The front desk only received one message that day regarding the room card not being able to be opened (this could be from other departments), and our personal butler promptly addressed the issue and apologized. You also reported poor air conditioning performance. Occupancy was high on a Saturday, so the current plan was to have the engineering department perform an inspection and, if the results were insufficient, offer a room change. However, you did not provide further feedback, and the butler did not proactively follow up, which was clearly negligent. Regarding the above issue, we have contacted our engineers to conduct random tests on the room cards, and they are currently functioning normally. We are also strengthening internal communication among all departments regarding customer complaints to ensure timely and comprehensive service. Regarding the noise issue the following day, after careful investigation, we have determined that there is no source of the noise. We will continue to address this issue. Regarding the musty odor on the island, we are regularly strengthening our dehumidification and mold removal procedures. Located at the northern end of Qianbusha and at the foot of Guangxi Peak, it is a nationally recognized key temple. Founded in 1580 by the eminent Hubei monk Dazhi Zhenrong, it maintains the architectural style of the early Qing Dynasty. The Dayuantong Hall within the temple boasts a double-eaved hip-and-gable roof and a yellow glazed roof, creating a breathtaking spectacle. It is currently one of the highest standards of Buddhist temple architecture in China. The hall houses a 6.6-meter-tall seated statue of Vairocana. The "Nine Dragons Caisson" ceiling, reminiscent of the Forbidden City, is one of the Three Treasures of Putuo Mountain. The 24 bluestone slabs of relief carving depicting the Twenty-Four Filial Exemplars in front of the hall are exquisite Ming Dynasty stone carvings. We welcome you to visit and pay your respects.
