We always booked here whenever we are in Tuguegarao because of location it's more convenient for us because beside the robinson mall.

It was a great stay with my family, the location is very convenient and near to malls and banks. The staff was very helpful especially their front desk agents. We have booked 3 rooms and the rooms were perfectly amazing!!!

Clean, comfy, and close to shops and restos. Nice room interiors but shower and toilet areas are bit crampy, not fit for plus size people.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. I wish there could been better toiletries also please always put spare toilet paper and towel. But so far my stay was good. Will definitely choose this hotel again to stay in the future.

The whole experience of the stay was heavily influenced by the lack of cleaning over our 3 day period. Only on the last day they came to clean at 17:00 which was of not much use really. Also after requesting a new floor towel, they brought it only after an hour or two.. The room however was quite nice.. Just sad that such a nice hotel does not bank on good customer service..
