The staff were wonderfully attentive and genuinely caring; it was also a nice bonus to have Thai-speaking staff present during our stay. The hotel isn't in a very central location, but it provided all the necessary amenities. A notable point is that there's no air conditioning, although fans are supplied. Rooms on the road-facing side can get quite noisy due to traffic. On the brighter side, our room offered a mountain view.

I was very happy with the room, but there was no air conditioning. The duvet was too hot, making it impossible to sleep. What a shame.

My heartfelt thanks to the lovely Guest Service Agents Natali, Rafael and the young pretty lady. They are really helpful and professional in rendering help as well as getting my queries answered. The breakfast is nice though variety can be improved. I particularly love the museli cereal with big choco chunks. The kiwi they provided during breakfast is very sweet too. This apt is less than 15 mins walk from Altstetten. They provide all-in-one shampoo/bath wash/hand wash and body lotion. Do note that they do not have air con system.

Very nice hotel, not that far from the center. All amenities are working and in good condition🙌🏻 downstairs the breakfast buffet, and you can take tea and coffee for free (a big variety) Was very impressed with a room: cozy bed, iron and big TV.

Easily accessible from Zurich airport. The location of the hotel is located near one of the main station Zurich Altstetten which can bring you around Switzerland. On top of that, it has tram and bus access nearby to Zurich old town as well. Hotel amenities are good and clean. It’s new as well. The breakfast are simple and nice too! The staffs are friendly and quite helpful when we ask for direction or tips. Overall, it’s a good place to stay for couple.

Lovely place, nice staff. Clean, close to the train station that will take you to zurich hb in 6min. Free hot choco and coffee available from the machine.

Excellent hotel. Ideal location, clean, the hotel is clearly more star than 2*. Definitely recommend.

The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly. There is a coffee machine and a fridge in the room. Tea and coffee are free at the reception. You can go to the center with tram number 2, which is close to the tram. I definitely recommend it.

The room is spacious and clean, with a terrace and is very quiet. The toiletries are good, especially the body lotion. My hair was dry when I went there, but this lotion saved it. The downside is that the breakfast has few varieties.
