This hotel has an elegant environment, complete facilities, clean and comfortable rooms, and a warm layout, giving people a homely feeling. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, meticulous, and can always meet the needs of guests. The breakfast is rich and varied, the taste is very good, and the overall environment of the restaurant is also pleasant. The location is superior, the transportation is convenient, and the surrounding facilities are complete. It is very suitable for business or leisure travelers. The overall experience is very satisfactory and I will choose to stay next time.

I had a wonderful stay at this hostel! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my visit. They went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and supported. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality—I would definitely come back again!

The hotel is very close to the largest shopping mall in the southern hemisphere. It takes less than 20 minutes to walk. There is nothing to go shopping except this neighborhood. But it's quite quiet. You need to bring your own hotel to wash without providing any meals.

hotel was new and the design details are modern and suited user needs, e.g. window blinds, comfy beds, laundry etc. Also impressed with generous free mini-bar which is replenished daily.

Cost-effective, light and clean with heating; the reception desk checks in quickly; the wrong toilet system is relatively fine but the problem is not big.
The lack of bed is too soft, the train sound is passed into the room all night, it affects sleep, WiFi is weak. It is worth staying for one and a half nights.

The morning food items could be improved and the food turns cold fast, not many variety. When we checked in, we saw a fork and spoon outside our door and it was still there till the last day we checked out. Directions to hotel is not very clear. based on google map, easy to travel by tram from melbourne central.. However the toilet has filtered water for drinking and spacious enough for hot shower which is good. Basic toilet amenities could be topped up and room service could be made better. Bedroom is big enough for a good sleep and has good charging points. However, the coffee cup can be washed well. Overall, will be suitable for unpicky travellers.

The room was clean and tidy, and also spacious. The bed was generously sized, though the mattress was a little soft. The location was a bit out of the way, but it's close to Xingxin Lake Park and not far from Kolda Beach. Overall, it offers good value for money.

GGuest UserStayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which was huge, plenty of space for young kids to play, even has a private small backyard! Very few motels with this. Great location for our needs on this trip. We expected it to be noisy being on the main road but it was not at all, very quiet for a peaceful sleep. Beds were comfortable. We needed a couple of extra things on arrival which were no trouble at all for the hosts. Well equipped full kitchen, big 6 seater dining table was great for a family of 5. Good sized nice bathroom, although the shower and grout was in need of a good spring clean with visible soap scum and parts of shower base slippery with soap scum. Carpet needs a steam clean, there were a few visible stains and the kids bare feet got very dirty quickly. Overall the unit was very clean despite these thinga. Definitely recommend for families (so much space!) and we would stay again.

HHezijamieBefore arriving in Melbourne, the hotel called to inform me that the air conditioner was broken and it would take a few days to repair it, and asked if I needed to check out. I always choose this hotel every time I go to Melbourne. It has been more than 10 years. Although the hotel facilities and environment are relatively old, it is in the city center, very convenient to get in and out, and there are trams, restaurants and shopping nearby. In the end, I chose to stay. In Melbourne's summer, the temperature difference between morning and evening is quite large. It is very hot during the day but still very comfortable at night. The hotel is quite considerate and equipped with fans. The only inconvenient thing is cleaning. You need to tell the front desk before 10 o'clock every morning, and they will arrange it. After 10 o'clock, you have to wait until the next day to clean. I will choose this hotel next time I go to Melbourne.

HHualidepaoziI randomly chose this shop on the Great Ocean Road in the evening. I didn't expect to enter the koala territory and find koalas 100%. It's half an hour from Apollo Bay and is right in the middle of the Great Ocean Road. According to a Chinese here, after midnight, it is the peak period for animals to be active. Foxes and koalas start to come out and are not afraid of people. We didn't come out at night and missed the colorful stars in the sky and the obvious Milky Way.
We booked late, so it was a bunk bed. A family of three contracted eight beds. The bathroom is public and needs to be walked over to use it. There are plenty of tools in the kitchen, so you can make your own room and heat it, which is very convenient.
The next day we found many koalas
