I think the room rates are reasonable given that the room was a 2-bedder with an open kitchen that also comes with a washing machine cum dryer, microwave oven and electric stove. The nearest shopping area and Hong Hum MTR is about 10 to 15 minutes walk away

We had a quad suite. It’s great to have a washing machine and a pantry, quite well equipped. If water bottles were provided, will be much better as no bottled water is supplied. Room settings were nice and comfy. Bathtub was a bit dated though. Yet, clean and neat. Swimming pool was gorgeous, big and spacious. Pool facilities were great. Hotel personnel were all helpful and enthusiastic Will use this hotel again next time

Very clean and spacious, especially per HK standard where space is a luxury.  The price is very fair for the comfortable stay.  The outdoor pool is huge and well maintained.  I would not hesitate to recommend.

Good location. Have transfer to the downtown which is very comfortable.

Gorgeous views of the Harbour. Walking distance to two metro stations and very close to a ferry station. Convenient free shuttle bus to Tsim Sha Tsui. Would stay here again.

Big rooms. Good service. Maybe prepare water in advance because the room doesn’t give complimentary water. Stayed on the 11th floor and the room above us was very noisy and keep moving things. Otherwise a decent stay.

Located next to Victoria Harbour with good view. Room is very big too.

We had a great stay! The hotel was very thoughtful and accommodating. We had a late flight on checkout day and they allowed us to use the clubhouse and store our luggage for the day. The pool is beautiful!!

Room is clean, but a bit far away from station. View is very nice, specially in the night.

Bed mattresses very hard like wood It feels like hotel staff don’t care what guest think about their hotel and should be thankful that they are allowed to live there.  I booked 2 appointments. Arrived at 2 pm. I was asked to wait till 3 pm for rooms to be ready. However at 3 pm received only one room. Excuse was that if I want apartments near to each other ( as requested while booking) should wait 30 min more. Received second room only at 4:30 At night couldn’t sleep, because some noice present till 3-4am. Felt like some renovation happening on higher floors. When I complained staff about this issue. They pretend they don’t understand what O am talking about.  When checking out I asked for help to take my luggage down, they replied that they can’t help. Although gave me trolley to do it by myself. P.S. I used to live in this hotel a few years back. Service was much better. I am not sure why it dropped so much.

They do not have in Room EU Type Socket for mobile charging, when i ask on front desk that need EU adapter, they ask me to buy, so i will never use this hotel as There Are Many hotels with EU adapters for free

When you are traveling to HK, you need to bring your own toiletries such as bedroom slippers, comb, toothbrush and toothpaste, water , shaver, shower cap, etc... there is a mini Mart there for you to buy some water and cup noodles. There is no food to eat around the hotel, you need to walk further up to get food or take the shuttle bus to another destination. In the rooms, there are not enough plugs for you to charge your phones or etc. it's super old design of apartment. Sea view is nice. location is still walking distance to MTR.. Super old Tv And It's not clear 😭.
