Good price and worth to pay, location is good and not far away from my destination in the daytime. Room and facilities is clean and tidy. Hotel staff service is good and professional.

It's a little far from main kanda station(around 7~10 mins) if you are coming from the airport, but it's all flat ground and easy to reach. It is very close to awajicho station so going out is very fast. The room, service, and amenities provided are good and sufficient. Taxi to haneda airport is around 7900yen.

Booking this hotel because it's convenience to somewhere I want to go Public transport: AWAJICHO metro station (100m ; 1min by walking KANDA rail station (500m ; 5mins by walking Closes Tokyo Haneda Airport (26km ; 34mins by car transport The main reason I book thus hotel, because it's nearby those snowboard shops😁

We stayed 5 nights in this hotel. We booked a double & a single room as there's 3 of us. It's a 10-storey high building. It's located in a quiet & peaceful neighbourhood. I really appreciate the hotel staff for arranging our rooms on the same floor and waiting for us to check in as our flights arrive at Haneda Airport at night. There's a 7-11 right in front of the hotel where i frequently visited. There's a small resting area with free coffee & amenities for you to take on the ground floor (labelled as 1st floor) beside the reception counter. There's 2 lifts in the hotel and access by room card only. The room card is also required to access the hotel main door past midnight. The laundry room is located on the 2nd floor. There's 2 middle sizes (3kg) 2 in 1 (wash & dry) coins washing machines for hotel guests. Each use requires 500 yens (can exchange coins at reception counter) & 120 minutes. It's fully occupied most of the time. There's a microwave & drink vending machine in the laundry room, too. All instructions are clearly written in English. Very user-friendly for foreigners. As for the room, it was very clean & comfortable. The hotel housekeeping is really tiptops. They will place pajamas, rubbish bag, bath towel & 2 bottles of mineral water vouchers daily in a plastic bag & place outside the door if you opt not to clean your room. The bed is ok, and the pillow is hard. Able to get a good night sleep. There's a middle size bathtub & a smart toilet bowl in the bathroom. The room aircond can be adjusted based on cool, heat, fan, and dry. There's also a mini fridge & an air purifier with a humidifier function (need to add water manually) in the room. Overall, it is a very comfortable stay. Recommended.

I loved this hotel! The location is my favourite in Tokyo - walking distance to Akiba but no hustle and bustle to bother you at night. Lots of restaurants and cafes and combini nearby. 3 subway lines and Yamanote line in 10 or less minutes walking. The hotel is rather new and clean, quiet, lots of amenities (bath salts!). The staff is friendly and helpful. We got a double room where the bed is near the window, locked from 3 sides (you've probably seen it in the photos), despite the fact that I specifically asked for a detached bed. I was worried that my 2m tall husband won't fit. But amazingly, the bed was long enough even for him, so I didn't make any fuss about it. The bed had very strange pillows, filled entirely with hard plastic stuffing. They felt brick hard and I was about to ask to exchange these for normal pillows, but decided to sleep on that decision, so to say. And astonishingly these hard pillows gave us a perfect night's rest! So I wouldn't say no choice of pillows was a downside for me. All in all, good value for money, would choose this hotel again!

Good location. Staff was mostly friendly. However, my cup was not cleaned everyday. Bed was decent, amenities basic but sufficient for a short stay

It's okay; good for temporary travelling needs and it gets the job done.

It’s a fairly good business hotel and you get what you pay for. Zero view, tiny rooms without enough space to fully open a big suitcase, but the bed is very comfortable and they have near-blackout curtains that cover the entire window without gap. They only have two washer-dryer-in-one units though, so you might not be able to get your laundry done quickly if you’re unlucky.

New cute hotel with comfortable location - easy to get almost any popular sight, 7-8 minutes by walk from underground station Kanda, in the hotel you can get free water, tea and also they provide big variety of bath products and even bath salt :)

i stayed in another hotel in Ueno and honestly this one so much better, the room is big enough, not squeeze the surrounding very quiet,i think is because it an office area, which i like !! and it super super near stations make it a lot easier for me to go around and Kanda is both Metro and JR line so it really connivence! 7-11 is just right opposite and theres tea store nearby and nice cafe near by!

Nice and cosy hotel! I liked the location as it is not so crowded. Only bad thing is the pillow is a bit hard.

Simple hotel, comfortable bed, convenient location. Would stay again.
