo de botão.

Quero compartilhar minha enorme satisfação em me hospedar nessa magnífica pousada : Quartos limpíssimos , roupas de cama cheirosa , as funcionárias um amor de pessoa vale ressaltar a Juju do café da manhã sempre alegre e prestativa , a Cléo do bar da piscina um amor de pessoa . A Giovana na recepção desde a nossa chegada até a saída uma perfeição e um profissionalismo no atendimento sem falar no demais colaboradores . Maria a dona da pousada um pessoa especial . A pousada é um encanto uma magia Linda , aconchegante , limpíssima , um silencio que dá pra descansar . Certamente voltaremos em breve . A melhor pousada que já nos hospedamos em prado e olha que já fomos na cidade 12 vezes .

We were disappointed with the level of service provided given the price we paid. We had expected to be able to communicate with the service provider in English, Spanish or Portuguese-spanish-english but there were multiple instances where communication was imposible. And we really tried jaja Additionally, the breakfast menu did not have any vegetarian options that were suitable for our preferences. While the staff was friendly, they were unable to resolve some of the issues we faced during our stay. Dirty pool. Overall, we do not believe the experience was worth the price we paid and would not choose to return.
