I enjoyed the experience as a whole and will be returning for a third time to stay there. The service provided by most of the receptionists, maids and other staff was excellent. The apartments were in good condition and clean, but the TV had a limited number of channels.
Great stay, excellent service. We live in this world and perfection is only in heaven. The only things that could have bothered us were the air conditioning not cooling down on the second day of our stay and the bath towels provided were actually face towels. We could have been upset about this and even complained, certain that the problems would be promptly resolved by the hotel's excellent service team, but we went on our trip ready to enjoy a calm, peaceful and God-blessed weekend, without anything that could disturb our peace and tranquility. And so it was, Glory to God and thanks to the hotel staff for the days we stayed.

Negative points: We requested room exchange, because it was not the room we rented and because we identified mofo on the bathroom ceiling and the room was shutting off. Fantastic clean and recently renovated hotel. We celebrated a birthday here and loved the experience, the buffet was extensive, but cheaper if you book ahead. The room service was a little slow (our order did not turn up when requested), but otherwise everything was great
The hotel by the sea, the balcony can see the sea, the service is super good, there is 24-hour food room servive , no matter how the food tastes, at least convenient. Péssima experiência com relação ao estacionamento do hotel. Não tem sequer por onde pedestre sair. Tive q descer uma rampa péssima sem sinalização por onde pedestre deveria andar. Péssima experiência. Péssima estrutura de estacionamento.
Precisam melhorar sinalização e estrutura de estacionamento, bem como colocar carregador para carro elétrico. Uma rede como Accor seria o mínimo.
